• Samir (10/5): - Un hostal increíble gracias al equipo y a todos los voluntarios que hacen que la experiencia sea totalmente diferente. Se nota que los jóvenes que trabajan aquí lo dan todo cada día para crear ambiente, conectar con la gente y hacer que todos se sientan cómodos desde el primer momento. Laura siempre con una energía increíble y súper amable con todos. Holly transmite muy buena vibra y hace que sea fácil integrarse y conocer gente. Facu es una máquina organizando actividades y creando ambiente en las salidas, siempre hablando con todos y compartiendo experiencias. Alberto, el mexicano, también merece una mención especial: transmite unas ganas increíbles de salir, pasar buenas noches y disfrutar. Además, siempre tiene pequeñas atenciones con todo el mundo y se asegura de que cada persona se esté divirtiendo y se sienta incluida. Y Michael en recepción también fue de gran ayuda: pensé que había perdido mi tarjeta y me dio otra sin problema, con toda la flexibilidad y buena actitud, y luego pude devolverla cuando encontré la original en mi habitación. Soy restaurant manager y tengo experiencia en todo lo relacionado con atención al cliente y hospitalidad, y sinceramente puedo decir que, aunque no sea un hotel 5 estrellas, ofrece exactamente lo que muchos viajeros realmente buscan cuando están lejos de casa: conexión humana, ambiente familiar y personas con las que compartir momentos. Viajar solo al extranjero puede sentirse vacío a veces, pero aquí uno se siente acompañado y parte de algo. De verdad, más que un hostal parece una pequeña familia internacional. Entre las conversaciones, las actividades, las salidas y el tiempo que se toman para compartir con cada persona, hacen que la experiencia sea inolvidable. ¡Gracias a todos por la energía y el ambiente increíble!

• Safraz (7/5): - Good location. Friendly staff. Nice hot showers. Kitchen area with facilities to prep own meals.Decent value for money. Clean room and common areas. Nothing major. A few small upgrades such as a shelf near the bed, or a chair in the room, would make life easier. Maybe do with a lick of paint. Bathroom shared with other rooms on the floor. Not an issue but need to be aware if your room is not close.

• Anouk (7/5): - De locatie was top, in 5-10min wandelen in het centrum. Het hostel zelf was schoon en het bed schoon. Lampje en stopcontact bij het bed. Grote gordijnen. Erg sociaal hostel met fijne gemeenschappelijke ruimtes. De douches vielen mee, erg groot, draag wel slippers. Personeel aardig en zij organiseren regelmatig activiteiten zoals paella workshop of pubcrawl. De prijs-kwaliteit verhouding viel tegen, 60 euro voor een 1 nacht op een 8 persoonskamer. Dit was erg veel tov andere hostels. Geen toilet of badkamer op de kamer.

• Jaime (10/5): Great atmosphere, amazing staff, and a perfect location, although a bit pricey for a hostel. - Tuve una muy buena estancia en Black Swan Hostel Sevilla. Sin duda, la mejor parte del hostal fue el personal. Todos fueron muy amables y acogedores, pero especialmente Laura, Facu y Holly, quienes hicieron que la experiencia se sintiera mucho más cercana y divertida. Siempre estaban dispuestos a ayudar, daban muy buenas recomendaciones y creaban un ambiente increíble dentro del hostal. Además, la ubicación es excelente para recorrer Sevilla caminando. En general, fue una estancia muy social y agradable. Definitivamente volvería. Lo único que no me encantó fue el precio, ya que me pareció un poco elevado comparado con otros hostales similares. Aunque la experiencia y el ambiente fueron muy buenos, creo que algunas cosas podrían estar un poco más incluidas o mejor ajustadas al costo. Aun así, el personal y la ubicación ayudan bastante a compensarlo.

• Elisa (10/5): Davvero un’esperienza super positiva, tutto perfetto. - Mi sono trovata davvero benissimo. Posizione perfetta: sei in pieno centro e puoi raggiungere tutto a piedi, comodissimo per vivere la città senza stress. La struttura è molto curata e pulita, si vede proprio attenzione in ogni dettaglio. I bagni sono spaziosi e sempre in ordine, le camere ampie e i letti a castello fatti talmente bene che quasi non sembrano nemmeno a castello. Il personale è stato super gentile e disponibile, e anche l’atmosfera tra gli ospiti è stata davvero piacevole: spazi comuni grandi, mai caotici, ma sempre con qualcuno con cui scambiare due chiacchiere se ne avevi voglia. Molto ben organizzata anche la cucina, ma soprattutto ho apprezzato tantissimo le iniziative proposte dall’ostello per far socializzare le persone: dalla serata paella, alle uscite per il flamenco, fino al pub crawl o alla family dinner gratuita. Tutto ok

• David (9/5): It was so good I stayed longer! - The location is good close to everything but still quiet. Staff are excellent friendly and very helpful. Everything is clean and well maintained. Although it is very sociable and always things going on the rooms are nice and quiet. Highly recommended. It’s a shame the roof terrace isn’t utilised more.

• veronica (8/5): Ostello, ma buono - Posizione ottimale per muoversi tanto verso la zona monumentale che verso Triana. Le pulizie sono frequenti quindi tutto è abbastanza pulito, certo si tratta sempre di spazi condivisi. La zona comune è molto animata per chi vuole è facile fare amicizia e la cucina è fornita di tutto. In generale è un buon ostello e il personale è simpatico e disponibile. Per chiudere gli armadietti serve un lucchetto, se non lo hai puoi comprarlo al distributore. Lo spazio del letto è ampio e la tenda assicura privacy. Due grandi finestre in camera facevano entrare luce e aria. I letti superiori sono molto alti e per me che non ho più 20 anni arrampicarsi fin lassù non è stato proprio agevole. Per fortuna lo spazio permetteva di tenere delle cose vicino al letto e non dover sempre andare a prenderle nell' armadietto. Certo andare in bagno di notte era fuori discussione! Un po' rumoroso per lavori in strada e presenza delle altre persone che comunque erano molto attente a non disturbare.

Staffs great all clean My second night got kicked out by the police without refund just because I opened a curtain to ask for a phone charge because I couldn't find mine and the girl went to the reception and said I was abusing her space so I got the option to get kicked out or call the police. Chose the police and in Spain there aggressive I have less 4 fingers in my left hand so I packed early. No refund. And got beaten by the police in the street 3 times with a metal bar for taking long. Shamefull but the police in Spain is like this. Couldn't even call my mother during the packing. The female officer was alright and tried to help. The man is completely out of control you can see his pupils next time I'll bring my Rolex and Lv. Girl not to be offensive 80/90kg pink hair so you understand what I mean as I'm an athlete so dealing with this was rude. Me 6 pack 63kilos doing gym regularly for 5 years and this happens. I already reported the hostel to the police this is why you go to hotels to avoid trouble... This is why I avoid hostels always problematic people.

• Wanmeng (3/5): 写了恐高拜托入住时想要一个下铺，给了我一个上铺真的像是在挑衅。。一层一共有八个房间，每个房间应该都是八个住户，很不幸的是八个房间的这么多人共用应该是4个厕所？五个淋浴。住了一晚，很吵，因为地理位置优越街边喧闹这个完全可以理解。半夜一点钟还有 - 地理位置很好，价格不贵 希望住宿方能尊重住宿者的备注要求，我写明了有恐高请求给我一个下铺的床位，直接给了我一个上铺，不清楚有意还是无意。希望能写明请求住户在晚几点后保持安静，虽然半夜一点钟还能听到走廊有年轻人在很吵闹的嬉戏打闹，但是住宿方如果能提前提醒可能会让住宿环境稍微安静一些。

Clean , central . a bad experience with a drunk guy in the room who fell off the bed , blocked the exit door and snored . I called the staff to come and wake him up so I could exit, but nobody answered the WhatsApp.

Molto vicina alla Plaza de Toros, alla Catedrale, al Rio e zona Triana, alla Vita notturna e tutto intorno molto sicuro. Le stanze sono grandi e sono sorpresa che non si sente rumore di niente, il materasso pulito, la lenzuola, il cuscino, assolutamente tutto. E come la ciliegia sulla torta il personale è super gentile, disponibile sempre a rispondere qualsiasi domanda, sempre con un bel sorriso. Ramon un amore di ragazzo. Anche al personale di pulizie le darei 5 stelle, tutto molto molto pulito e anche loro molto gentili. Grazie per rendere piacevole il mio soggiorno.

• Bea (8/5): Pareja de paso - La terraza de la habitación una gozada y muy buena ubicación. El chico de recepción super amable y atento. Demasiado ruido nocturno, debieran controlar las fiestas que montan en la terrazas. Para una habitación tan pequeña debieran de meter una cama de matrimonio, en vez dos colchones de 80. A la habitación le hacía falta mantenimiento, se abría el papel pintado y se veían ronchones de arreglos de humedades, la tv no se veía.

• Indira (10/5): - Die Betten waren groß und die Einrichtung besonders! Die Mitarbeiter waren stets hilfsbereit, beantworteten Fragen und gaben Tipps. Am Besten gefallen hat mir das gemeinsame Abendessen, für das man nicht zahlen musste. Auch der gemeinsame Ausflug zur Flamenco-Show (kostenlos!) war gut. Die Bäder wurden regelmäßig gereinigt. Mit den anderen Reisenden kam man schnell ins Gespräch, z.B. im Innenhof, dem Co-Working-Space oder auf der Dachterasse. Würde jederzeit wiederkommen und habe meinen Aufenthalt um 2 Nächte verlängert. Nichts.

• Julia (10/5): - Super sauber, cooles Abendprogramm zum Leute kennenlernen (gratis Abendessen, Paella Kochkurs, Flamenco Show, Pubcrawl), bequeme Betten mit Vorhängen, Platz fürs Fahrrad auf der Terrasse, viel Platz unter dem Bett für Gepäck Das obere Bett ist schon sehr hoch oben mit einer etwas unpraktischen Leiter, falls möglich würde ich nächstes Mal eher ein unteres nehmen.
