- Gian Luigi (8/5): Una bella struttura in un bellissimo posto. Potrebbero dare di più al - Il posto: un bel vedere naturale sulle Langhe. Un vecchio edificio in parte ristrutturato piacevole. Persone simpatiche e poco invadenti. La pulizia della cucina del bagno non era il massimo e mancavano stoviglie pentole e strumenti per poter cucinare. Probabilmente chi lo prende in generale non li usa. Ma in quel posto con quelle stanze e quelle mobilio si potrebbe guadagnare dei punteggi altissimi

- Piercarlo (2/5): Pietoso - La camera non era quella prenotata, la prima notte impossibile dormire gruppo di ragazzi maggiorenni che urlavano di continuo che anche altri ospiti delle strutture turistiche vicine non sono riusciti a dormire, nella camera non c'era macchina caffè, bollitore, colazione inclusa non è mai stata servita, bagno sporco e senza i classici prodotti che dovrebbero esserci, camera con il riscaldamento al minimo.

- Liivson (8/5): Cozy grandma place - Cozy. Like going to visit grandma. Everithing was a little retro in the good way. The cooking gas has left oily layer on the dishes and furniture in the kitchen. The water heat was unstable so it was unconfortable to wash.

The kitchen & Bathroom should be updated .i am not so big person but for the big or Fat people its difficult to use that washroom . lighting is not proper .

This place is quiet and b - The place is simply stunning, and the host is the loveliest person you will meet. The rooms are homely, and the beds are extremely comfortable. I even looked at the mattress so I can buy the same one for home. If you want a lifeless modern hotel room, then don’t stay here. But if you want to feel as though you’re living as the locals do, and want to feel comfortable and relaxed, then this is the place for you. I could cook my own meals, and it’s not far from supermarkets and good shopping in the next village. The area is stunning! Nothing. I love this place.

- Said (8/5): Nice rustic house with view a view of the hills and the mountains in a very calm place - nice rustic house, with a wooden fireplace (for fun) and terrace with a beautiful view to watch sunset. it comes in two floors. the house was warm and electrical heaters were sufficient to make it warm, so you don’t have to use the chimney if you don’t want to. the hostess was friendly and helpful. we checked in in 0 time. the shower was tiny however it worked well with the hot water
- Luigi (4/5): Incredibile - Premetto che sia io e mia moglie abbiamo lavorato 25 anni in ambito alberghiero ma condizioni simili non le abbiamo mai riscontrate. All arrivo troviamo la stanza gelata e il pavimento ricoperto da uno strato di unto dovuto a fuoriuscita di kerosene da stufetta tipo zibro messa a tentare di riscaldare la stanza. Mia moglie chiede gentilmente alla proprietà se fosse possibile ripulire il pavimento, erano le 17 e noi uscivamo per rientrare dopo cena. Risposta laconica "ormai è successo". Al nostro rientro ore 23 troviamo la stessa situazione. I radiatori funzionavano a metà ( gorgogliavano quindi non c'era acqua) e forte odore di kerosene. Dormiamo sotto 2 piumini e una coperta. Mattina tentativo di doccia fallito per incostanza della acqua calda. Decido di scendere a parlare con qualcuno. Struttura deserta e sala colazione fredda e vuota. Erano le 9.15. Decidiamo di andarcene. Sicuramente ci saranno stati dei problemi ma non c'era la volontà di risolverli. Al 7 di dicembre almeno sfiataree i termosifoni..... Siamo trentini non eschimesi. Spiace

- Roberto (2/5): Soggiorno da incubo - La camera prenotata non corrispondeva a nessuna delle foto presenti nella presentazione della struttura in fase di prenotazione. È una vecchia casa di campagna, sporca, fredda e umida. Polvere in giro per la casa, angusta scala a chiocciola per salire nella camera. Bagno senza carta igienica, tappetini strappati, molti interruttori non funzionanti. Minimo termosifone elettrico che non scalda assolutamente una casa intera. Hanno millantato di aver acceso il camino per tutto il giorno ma le ceneri erano fredde. Porta del balcone che si chiude male con spifferi che entrano per tutta notte. Era prevista acqua minerale gratuita in frigorifero, ma mi sono accorto che la bottiglia (Guizza) era stata riempita dal rubinetto. Ci siamo rifiutati di fare la colazione, allestita nel corpo principale ma preparata su una vecchissima stufa con vecchie caffettiere di dubbia pulizia e funzionalità. Non sono arrivate le scuse da parte della proprietaria che mi rilascia la ricevuta numero 1 del 2018. Mi sembra molto strano. Mi sto attivando per chiedere un rimborso totale e parziale ad Hotel.com, corredando il tutto con foto. Sono un cliente abituale di Hotel.com, avrò provato decine di strutture in questi anni, e posso assicurare che è il peggior posto dove io abbia mai dormito.
