• Andy86 (10/5): - This hotel is one of the best we've ever stayed at. We stayed for a week in April, and it was wonderful. We loved everything about it: The staff were excellent across the board. Helpful, attentive but not overbearing. Tui team (Craig, Milo, Debbie and BT) all helped us make the most of our stay. The hotel staff were all excellent, and made our stay fantastic. The food is wonderful. Buffet offers a range of options, as well as a nightly bit of show cooking. We had intended to eat out a couple of times but ultimately didn't feel we needed to. Enjoyed a la carte twice, and would recommend Culinarium in particular. Facilities were excellent too. Enjoyed our room, the pool, sauna and bar. Location is good too. You are very close to the beach, and a 25min stroll into Side. The town itself is lovely. We love archaeology and history and it is everywhere around you. In conclusion, believe the hype - this place is fantastic. Nothing. Genuinely fantastic
• Serdar (10/5): Es war super! - Wir hatten das große Glück, über die Osterzeit zehn wundervolle Tage in diesem außergewöhnlichen Hotel verbringen zu dürfen – und ehrlich gesagt: Es war eine glatte 10 von 10. Schon ab dem ersten Moment fühlt man sich hier nicht wie ein Gast, sondern wie ein wirklich willkommener Teil des Ganzen. Diese Herzlichkeit zieht sich durch das komplette Hotel – und das ist heute alles andere als selbstverständlich. Ein riesiges Kompliment an das gesamte Team: So viel Freundlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und echtes Interesse am Gast erlebt man nur selten. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Harun, Ufuk, Savas, Ismael, Serdar, Yusuf, Halil, Miko, Craig, Mehmet, Egge, Debbie, Hasan und Nurettin – ihr habt unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Jeder einzelne von euch trägt dazu bei, dass man sich hier einfach wohlfühlt. Die Zimmer sind top gepflegt, modern und laden einfach zum Entspannen ein. Die Bar ist hervorragend – super Atmosphäre und richtig gute Drinks. Und das Essen… wirklich überragend. Eine klare 10/10. Große Auswahl, hohe Qualität und geschmacklich einfach auf einem Niveau, das man so selten findet. Auch das Animations- und Freizeitprogramm ist perfekt abgestimmt: abwechslungsreich, gut organisiert und vor allem angenehm – nie aufdringlich, sondern genau so, dass man Lust hat mitzumachen. Man merkt einfach in jedem Detail, dass hier ein starkes Management dahintersteht, das weiß, wie man Gästen ein echtes Urlaubserlebnis bietet. Fazit: Dieses Hotel ist etwas ganz Besonderes. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können es zu 100 % weiterempfehlen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Damen, die unermüdlich unsere Zimmer sauber gehalten haben, ISMAIL,🍹der uns wunderbare Getränke am Pool serviert hat, EMIN 🍽️ im Restaurant, der uns nie warten lies und MIKO, 🫶🏼 der uns zu sportlichen Höchstleistungen erfolgreich animierte. • Donna (10/5): Fabulous hotel - This was our second visit the the Andiz, we loved it the first time and it didn’t disappoint the second time. I’m literally going to say what everyone else says, the staff are so friendly they make you feel like family, a lot of guests are returning so you know people already. It really is a special hotel with such a relaxed feeling. Savas the manager walks round the whole hotel all day long, chatting with the guests and making people feel comfortable. Halit runs his bar so well, always a hub for a good chin wag and a cocktail. I could write about every member of staff but they are all very good at their job and that starts at the top and filters down. The rooms are very comfortable, the food is good, drinks good, location great for a walk on the prom or a walk into Side. Roof top bar is a great place to watch the sunset and there is a new terrace bar with beautiful palms and ambient lighting where you can sit by day and bask in the sunshine or have pre/post dinner drinks. We had a massage package this year, very good, can highly recommend. To sum up from a fussy traveller, it’s fabulous! N/a

The food was the best we've ever had on holiday as were the drinks, especially the wonderful handmade cocktails. There us even a coffee house with cakes and ice creams.The staff really can't do enough for you and genuinely do their best to make your stay as enjoyable as they can. Led from the top, Savas the manager is always around and pitches in with his staff. He even brought our suitcases to the taxi for us in the rain. We never go back to the same hotel but have both said that we will go back here within the next couple of years. Free loungers on private section of the beach with AI water, fruit, sandwiches etc. Manager Savas is always around chatting to the holidaymakers and even joins in with his staff, serving drinks at the bar and carrying suitcases ! • Iurii (10/5): Отличный отель для спокойного отдыха - Выбирали отель со своей парковкой, так как в Турции были на машине. Парковка есть, охраняемая, место было всегда. С парковки началось приятное впечатление: нас встретил сотрудник отеля, взял багаж, провёл в лобби, где уже ждал welcome drink. Чекин прошёл достаточно быстро, нам дали расписание отеля, объяснили, где что найти. Мы бронировали стандартный номер, вид был на море, очень красиво! В номере нас ждала бутылка вина в подарок, а также немного десертов Номер очень чистый, места достаточно. Санузел раздельный, удобно. Полотенец много, плюс можно хоть каждый час брать чистые пляжные полотенца. Также есть халаты. А ещё сумка для пляжных полотенец. Мини-бар пополняют каждый день, есть соки, вода, кола, пиво. Шведский стол хороший, всегда есть выбор овощей, фруктов, мясных и рыбных блюд. Также в ресторане были тематические ужины с особым меню (например, был турецкий ужин с местной кухней). Один раз ходили в спа на программу, понравилось. Сауна входит во всё включено безлимитно. Бассейн был с приятной по температуре водой, хоть и была середина октября с прохладными вечерами. До моря пешком метров 300-400, на пляже отеля места много, есть бесплатные напитки, фрукты. Из развлечений есть спортивные штуки (почти каждый день проводят занятия по пилатесу, были соревнования по настольному теннису), квизы (на английском и немецком), музыкальные и танцевальные выступления и интерактивы. Нам хватало, потому что после обеда ещё сами гуляли по городу или ездили по окрестностям) Весь персонал отеля очень вежливый, приветливый, дружелюбный! Расположение отеля в довольно тихом месте, рядом нет громких кафешек. Зато есть магазин Сиде Базар, где классные ребята работают, ходили туда не столько ради сувениров, сколько к ним) В целом отель довольно тихий и подходит для тех, кто хочет тишины, а не тусовок. Подавляющее большинство отдыхавших в наше время были взрослые европейцы. Нам очень понравилось, это был отличный отдых. Матрас жестковат, подушки высоковаты (мне было хорошо, жене высоко). По еде два разочарования: супы были каждый день практически одинаковые (то есть один и тот же бульон, но чуть отличается состав овощей или мяса); ресторан a-la carte не оправдал ожиданий. Хамам почему-то был сухой, просто теплая комната. Сосед сверху каждое утро в 7:50 начинал двигать стул по полу, чем будил нас. Вины отеля нет, просто не могу не рассказать о такой неприятности! Всё, больше вообще не было ничего негативного, только эти мелочи.

Är det dresscod så är det, säg till gäster som inte följer detta. Badlakan på solsängar se till att ta bort dessa. Precis som ni skriver i er information att ni gör.

Food in the buffet and a la cartes for breakfast, lunch and dinner was the best we have experienced in hotels, room was perfect, the staff desperately want you to be happy, they treat you like family. • RaiFill (10/5): - The experience was fantastic. The hotel is not too big, but maybe that's the point. You feel at home, maybe even more than that because the staff is constantly serving you, looking after you, the hotel manager Savas goes around the entire hotel, even the beach, and checks if everything is okay and if anyone is missing something. And so on every day. He helped us with a minor health problem, but also successfully arranged a second taxi, because the first one we booked in our own arrangement for transportation from the hotel to the airport did not show up, which saved us from missing our flight. The hotel is exceptionally clean, the food is good, something for everyone, there are enough sun loungers on the beach and despite the fact that there is no bar on it, they serve water, drinks, sandwiches, fruit and ice cream. The animation team always somehow manages to persuade you and include you in one of the many activities. And despite the many activities offered, the hotel is quiet so you can read a book in peace. All of this together is obviously the reason why people keep coming back here. P. S. Don't hesitate to ask for another pillow, they even have orthopedic ones! -

The absolute standout of the hotel is the staff. Every single person you come across smiles, chats, remembers you and offers amazing service. I tried to keep a list of names to mention but it became impossible as everyone was amazing. Savas, the manager, takes time to get to know the guests, checks in regularly and is all around great craic. Halit makes insanely good cocktails, ismail runs around the pool tending to your every need and always with a smile, the guys in the restaurant are so welcoming and friendly. We had dinner in the international a la carte restaurant one night and it was amazing. Really good food, good selection of wine and impeccable service. We cannot wait to come back!

Het buffet en de restaurants serveren zeer lekker en gevarieerd eten. Mooi zwembad, een rustig hotel, en toch dicht bij de dijk. Werkelijk niets!

• Ian (10/5): One of our best holidays ever. - Everything - yes, seriously, everything! The hotel could not do more for us, from the initial booking to a friendly check-in at the start and even friendlier send-off at the end of our stay. Mehmet, the front desk manager, offered us an adapted room when I asked about help for those with restricted walking mobility. He also reserved us sunbeds near the steps into the pool. We were also reserved a table in the restaurant. All the staff is exceptional at their jobs, led by the ever-present and hands on manager Savaş. The pool is fantastic for swimming or just relaxing in, and was at bath temperature by the afternoon. The jacuzzi section was perfect for just cooling off from the heat. The food was delicious and seemingly catered for everyone’s tastes. As we greatly enjoy Turkish food we were delighted with the quality and variety of the various dishes, salads and snacks available. The bar service is excellent, from continual at-sunbed service around the pool to nice drinks in the various bar areas in the evening. All in all, we had a fantastic 2 weeks and will book again for next year. Very little. As a minor point, it was difficult to escape cigarette smoke in outdoor areas and some guests even smoked in areas where the hotel had requested no smoking.

Congrats to the entire team and managers who all did their best to satisfy really all our needs and requirements and from all other guests in the best way possible. Pool, Hotel, rooms are always perfect cleaned. Cocktails are delicious and huge variety. Food is really fresh, delicious, super varied and different every day and evening. Sometimes even in the breakfast. A la carte restaurants are really delicious also. Quietness of the resort helps you disconnect. Sport activities along with the fitness instructor are an enormous plus. He is so much fun and joy and knowledgeable in the same time! Helped us learn to dance and train daily. Hotel manager is absolutely non stop present and everywhere, taking care of connecting with people in a genuine way and listening to their needs or feelings. This for sure is the biggest plus. Along with the other managers and captains (bar and restaurant captains, super friendly and helpful all the time). Beach is not so far away as in the comments. 2-4 minutes walk from hotel straight to the private beach where u have your own towels received nicely in a bag in your room when u arrive. And drinks on the beach also. Some "nice to have" would be an improvement in the mattress from bed. They are not the best, but new and in good condition. Also, in the rooms with "double bed", a big mattress would be better than 2 united. Another nice thing would be a not so noisy cleaning all day long. Sometimes is hard to take a nap during the day because literally they clean all day long :) On the private beach they have, sadly, people are somehow allowed to come with chairs or towels in front of the sunbeds right near the sea. Which transforma the adults only experience in a extremely noisy beach experience. Last but not least, if more personell would speak English, would be fantastic and more easy to communicate.

Food, drink, rooms and facilities all excellent. Was relaxed within minutes. This hotel is a joy to stay at and we will join the vast number of returning guests.

Lots of return guests - at the gala dinner it was announced that 67% of guests that day were return but this doesn’t mean newer guests aren’t valued. You absolutely are. Nothing! Everything was good.

• Donna (8/5): Beautiful, relaxing and recharging - Location was perfect for us. One minute walk to the beach and the promenade. We could walk into Antik Side. Beach was lovely, very well looked after by the beach attendant, bringing us round fruit and ice creams every day. The hotel was not your typical all inclusive, it was more intimate. The staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We spoke to some of the other guests and some have been coming back year on year. I can understand why. The hotel feels like a family run hotel and when you go there you become part of it. The best part of the day for us was going to the sunset bar to see the sunset, simply stunning. The bar tender there was great. Also the bar tender at the lobby, he was also so happy and professional. Sorry I couldn’t remember all their names. I read the reviews before coming here and so glad I did, they are spot on. Will be back for sure. I can’t think of anything.

• Anne (10/5): Exceptional - This four star hotel is like a smaller version of a five star hotel. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. Everything is clean and tidy. The selection of food is sufficient and there are new options every day. There is about 4 km long promenade by the sea near the hotel that leads to the old town of Side. The promenade is a good place to walk or run. The hotel's beach is well maintained, the sunbeds are clean and drinks, ice cream and fruit are offered. Many thanks to the front desk manager for room with pool access. There are many cats on the territory of the hotel, which may not like to all guests. It was not a problem for us.
• Daria (9/5): Superb - The hotel is very comfortable, and the food was really delicious and they have a great variety of it. The location is 3 minutes from the sea on foot. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Guests are mostly elderly. I would like to have more cocktails on the menu, without any sugar or syrups, most of them are typical sweet cocktails that people usually drink on the seaside, and I understand it, but for people who try to avoid sugar drinking wine is only one option. :) Also, the air in the hammam is very dry. I visited it and the thermometer showed 36% humidity inside. I was surprised because it should be almost 100%. So it was useless.

All the facilities this hotel are of really good quality, the spar is fantastic, the gym is well equipped and fresh, the pool area is beautifully kept, the restaurants serve amazing food and the rooms are kept spotless. you could just go on and on! The staff and management really do care about your experience. honestly there nothing not to like!
• Dmitry (10/5): Beautiful beach, outstandingly friendly personnel. - The Hotel is very friendly and cozy. Even cats are polite and delicate not to mention other staff members ). Mehmet Ali, the front office manager, was unostentatiously keeping his eye on every little detail of our stay. Gizem, the receptionist, was so nice and helpful. Finally, Ergin Sarp, Hotel General Manager, was personally meeting us at the check-out and accompanied us on the way to the limo transfer to the airport. Thanks a real lot - the warmest receipt ever. Some rooms are rather small but with the upgrade we were offered the Hotel is well exceeded our highest expectations

• Robert (10/5): Let’s upgrade your vacation on next level - Was unexpected amazing experience. Hotel is small, not usually huge resort, just 3 floors + private rooms with private pool. But that’s exactly what we appreciate a lot. Every member of personal know us, always smiling and try to help in every kind of task, even with special ones. They do it honestly, not only for cash, like in other hotels….they just ready to make your vacation best as you ever had and trust me, they know how to do it. Their service is so amazing that you never miss nothing. Rooms are clean, everywhere is clean, on beach they always clean sunbeds which you choosed in front of you. If you miss something during eating time, they make it what you want specially for you. What I need to say? Just that we ll be glad to came there again soon.

The food was exceptional and the entertainment probably the best we have experiences in any hotel. The facilities at the private beach again were very good. We could not fault anything. I don't think anything could be better. I am sure there is something that could be improved but I can't think of it!!

• Martina (8/5): Very good - It was extremely clean. A nice hotel to chill for a few days. The food was excellent. Pool was great too and in a 3 mins walk you reach the sea / small private beach strip. Very quiet. Size of the rooms. In my pov to small. Bed could be bigger and the bathroom too. Would have expected it to be more modern also. A very limited selection of food and beverages by the sea. There is no bar at the beach but help yourself fridges with a few snacks, red and white wine but no beers for example. Some of the waiters at the pool bar were very annoying and kind of flirting with every women so for me that was a bit annoying and too much unfortunately.

• Maria (8/5): Short pleasant vacation in Side - First and foremost - the staff was really great everywhere around the hotel. The receptionists were super helpful and friendly, assisted with various requests and questions (e.g. we needed to change the pillows for more comfortable ones, and it was easily achieved on the same day). The waiters, bartenders and cleaning personnel have always had a smile on their face. The hotel was also very clean and well maintained - the rooms, the pool area, kantine and the beach. I also personally loved the cats who walked onto the territory :)). The food was also quite good, especially on the Turkish night. In general the hotel is more like a 5 star than 4 to be honest, probably the star is off because you have to walk about 4 minutes to the private beach through the "city", but it's really more of a promenade and we enjoyed it as well. The 8 points however do have a reason. The hotel is really great, but looks and feels a bit "tired" - there are some poorly painted areas in the bathroom, some rusty nails here and there, the beds are a little squeaky and the mattress not too comfy for my taste. The rain shower in our room was also a little too weak, and there was no handle for the main shower head to hang, so it was a bit of a challenge. I personally don't enjoy the separate toilet with really thin and almost transparent doors, but some might not care. BUT again I'm being fairly strict here and I've got a decent experience with Turkish 5* hotels (and this one is really a 5* candidate :). I would still very much consider coming the next season and maybe choosing a room of higher category or just seeing whether any of my thoughts were taken into account :)

There are no young people, only pre-retirement and retirement age. NO NOISE FROM CHILDREN, every time quite ! It is incredibly nice. - my wish, give more food to cats, meat that is left over from guests, please; - only 1 type of beers, draft Efes.

I would recommend definitely and repeat. - Good location close to beach and little walking distance to Site, nice tourist attraction with ancient city walls and majestic columns. They are in process of excavation and restoration. Many bars, souvenir shops there and chance to walk and spend nice evening. Hotel is not very big, not too crowded therefore and more suitable for those who is really looking for relax and rest. Good variety of food options, huge variety of deserts, local entries. excellent service, very polite and friendly staff We were three people and bed for third guest was not comfortable. In any case not for a big size adult. Food a bit repetitive and main dishes (warm) taste too simple. Alcoholic beverages not very good. Wine in included options only local and rather average quality.
• Laura (10/5): Wonderful, would come back! - The food at the buffet was amazing, fresh salads everyday. Particularly enjoyed Turkish night and the gala night. All the staff are very conscientious and friendly. They organised a small party with fizz for my dad and a birthday cake in the evening. There was entertainment on throughout the day and shows in the evening. We particularly enjoyed the table tennis. The tui staff did not seem to have a formal desk so sometimes hard to find them. But they were always polite and helpful.
• Aimee (10/5): Fantastic hotel - We first came to this hotel almost 10 years ago and loved our time here. We wondered if it would be as good as we remembered and it was - the hotel is very clean and comfortable, the food is fantastic with so much choice (we particularly enjoyed the fresh salads and array of desserts on offer!) and the staff always go above and beyond. We were celebrating Dad's 60th birthday on this trip so we asked if we could arrange for a bottle of bubbles to be available at the beach in the morning, not only did they do this but they also booked us in for a wonderful a la carte dinner and made his evening very special. We cannot praise the staff highly enough. The hotel is also in a great location - the beach is very close by and it's a pleasant walk along the seafront into Side. We will be back! Nothing, everything was excellent.
• The (10/5): Adults only perfection 👌 - Small hotel so buffet wasn't huge but a great selection and quality. A la carte lunch/snack restaurant a great alternative. Quality of drinks were great and never had to wait to be served and the pool had an excellent waiter service. Swim up room great for a more chilled out/quiet relax. Hotel very well maintained to a high standard and clean throughout. Staff were very friendly and always making sure that everything was OK. Rooftop bar great for a sunset drink or a quiet place during the day with great views. Good location, a short walk to the beach, local bars and markets. Beach/pool bag a lovely touch. A la carte evening restaurant - nice idea but took too long and for an all inclusive I would want bigger/more substantial servings.
• Zandvoort (10/5): Exceptional - The food was excellent, the staff very very kind. The location was great, the hotel was very clean! There was nothing we didn't like!
• Jennifer (10/5): - Ein wirklich schönes Hotel für einen Kurztrip. Das Hotel liegt in kurzer Entfernung zum Strand. Dort gibt es einen reservierten Bereich für die Hotelgäste. Am Strand gibt es ein paar Getränke, jedoch nicht die große Auswahl die es an der Poolbar gibt. Wenn man also Cocktails am Strand trinken will muss man die 5 Minuten Fußweg auf sich nehmen und die Getränke am Pool bestellen. Das Essen wie auch die Getränke waren ausgesprochen gut! Das Personal ist wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit, viele sprechen auch sehr gut Deutsch ansonsten kommt man mit englisch gut zurecht.
