- Brian (4/5): Not safe - The staff was friendly. There were no no slip strips or a no slip matt in the shower. As soon as my foot hit the tub is came out from underneath me. I'm glad it was me and not my elderly parents that fell. After talking to the front desk about the incident, they said you have to request a mat because people steal them. Then put in the nonslip strips!!!

- yeetap (10/5): EXCELLENT - Family of six came to visit SALT LAKE CITY on 04/13/2026. I would say luckily I Found this place to stay for 10days. Very homely place,Check in went smooth even at 12:30 AM, At a glaces, visualized very nice and clean environment, Enough entrances,could park FREE in front and back of the building. Conveniently located. Every stores like Costco and Hospital is very near. Hall way light shined all the time. Even at the middle of night fresh and delicious coffe is available. Day and night EVERY Staff MEMBERS are very feriendly and helpful at any time. Beds were very comfy and clean and smells good all the time. The breakfast place clean and had enough options for my family. The managers and breakfast attendant was really caring and kind and made sure every thing was refilled when needed. Over all this Comfort Inn Murry in this town is the best place to stay. I recoment highly this COMFORT INN MURRAY to my friends and famillies and my WORLD FINANCIAL GROUP Business Partners.

- Kathryn (9/5): Excellent room but go out somewhere for breakfast. - Easy off. Easy on I-80. Comfortable bed. Nice linens. Good water pressure in shower. Reading lights. We got stopped for >1.5 hours on the highway for a tanker fire. Commissary shop selections allowed us to eat at the hotel without going back out. (“Marie Callenders” microwave pot pie was great at 9pm.) Inadequate breakfast. Several selections were gone at 9a & there was no intentions by the attendant of adding to the missing bacon, fruit, muffins or plastic ware. The slider door was closed earlier than the stated time.

The fan on heater was loud and a water bottle was $5.10. The fitted sheets were so stretched out the elastic was gone. And the pillows were small and flat.

The toilet had issues flushing it would flush but the toilet paper would come back up so I had to flush it a second time. Good proximity to airport for departures. Breakfast buffet space was too small for the amount of people. Flow issues with space setup. Bottlenecking as people wait for toast/waffles. Not enough healthy choices and no sustainable dish/cutlery options.
- Tiffani (1/5): Not Pet Friendly / Hidden Fees - Nothing much to brag about. After a long day of driving booked our room with booking.com received a reservation confirmation. As well our “special request” our dog, was acknowledged with no additional charges. Pull up at 11PM, place looks decent for a night…. And then I get extorted. Guy asks me for my card for a deposit and only after I get charged $60 for my dog to stay the night, do I get informed of the charge. When I told him that’s not what I received in my confirmation, he said… “that’s the issues with booking through a 3rd party” and I should have called them directly. I tell him, thanks, but I’ll cancel and go to one of the other numerous hotels on the street. He then informs me, he can’t do refunds and only his manager can do them, but his manager isn’t even at the hotel. So, no refunds can be given. So long story short… expect to pay for a 5 star hotel, and only get the experience of a 2 star hotel.

- Tosca (5/5): A clean and well maintained environment are what I value. - The location was perfect for us. The maintenance of the hotel was poor. We stayed on the 3rd floor and it looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. The air in the hallways was stuffy and it smelled unclean. The bathroom sink in our room was seriously clogged and the water did not drain. The gym had only 1 piece of equipment that could be modified, and the other 2 were locked.

Breakfast was ready by 6:30 am which suited our Didn't check room amenity details on website, so my fault for not being prepared with hand soap and body wash. Smell of weed in elevator was unpleasant and I wish I had read reviews prior to booking a room here. Two recent guests mentioned it. Television took several minutes to "start up". We thought it didn't work at all, but we were able to turn off and back on to wait for cable connection.

- Jacquie (1/5): It was a frightening experience. - Not much went well My friend was trying to recuperate from an allergic reaction that may have been from the eggs of our first morning at this hotel. This was an added day, and was necessary because of the needed emergency care at the local hospital. No-one asked how my friend was doing even though he was taken by ambulance, getting on the gurney in your lobby, in full view of your staff.

- G_NYCity (6/5): Check-in is non sensical - They seem not to have a linear approach to checking guests in. I booked my room on expedia and the rate was $135 all inclusive. Because I had “prepaid” expedia (they told me, but I had not and repeatedly tried to convince them otherwise) and expedia will pay them back, they wanted to put an additional $150 on my credit card as a safety deposit. Safety deposit for what? The day after I found two charges on my card: 1. A $162 charge for the room, some $27 dollars higher than the $135 in the reservation; when I called, the woman who answered was the same one who the night before said the opposite 2. The infamous $150 deposit as a hold Who needs all this? This was my third stay since 2022. I always forget how I hated it until I check in and every time I tell myself no more. This time it will be no more.

It was so bad that my sister got up at 1 AM to take a pain med because of a headache from lack of sleep and the constant shaking in the room.

- Jacquie (1/5): I am requesting compensation on our last day's stay;my friend was taken to the hospital &nearly died - Location was good My friend became very ill right after our first breakfast, complaining of bad eggs; his stomach was bothering him and he began to perspire a lot. He broke out in hives. He spent most of the time in bed, refusing to eat. He was taken to the hospital in an ambulance, in shock after being in bed for 2 days. No-one on staff even asked about him, even after seeing him being helped onto a gurney in your admitting area, and taken in an ambulance to the hospital. Because of his illness we needed to add an extra day.

- t99s (8/5): Needs some Improvement - Just Okay - My husband and I stayed here because of the convenient location to the airport. Room was okay, but not great (room 319). Bed and pillows were good. Room quiet. Disappointed when I wiped some spilled water from the bathroom floor with a tissue and found the tissue very dirty. Shower was hard to find hot/cold and shut off. The floor of the tub dangerously slippery. My husband thought it was the soap they provided, so I tried soap that I had along, but it was still very slippery. Grippers are needed on the bottom of the tub. Be careful! Breakfast - again, okay, not great.

- Ray (8/5): Good bang for our buck near the airport. - Location and the staff were great. We had an issue with our TV and within five minutes one of the staff responded and resolved the problem. The breakfast is adequate and facility is kept clean. The exhaust fan in our bathroom sounded like a jet engine.
- Corey (8/5): - Facility itself was good. There was not very much around the area, had trouble trying to find places to eat for dinner.
- Katie (10/5): - The room was surprisingly really nice looking. I liked that there was a mini divider between the living room area and the main bedroom. The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I needed another towel and comforter.
- Noriko (10/5): A good stay - My husband and I stayed there for the first time and just for one night. The room was clean and comfortable, although it was located near the indoor pool. It was quiet since it closed at 10pm. The buffet breakfast had good selections including nice scramble eggs and sausage patties. I enjoyed hot bath with good water pressure. We will definitely stay again.
