Abbey (10/5): Great stay that’s close to campus with a great breakfast! - The breakfast is great. The front desk staff was so pleasant. Plenty of parking. Near so many things and so close the campus! We were a 4 person group in a King suite and we were unlucky enough to sleep on the sofa bed. Holy OUCH my back will never be the same.

Kirsten (9/5): Will stay again! - Really loved our room. Very spacious. Could sign into streaming services which was awesome (not sure how some hotels still dont have that option). Breakfast was great. They had chicken tenders at the sandwich bar which was a huge hit for my kids. Also by far the warmest hotel pool we've ever had. Very nice! Normally my kids are miserable because they are so cold but no one complained once. 10/10! Breakfast worker wasn't very friendly. Another guest complained about my children finishing off the gallon of milk (that barely had any left). Wasn't the hotels fault though. Lol

The hotel and grounds are well maintained, and each member of the staff I have encountered has been very courteous. Rebecca at the front desk has been particularly friendly and helpful. Restaurants and retail are very close by, and the rooms are very comfortable. By far the best Hilton property I have visited in Lafayette so far.

ritasA6827CJ (10/5): Ladies Behind the Desk - We were so pleased with the people at Home 2 by Hilton in Lafayette, Indiana that I had to write my first hotel review! The rooms were clean and spacious, and the breakfasts were just right for our needs. But the ladies at the front desk made the difference! Rebecca worked diligently with me as I was trying to arrange accommodations and make reservations for five of us for a very busy, upcoming week in Lafayette and for Purdue University. Once we all arrived a couple weeks later, Carnesha greeted us at the front desk and later in the evening sent us a text, checking on us and our accommodations. Upon check out, after a very pleasant three night stay, Lindsay was extremely patient and understanding as we worked out our convoluted financial plan among five individuals in two rooms. Needless to say, we will all be staying at Home2 by Hilton in Lafayette, indiana again. Thank you , ladies! Sincerely, Rita

The carpet had some food and paper on the floor, which could be addressed. Additionally, our bathroom was missing some essentials like soap and tissues. Ensuring these items are stocked and the space is clean would enhance the experience for future guests.
mark (10/5): - The check in staff was friendly and sincere as was the check out staff. Our room was nice. I would say though that the bathroom needs some love. Particularly the shower stall. Needs new caulking and there was a dark smudge on the shower wall below the shower head. Rails where glass door sits in needs some extra scrubbing. There also was a ceiling smudge over the sitting area. Kitchen area seemed spotless, fridge very clean. (fridge was only appliance used on this visit) Bed was nice to sleep on. Sheets were pilled though. With all of this though, we would stay again. Thank you!

CarolinaMatt (10/5): Another very good Home2Suites hotel. Upscale, clean, friendly. - Stayed one night in a King Suite on the 4th floor. Modern, clean, friendly hotel. Great staff. The room was modern and clean. I really like what Home2Suites is doing, I try to stay there when availability and price meet. Good location for the hotel. Plenty of space to work on the computer with a pull-out table/desk. Bathroom had a shower and great spray and water temp. Pool was closed during my visit. I only got coffee and juice from the breakfast buffet they put out for guests. Would definitely stay here again.

The budget friendly hotel was clean and comfortable. Don't expect high end linens however the accommodations are comfortable.

Renee (6/5): A Big Miss and Overpriced - We stayed for our son's Purdue graduation weekend. Most hotels around the area were triple their normal price and this one wasn't any exception. The room, bed linens, and towels were clean. The comfort of the bed was okay. However, the bathroom pocket door wouldn't latch properly. I got locked in and no phone to call for help. The latch was caught on the wall plate. Thankfully my husband came back to the room and helped me. It could've been worse if I was staying by myself! I called the front desk to report the problem.The young women advised us management was aware of this issue, it's all the rooms, and is looking to replace them eventually. I asked if maintenance could least look at our since I got locked in?! I was told it wasn't possible, then repeating what she said before. We weren't offered for management to contact us, a different room to switch to, or even a small discount on this room, since the door was broken. Also, check-in they had a beautiful balloon decoration in the center/main dining room. (I'm horribly allergic to latex balloons) It caused me to have a breathing reaction, resulting in me running out the front door I couldn't finish checking us into our room. My husband took over while I stood outside taking a inhaler treatment. We told them why...nothing was done or said. We couldn't even partake in the morning breakfast after what we just paid for the room.(the balloons being in there) Nice gesture for Purdue grads by the hotel, but maybe use mylar only.
sherri (8/5): - The staff was amazingly nice. The hotel was very clean. My room was nice but the air conditioner would barely cool and every time it turned on it sounded like a weed eater. I barely slept the first night because of the noise. It scare my poor dog every time it came on. I bought ear plugs for my second night but they didn’t help. I checked out a day early

Conway (2/5): - Hotel’s policy on not having housekeeping, clean room on each day of guest stay. Stay was for a Friday and Saturday night 5-2-25 and 5-3-25. Room was not clean Saturday and was told by front desk person and showed signage stating: hotel only clean hotel rooms every other day. Room was clean on arrival Friday. In addition, price for room at least $100.00+ extra per night due to Purdue Global University graduation on Saturday 5-3-25. Thus I paid two nights and second night was stuck with in an unclean room.

Sara (6/5): - Night clerk was not at all friendly or welcoming, breakfast was not at all good, offered very little and everything was dry and tasteless. On the positive side, the rooms were clean and spacious, hotel was easy to access and there were plenty of parking spaces. Overall not a terrible experience but honestly would probably stay elsewhere if i returned.
