The location is perfect, there were retailers including a Sam’s in the area and the hotel isn’t far from downtown. The shower was clean and nice but I think they need a stronger or bigger shower head and to just install a door on the wall in shower….real minor detail in all fairness it was a nice bathroom.

Did not like that our bathroom had a tub, I like the step in showers like we've had before (didn't know this hotel had tubs). Firepit never works here, which is a bummer as I always look forward to sitting around it in the evening.

The room has no sound isolation. When the apartment on the floor up flushed, or walked, or did anything, it look liked an earthquake in my room. So 2 nights wasted without any sleep. Also they dont serve breakfast, only paid ones and made but local starbuck that is very expensive and very limited.

• Bailey (7/5): Very comfortable, very friendly staff, very clean, and very much enjoyed the stay here! - Very clean, the staff was very helpful and very friendly. My 5 year old spilled her drink while we were checking in and I asked for a mop to clean it up. The staff insisted they would clean up and for me to not worry about it. I offered to at least tip the staff and they even refused that. They were very kind and understanding about my kid making a mess. The tv in my room (402) did not work and there was no hot water. I realize that was beyond the control of front desk staff but they did try to help. This isn’t really a complaint but would’ve been nice to be able to watch tv.

• Theron (6/5): It was OK, except for the noises from plumbing pipes. - The good was good, not used to paying for breakfast tho. The room was very clean. I didn't sleep well because of the noises in the wall from the plumbing. It was very annoying. I couldn't sleep at all..iw
• Jan (8/5): - The building is new for the area, modern design, though sound -proofing needs help. Disappointed there is no breakfast included as they are the highest priced lodging in Longview. But Jucey's down the street has great breakfast food, not over-priced.
