Guest Reviews
- Karla (10/5): - Bacon was amazing and banana pancakes. Chefs kiss. Could be a better doggo yard.

- Margaret (10/5): - Staff was extremely nice and room is amazing.
- Stephen (10/5): - Nice and clean room. Friendly staff.
- Chad (10/5): - Good property and staff
- Rebecca (8/5): - The free breakfast was great!! Clean and modern, good size nice gym the only issue is any room across from the elevator will hear “ding” all day and all night. We had to put a towel on the floor against the door and use our phones as sound machines to get any sleep! Be sure to ask to be away from the elevator. Other than that everything else was great!
- Jonathan (9/5): -
- Kranthi Kumar (10/5): - All good.
- German (10/5): - Easy check in
- Caroline (10/5): - The breakfast was by far one of the best we have had. The French roast was great!!
- Selena (10/5): - Great stay! My ONLY complaint is that the tub was not as clean as I would like.
- Dave (10/5): Great hotel! - Clean, modern, friendly hotel. Breakfast is good, evening happy hour is a nice touch.
- Amit (8/5): -
- Brittney (8/5): Nice but hot. - Everything was great except for my room #226- the AC was broke and only the fan worked. When I checked in at 6pm the temp in my room was at 86°... I turned the temp down and by the time so checked out the next morning around 9am, the temp was 79° .. Was very uncomfortable. Other than being hot and sweaty during my stay, the room and staff were very nice.
- Sara (10/5): Perfect stay over 4th of July weekend - Clean - close to everything we wanted to see and do - super friendly staff members - would 10/10 recommend Nothing
- Tracy (10/5): - Nice suite with a comfortable bed. Good salt water pooll.
- julio (2/5): - I cancelled the reservation and Expedia could not do my refund. I had to contact them 4 times and I am still getting charge by them. Horrible customer service.
- Karen (10/5): - The
- Karen (10/5): Easy clean, comfortable place. - We liked the clean, spare, comfortable vibe.
The breakfast included fresh, quality ingredients.
No pre-packaged, overly processed foods. The specialty coffee machine wasn’t working but the coffee in the carafe was good.
- Lisa (10/5): Exceptional - We had a wonderful stay here!
- Judy (10/5): - Very quite and no complaints
- Noel (8/5): - Would have given 5 stars, but the pillows were terrible!
- Leona (10/5): - Excellent hotel with great customer
- Shelby (10/5): The Suite was sweet - I stayed overnight with a friend for Mother’s Day. Reception was very friendly! We stayed in a Double Queen Suite and it was perfect. It was great to have a little kitchenette fully stocked! The beds were incredibly comfortable. You can’t hear outside noise which was great with the hotel being right off the highway! The French toast made right at the breakfast bar was delicious! The options were not as plentiful as some other places I have stayed, but there was enough to choose from. They had an option or two for every station. The coffee machine looked SO fancy! But it spit out a lukewarm cafe latte for me. The coffee from the carafes was better! Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
- Ray (10/5): - Great customer service
- Catherine (6/5): Disappointing - Customer service was friendly and professional.
Breakfast was great.
However, for a Marriott property things were disappointing.
The room seemed… tired. Low quality furnishings. Closet doors out of level and would not close. Other closet in bedroom - light would not go out. Blackout shades almost ripped out of the wall. Sliding shower doors kept sliding open because they were so out of level. Skimpy on towels.
Only one elevator was working during my entire stay, so long waits for the elevator.
Thin linoleum flooring is peeling and catches the luggage wheels in the elevator.
(Maintenance: I was in room 405)
- Ross (7/5): Overall a nice place. - Room was nice and clean, bed was comfortable, the little kitchenette was nice. The fact that it would take several flushes to flush the toliet was not ideal. The check-in took quite a bit of time. There was only one person working the front desk so he had to wait for a while.
- Lisa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lisa (8/5): Very good -
- Lakicia (10/5): Comfortable and Nice - It was very nice and clean. The rooms are spacious and comfy. Felt more like a apartment than a hotel
- Adan (10/5): - Front desk staff was awesome, the hotel was modern and clean, our room had a nice big restroom. It was a very comfortable stay. I do wish they served bacon at breakfast, but maybe that happens on weekdays.
- Aaron (10/5): - Very clean and quiet!
- Ortiz (6/5): Pleasant - Good breakfast and coffee. TV not working. AC not working.
Out side lighting not on the building. Made the hotel look poorly cared for.
- Anthony (10/5): - Great stay
- ty (10/5): - Very clean and comfortable, staff was excellent very welcoming. We had a very pleasant stay. espresso / latte machine a plus.
- eric (10/5): Perfect - Weekend trip with friends so we had several rooms. Everyone loved it. Friendly service at front desk and breakfast station. Very clean throughout. Nice comfy room with everything we needed. Free EV charger. I used to stay somewhere else when I visit NWA but I will switch to Element in the future.
- Rebecca S (10/5): - Great for a one night stay; rooms were large and comfortable-loved the bedding!
- Chadderick (10/5): Exceptional - The staff was very friendly and nice. The breakfast was fresh and hot each morning. I loved everything about this location
- Amanda (10/5): - Excellent service. Kind employees.
- Jessica (10/5): - Very nice hotel. Perfect for a family of four. The size of the rooms is a little larger than typical hotels, making it more spacious for our family.
- luis (10/5): - 5 Stars staff
- Nora (10/5): Exceptional -
- Randy (10/5): nice place, I'll stay again - very welcoming front desk clerk, clean and quiet room for so close to highway, roomy.
- Tim (10/5): - We enjoyed out stay at Element. Clean and the staff was extraordinary. Everyone so nice and friendly. Loved the full breakfast with a lady making pancakes and French toast. Although off season, we will definitely come back during the summer because the outside area looked really nice. Highly recommend.
- Travel08318755756 (10/5): Great business and family hotel conceived with the guest experience as paramount. - This is clearly the best family and business level hotel in Bentonville. it is quiet, clean and comfortable with an incredibly friendly staff and all the amenities you would expect for a much higher price. The bed and pillows are very comfortable and soft. The shower is strong with lots of hot water. Again, it is immaculately clean.
It seems to have been built to compete with Airbnb‘s because there is a small kitchenette with a microwave, a toaster, coffee, and a decently sized refrigerator. The complementary breakfast is very well designed and the room it is served in is light and bright and very comfortable.
This is a personal thing, but one of the issues in Bentonville is every hotel has deafingly loud air conditioning. There are mostly window units and we only found one other hotel that had a central air handler but it was loud too. The Element Bentonville has central air handler that is relatively quiet. It was so nice to get a clear night's sleep.
We have stayed in most every hotel in Bentonville since we have family here and we keep searching for the one that we will come back to. Wr have finally found it and we will be back for sure.
- danny (8/5): Convenient and comfortable - Great hotel. Solid breakfast, nice workout area, professional staff, great location and comfortable beds.
- William (10/5): - Everyone was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really nice. The cleanliness and design of the building were great!
- Curt (10/5): - .
- Ashley (10/5): - Nice hotel for the price. Very centrally located which is great. Room was big, clean, and quiet. Girl at the front desk was a little awkward. Didn’t say much. Didn’t tell us our room number. Just silently handed us our room keys and looked at me. Other than that the stay was perfect.
- DV-WVU (10/5): Recent stay - I was in town for a conference and had never stayed at an Element before. The hotel is nice and the king suite room was nice and clean. Breakfast in the morning made by Elsa was wonderful and she was super friendly and pleasant! I would stay here again.
- seasonalm2024 (4/5): Poorly Upkept Dirty Hotel - Loved this hotel when it first opened, but it is not being maintained.
It is literally my first full day here (checked in last night) and I wrote the review immediately just to warn anyone coming. My room had smeared "stuff" all over the wall when you first walk in, with the light on it is 100% obvious and I cannot believe that the housekeepers do not clean this disgusting mess up.
There was also some brown/yellow crusty stuff on the sheets (the housekeeping staff re-made the bed this morning and LEFT THEM ON!!) At his point I I have already gone downstairs 3 times for other issues (ps- they do not have and will not be having a bar, they are doing a happy hour now, so if you were told "we are waiting on the liquor license" when they first opened and were eagerly waiting- it doesn't seem its gonna happen) It is FOUL looking and I am loading the pictures, because I honestly cannot believe that anyone thought this was ok. I am so over it that I am just going to sleep on top of the sheets this week or go to the store and buy my own.
The internet only works at a reasonable speed in rooms "near the server" according the the front desk. I am at the end of the hallway, was told to try to connect through another room number closer to the server (I mean, distance isn't going to change, I had to literally sit outside the room and then join and it was only a few MBPS higher- the speed is still horrendous and I am writing this review using my phone's hotspot because it is faster.
We have a corporate rate with this hotel, but probably going to change that very shortly. The front desk staff stated " I guess I could try to call maintenance but there isn't really anything they can do." I also explained that my company stays here and asked if they could email me the rooms that we should "avoid" in the future- she told me "just tell them to stay close to the elevator".
- Kurt (6/5): - It was fine.
- Nhung (10/5): - I like that the property was modern. I didn't like that the outside pool was out of service due to black algae. I was looking forward to the outside pool.
- Nona (10/5): - We absolutely loved everything! Thank you!
- OlatheMom (10/5): Exceeded our expectations - Our hotel stay was beyond expectations. The hotel was clean and the service friendly. We stayed in a suite (2 queen beds and sofa bed) and had plenty of room even when the sofa bed was open. That attention to detail could be seen throughout the hotel.
The breakfast had less choices maybe than some hotels, but it always had some rotating item (French toast or pancakes the two mornings we were there) as well as some egg and protein offering, then a yogurt bar and all of the standard continental offerings.
The best part of the trip was Foster. He was at the desk most of the time we were there and it honestly felt like we had a private concierge. The service was top notch. We will make this our first choice of hotels if we are in the area again.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The pool being closed in the middle of the summer when we had a group of kids there was very disappointing
- Molly (8/5): - Overall pretty good… the cups didn’t seem restocked in the room, there weren’t enough towels, but when we asked for more we got them, the food options were kind of meh for breakfast… but overall a good experience.
- Andrew (7/5): Good - Needs facelift
- Moroni (9/5): Superb -
- Kenneth (8/5): - Excellent check in experience - friendly young man at the counter. The only downside was the tornado warning. However the staff were professional and knew what to do, which is a feat at 1:45 AM...
Power was out all night as a result, but that's obviously out of their control. 10/ best hotel for waiting out a tornado.
- jeffrH47MZ (4/5): Not Every Element Location is the Same - We left the Element in Waco, TX a
And had such a wonderful experience that we booked the Element in Bentonville, AR. We couldn’t believe the disparity between two locations of the same hotel. The Element in Bentonville checked us into a room that was already occupied. There were no dishes in the kitchen …we had utensils and cooking items, but no bowels or plates. Morning coffee downstairs had no coffee collars for cups and only one type of flavored creamer. At the Element in Waco they had carafes of whole milk, 2% milk, almond milk. Also the cappacino, latte, machine didn’t work and couldn’t produce steamed milk to complete requested drink. Early morning staff (Sunday) was clueless as to how to help. Sincerely disappointed in the stay and the comparative difference between locations.
- Caeley (9/5): Excellent team running the hotel! - Excellent staff especially Jacob the manager. Hotel is beautiful and well managed. Best hotel breakfast I have had in awhile.
- Chris (10/5): - Great place
- Travelingdogvet (10/5): Excellent manager - Exceptional hotel-the manager Jacob helped me on several occasions and the whole team was very helpful and professional. Above par breakfast. I would happily return for another stay and felt the hotel was of good value for what was provided
- Leah (8/5): - Unique to the property is a friendly, accommodating, responsible staff. For some reason, i eas not put in the room with accommodations I booked. The hotel was full so we had a less comfortable stay the first night. Fron desk worker Sam called his manager Jacob who arranged a resolution for the second night, communicated with me and expedia through the situation. The property itself was nice but could use some maintenance attention to refresh a few things. There are convenient places to walk and eat if looking to grab a bite. The breakfast staff was friendly and accomodating. I would definitely stay here again due to the staff making the experience a positive one despite the reservation issue.
- Paul (8/5): - Crappy pillows. Need some firm ones to go with these soft flops.
Few small issues that could happen anyplace that are forgivable. The AC could let you hang meat in the room when on. Had to turn it up to keep the frost off the windows 😉
- Ruth (8/5): - Overall, clean and comfortable
- Daniel (10/5): - Wonderful place to stay. Very pleased.
- Lauren (8/5): Great bed, only 1 mirror - Very comfortable, the room space is very well organized for all the in room amenities. I know this may seem silly to list as a drawback, but the only mirror is the room is in the bathroom and the lighting in the bathroom isn’t great. It’s just makes getting ready a bit difficult with two people.
- Curtis (2/5): Hotel staff unable to control drunk partiers - Hotel had a travel baseball team come stay and kept us up all night partying on the patio. Staff was unable to stop them and do anything about it. Inebriated adults stayed next to us and kept us up two nights in a row. Staff again unable or unwilling to do anything about it aside from "I am sorry about that". Room was infested with ants. Breakfast service one morning was 45 minutes late. We had planned on the service being available to feed our kids before an endurance sports event. Stay at this hotel was miserable and negatively affected our kids ability to perform at the events we travelled to Fayetteville to attend. Hotel staff unable to control the large group of drunk partying guests.
- Tayllor (6/5): - Minus a couple starting issues with checking the stay was great
- christopherrZ1260HF (2/5): Management issues and poor customer service - stayed 1 night. billed for 2. resolving the issue was met with an abrupt drop into being on hold indefinitely. called back in and the front desk guy was rude (again). claimed he couldn't help then dropped me to voicemail for a 'manager'. i'm sure i'll get this resolved because this is business travel. others will want to be aware this location has serious management issues
- bufam (8/5): Clean and comfortable - We’ve stayed at this property a few times when visiting family. Always clean and the staff is friendly.
The suites have a full kitchen with an island plus all the utensils. Couch is comfortable and the bedroom has a heavy door which helps insulate against the normal hall noises in a hotel.
- juan (10/5): - overall a good experience, clean, safe
- Charisse (6/5): - Stayed for one night.
Pros: Fairly decent and clean hotel and room. Breakfast was good.
Cons: People in the dining area lacked good communication. Probably because English isn’t their first language? They just stared at us when we got there. Lol. Body wash in the shower was empty. Room felt a little too warm so we turned on the A/C which auto shut off that left us uncomfortably sleeping in a very warm room.
At check in, CC was charged $50 for incidentals. We took 3 bottles of Ozarka and told front desk to charge it to our room. They ended up charging us $36 for the Ozarkas because they only gave us back $14 after we left. Wow didn’t know 8oz bottles of Ozarkas cost $12 each! Also the person who checked us in wasn’t very happy that we came from an Arkansas town that he doesn’t like. Why be such a big-city snob? That wasn’t the friendliest customer service for sure.
- Rene (10/5): - Very clean! Easy room to navigate.
- Danny (10/5): - Very friendly staff. Nice rooms.
- Shirley (7/5): most always our go to for a weekend visit, will come back. - location, clean and bright, I like the decor and the beds are very comfortable. some things are starting to look a little worn, they put us in a room where a painting had been ripped off the wall, supposedly just the night before. The desk clerk wasn’t very helpful when my reservation had a glitch and had me go online myself to fix.
- Constance (10/5): Exceptional -
- tallyh067 (10/5): Good stay! - I don't know why there are negative reviews. We just stayed one night, but were greeted at the front desk and our interaction was pleasant. The room was great and the kitchenette had a fridge and a toaster. There was also real silverware. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Breakfast was great although the layout is a bit confusing. There was a woman making French toast at the bar. I had it with strawberries and it was delicious. Behind the bar was a variety of food from scrambled eggs to english muffins and pain au chocolat. They have an expresso maker and a chobani yogurt bar that was awesome as well. Overall, a good stay!
Oh, our room was by the elevator and we hear no noise at all.
- James (4/5): - Not enough help at front desk, long wait to check in and/or ask questions. Did not offer room charge for waters, none provided in room. Lobby not clean. Elevators, not clean, floors need repaired. Cleaning service did not replace in room coffee or cups for next morning.
- Patrick (8/5): Very good - New and clean. Great bathrooms. Comfortable bedding. Pillows were horrible. Four of them, but all flat as a pancake. Check in was difficult because the clerk couldn’t find my booking.com reservation.
- Stradford (4/5): Disappointing -
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The bed was not super comfortable.
- Elena (10/5): - We really liked the hotel. The only downside is the lack of a K cup coffee maker in the room.
- Marilyn (4/5): - One of the desk agents was very unprofessional and unhelpful. She knew nothing about Bentonville and seemed as though we were interrupting her by asking questions.
Restaurant and bar were advertised but none was available. The breakfast buffet was very limited.
We did not realize that we would have to take an Uber to get to Bentonville.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very clean and the staff was very friendly
- Rebecca (10/5): - We loved staying at this hotel for 4 nights. The hotel was super clean, awesome staff and excellent breakfast. "Melissa" was a great employee and very accommodating.
- Kathy (8/5): Not worth the money. - Breakfast was disappointing. Room was small. Asked for some ice for our cups and was told the ice is in the fridge in our room, but we had no ice as there was not an ice cube tray in the room. Front desk clerk did get us a cup of ice from the kitchen. Bed was comfortable.
- Wayne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ronald (10/5): - Desk staff always nice, professional,&helpful! Clean and comfortable
- Steven (10/5): - Nice and quiet. Easy to get out
- Anonymous (1/5): The double charge needs to be fixed. This is ridiculous. - Nice hotel. I was double charged and can’t seem to get credited for it. I paid through Booking.com and they charged me again at the hotel. They don’t seem to know what they are doing.
- Lourdes (10/5): - Loved staying here! The room was so comfy and aesthetic. Very clean and great service
- Adam (10/5): - Nice place.
- Jim (6/5): - Convenience but attention to detail needs work
- 799troyd (10/5): Good hotel for extended stay. - Great hotel with nice rooms and excellent amenties. Breakfast was very good with a nice variety of foods. Jacob was working the front desk and he was very helpful. The pool and outside patio area were clean and a relaxing place to wrap up an evening.
There are several restaurants within walking distance, including Braums, which has some grocery items. EV charging is a bonus.
- Hannah (6/5): Not enough room for 6 - The description of the room I booked said that it sleeps 6; 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was not a pull out sofa it was more like a loveseat for someone to sleep on. Very disappointed in that room description. It did not sleep 6 comfortably. There were 3 people in one of the beds instead of 2 on every bed. When we talked to the front desk, they were friendly but not helpful. They only said they weren’t sure why the descriptions say sofa bed since only a few of their rooms had that option. They offered another room but one that only had a king bed and a pull out sofa. Didn’t solve our problem at all! They were very nonchalant about it as well. Just a frustrating issue with no available remedy.
