• Justin (7/5): - The cleanliness, the breakfast, the location. I didn’t like the check in. When I checked in the person who checked me in was confused about payment, added my card on file and then I was charged for the price of the room after I had already paid for it through booking.

• David (7/5): Just okay for a quick overnight. - Location and breakfast were both good. Room size and layout were also well planned. TV didn't work and shower water temperature was just barely hot. Turned entirely hot on shower handle and mirror didn't even fog...so, Luke warm. Returning to hotel after my evening and no parking space. Had to use street marked " no parking" at desks suggestion with multiple other vehicles.

• YIFENG (10/5): Whole family loves this place - The lobby combined with breakfast area is big, bright and clean. The room is clean and nice, including its design, furnitures. Room size is big enough for a 3-4 persons family. The bath room is good and friendly. Breakfast is good. Parking is easy. Though it's the first time to stay, it exceeds our original expectation. None

• Marco (10/5): Great home feeling, the hotel and the staff make you feel at home. - Very quite place in a nice and easy to reach location, a very comfortable and new hotel, giving me a home feeling after several visits now. A good gym opened 24/7, a small pool complete the offering. Rooms are silent, large and well furnished. Breakfast is more than OK and in line with the category. The gym is a bit small, very good if you are alone but when busy maybe difficult to exercise timely. House keeping is not carried out every day.

The only con is the gluten free options for breakfast were disappointing, only yogurt and hard boiled eggs. It would be nice to have an allergen free area and some baked goods.

• Rankin (9/5): We spend two wonderful nights here - The room was large had all the amenities and was comfortable. The breakfast was very good and there was a good bit of a variety so everyone had what they liked from oatmeal to freshly made waffles spinach quiche a ham egg and cheese croissant egg omelette with cheese cereals juices coffees and hot chocolates bagels all types of dried fruits and granola for your oatmeal. They had Greek yogurt regular yogurt chocolate milk regular milk it was very nice overall. They had patio furniture with an outdoor fireplace and they have grills for cooking you can get the utensils and seasoning at the front desk. It's very close to Texas Roadhouse and things like a Walmart market within 5 to 12 minutes of driving. It's in a nice area and close to keeneland raceway and other attractions. The water pressure in our shower was very low you had to stand super close to the sprayer or pick it up to put it over top of you for the shower in our handicap room 313. The water was warm everything's provided for you shampoo conditioner and body wash everything was very clean in the bathroom as well.

• James (10/5): Going to Keeneland race track? STAY HERE!!! - Loved the hotel. Perfect spot. Close to airport, Keeneland race track, free shuttles to both. Also walking distance to stores and restaurants. And the included breakfast was beyond my expectation.

After a long and information-fille day, we were happy to come back to the hotel where we could relax. The room was equipped with a mini kitchen and fridge where we could store snacks and leftovers, and we could reheat them. 100% would stay again!

Avoid rooms on the back of the building on Tuesday nights, unless you want to be woken up at 4am by the dumpster truck. Will definitely stay here again, but be wiser about my room.

The beds were very firm and the sheets definitely sanitized as the texture confirmed it not a bad thing however the pillows were not comfortable and felt more of a hospital pillow.

I would have given it a 5 but the only complaint we had was our sheets smelled a little musky. It reminded me of how guest beds will smell due to them not being slept in often which was strange with a hotel.

The in-room kitchenette was very convenient. The continental breakfast was delicious and there was a variety of food options to choose from. I didn't like the housekeepers. I didn't like the cooks of the continental breakfast. They were talking bad about certain guests in Spanish. Also, they stared at my family and I as we served ourselves and ate our food, and as we threw our trash away. It made us uncomfortable.
