- Riccardo (9/5): A great stay with excellent value, but room for improvement in service and comfort - The excellent value for money, the well-equipped gym with convenient opening hours, the high-quality buffet, the friendly and professional staff, and the great location. The main downside was the lack of variety at the buffet. Although the food quality was consistently excellent, the options were very repetitive throughout my stay. Secondly, the housekeeping service was the most disappointing aspect overall. The timing was inconvenient, making it difficult to have the room cleaned when needed, and when it was done, the cleaning felt quite superficial. Even after leaving a tip on the first day, the service did not improve. Out of my 10-day stay, there were three days when my room was not cleaned at all. Lastly, for a five-star hotel of this level, the soundproofing should be significantly improved. It was surprising to hear almost everything from neighboring rooms—even minor noises like running water or other everyday activities were clearly audible.

The front desk crew young lady she understood she helped me both of them get checked in they were absolutely wonderful. They were so kind to me for my birthday, I wish I would have gotten their names but if they do read this I wanted to let them know that I appreciate them and I thank them very much for making my stay at their hotel A+. I will never forget them, the front desk crew, the bartenders, the young people that cleaned my room they were awesome, highly recommended. I apologize. I wish I've gotten their names. But if you or someone that works at the hotel is reading this, I want to say thank you very, very much From Ms, Martin Everything was really good, great. I would vacation there again.

The check-in process was smooth, and the staff greeted me with genuine smiles that immediately made me feel welcome. The hotel itself was spotless, everything from the lobby to the hallways to my room was clean and well kept. My room was fresh, comfortable, and perfectly prepared, which set the tone for a relaxing stay. What really stood out to me was the staff. They weren’t just polite, they went above and beyond to make sure every need was taken care of without me even having to ask. Whether it was giving me recommendations, answering questions, or simply checking in to make sure I was comfortable, their attentiveness was unmatched. Another important factor for me was safety, and I can honestly say I felt completely secure here. The environment was calm, respectful, and well managed, which allowed me to truly enjoy my stay without any worries. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. Clean, friendly, attentive, and safe, everything you could possibly want in a stay. I will absolutely return and recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The good thing about it though is that the tourists attractions are not far from the property so it was still in a good area. The staff was nice and helpful.

- Steven (8/5): An amazing suite! - This is a tale of two experiences... First and foremost, the suite was outstanding. It was a large corner unit with a king bed, floor to ceiling windows out to the city, a big jetted tub overlooking the city and more. I can't recommend this suite enough. We had another member of our group go for a regular hotel room (or "deluxe" or whatever) and that would have been a very different experience. Don't do that. In my opinion, for this hotel, you get a suite or you stay somewhere else. There are grocery stores very close by ("Foodie Market" nearby was a good one) to buy some beers, wine, snacks, and empanadas to stock the room. The rest of the hotel has a modern W feel as you'd expect. The pool area was very nice in the afternoons and evenings. We didn't eat at the breakfast restaurant, but instead tried Paul's on the main floor for crepes which I recommend. If there are multiple rooms for your group, I STRONGLY recommend you ask for them all to be on the same floor as your key card can only get you to your own floor and the common floors like PB (outside entrance and Paul's), LB (check-in, a bar, and pool) and M (conference stuff). Sooo much confusion arose in our group everytime someone said "meet you in the lobby". Other than at check-in, we never really saw hotel staff even in common areas. I think that's likely intentional, but it made the hotel seem eerie at times. Anyway, for the suites alone, this hotel is a huge thumbs up.

- MelRivera26 (10/5): Such a Marvelous place!! - The W Panama is my favorite hotel in Panama. It’s always my first option when deciding where to stay while visiting. I stay at the W for the service, comfort, and the experience. The level of service is exceptional. If you are an elite Bonvoy member, they will make sure you filled valued for your loyalty. They go above and beyond in every way. I’ve visited a couple times in the last few years. Got to stay in a WOW suite and on my latest visit the Marvelous suite. You can’t go wrong with either one. I’d say for couples looking for a romantic experience go with the Marvelous. If you have a larger party go with the WOW which is much larger. Both are great, trust me! Love the decor, the scent from the hallways, the breathtaking views, the hotel is very well put together. Rooms are well laid out. You have turndown service as well. W covers all bases. My wife and I enjoyed couples massage at AWAY spa. The spa offers complimentary sauna, showers, secure lockers, steam bath, lounge chairs, tea, flavored water, to their guest you’ll just need to call ahead. The W has a Paul’s cafe in the lobby. They are open for breakfast lunch and dinner. I go for the pastries and coffee. Breakfast at Moró is decent. It’s buffet style. Special thanks to Analia and Nathaly for making our stay unforgettable. My wife loved the extra attention. I will always remember this visit. Thank you both for the extra effort and the excellent service, our stay was a little more special because of you.
