• 10reggier (10/5): Hospitable Stay & Amazing Visit - Emet took great care of us during our visit. He was professional, accommodating and hospitable to all of our questions. Specifically, he handled our unique medication requests for one of our kids with ease minimizing our concern. Our room was outstanding, clean and comfortable overlooking an amazing view of the Tobin Bridge. We really enjoyed the location’s proximity and convenience to historic areas, public transportation and sports venues.

Several things 1) I called the listed number twice and was automatically directed to an administrator, who did not pick up. Each time I left a name and number. On neither occasion was my call returned. 2) For Boston Marathon, most runners will not return to the hotel until 1:30 on. Most runners need an hour or so to shower and move out. So maybe 2:30 to 4:00 pm, Having to book an extra day for at most 4 hours after 12:00 pm check out is exorbitant. The room charges for Saturday and Sunday are already outrageous. Hyatt should charge a late check out fee rather than a full night fee. Or maybe we should just return to the hotel and change in the lobby. 3) So you got more this time, but never again.
• chrystynaa2026 (10/5): Two thumbs up for the Courtyard Boston Downtown/North Station - WOW! Wonderful stay = 1 overnight for the Celtics final home game. It was a sisters' trip, so we had connecting rooms. Rooms were spacious, very clean - the beds were extremely comfortable and location was unbeatable. Upon check-in, Tommy was super-efficient and engaging. We asked him if he had any recommendations for dinner in the North End; not only did he have a recommendation, he advised he'd call to get us a reservation (after we had discussed the type of food and time). We were in our rooms no longer than 10 minutes and Tommy called with a reservation confirmation. After a quick 10-minute walk, we arrived at Libertine North End. The atmosphere at Libertine was really welcoming and the food was delicious. We headed to the Celtics game which was very fun. And even more, was the convenience and location of the Courtyard. Literally diagonally across the street from TD Garden. We had breakfast downstairs the next day then strolled over to XOXO for coffee. We would highly recommend a stay at the Courtyard (we've discussed making it an annual tradition).

Room was amazing with a fantastic view of the Memorial bridge! We had a great visit, loved the location close to train station, close to grocery store, restaurants, bars and walking distance to historic areas too!

But what makes this hotel so great is an excellent staff. Tony is always there to greet with a smile and take care of any needs I have. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Nothing but praise for this wonderful Boston hotel.
• Treadwell (10/5): Excellent staff and clean facility! - Staff was awesome and personable!! Check-in/out made us feel welcome and engaged in brief conversation. Cafe staff were very friendly and answered questions(about menu) in detail. First time in a while I have visited a cafe/coffee shop who had “old school” interaction skills and who did not seem bothered to do their job. The water bottle in the hotel room is faced in a manner that until it’s too late, you didn’t realize it was a $7 charge rather than complimentary.

The staff has alway been very accommodating and friendly, the only attitude they have is a "Can Do" attitude. They consistently exceed my expectations. Hotel is always very clean and the services are on point. I interact regularly with the front desk staff, Tommy, Tony, Micah, Somaya, Zaheed and Joeseph and the sales staff Sarah & Victoria. All around a great hotel in a great location.

• Lonepalm999 (8/5): 1st time stay. - This was our 1st time stay here. My daughter picked this hotel because of its vicinity to TD Garden. At check in Tony was the best, helping us get a room on the same floor as my daughter, as we had to stay elsewhere our 1st night because they were completely booked. The views were great, & location was wonderful. One downside was my daughter's rooms refrigerator only stayed on for 2 hours then off for six. I'm all for energy efficiency but that is useless. She had to throw her leftovers away. Luckily we had a regular fridge. The bar had no beer on draft, & I payed $25 for two Sam Adam's! Cell phone signal is spotty on the higher floors. Overall, we were very happy with our stay & will return.

The hotel made me feel very safe and secure, especially at night, because they require your room key to enter the hotel. I liked that they knew about the event going on at the time, and the staff were very welcoming to us. I get nervous about cleanliness and any pests but the rooms were very well kept and clean. Staying at this hotel made my experience 10xs better and I'm happy I chose to stay here! Everything was great!

She was working in the food service area doing everything in our power to provide us the best service given our time sensitive event for Easter Sunday. she observed me struggling with my shirt and tie because it did not fit properly and she came over and volunteered to assist well. She was a game changer today and it just demonstrates her extreme customer service that I would grade as a 10 out of 10, I don't usually provide these types of surveys because I am busy, but I felt that it was necessary. She should get credit for being an outstanding employee.

The entire hotel was spotless including our room which was spacious, well appointed, wonderfully comfortable bed, and had tremendous city views. The bathroom was also very clean and had a great shower. I also considered the penthouse price very reasonable by Boston standards. I will be staying at this property exclusively in the future.

I would definitely stay there again on our next trip to Boston.

Our 12th floor corner room was amazing, spacious, and spotless! The value of the room was well above the cost! Room was so quiet. No hallway noise, or a loud fan running in the room for heat. It was peaceful! From the moment we walked through the doors, Tony took amazing care of us! He was fun, friendly, and welcoming! Customer service was impeccable! Breakfast was delicious and it was convenient before we had to catch our train home! All in all, we will definitely choose the Courtyard Boston Downtown/North Station again!

Despite it being the down season with no sporting events, they were not able to accommodate my only request of a room with a view of the water. He offered us complimentary glass of champagne for New Years Eve. He was very personable and friendly. He exuded great customer service. The following morning he ask how our stay was and if he could offer coffee or water before we departed. Overall, we had a great experience and will be recommending to our friends and family. We will absolutely be returning if we are needing a stay in the future close to TD garden.

• CCCK3 (2/5): Lacking Hospitality - I called the hotel on 12/27 and asked if we could store a piece of luggage before returning in 2 days to stay. The gentlemen said only if we were staying at the hotel upon return, do I booked a room for our family. When I arrived, the front office manager said this wasn't allowed and I must have spoken to another hotel. I showed him the caller ID confirming it was this hotel and I he could see the booking was made right after this call. We were 40 minutes away from our train departure and caused a lot of stress and now additional money to pay to store our luggage a block away on such short notice. Myself and multiple family members work in hospitality (2 in Marriott) and this hotel provided the extreme opposite of that. Beware if this is what you get before checking and I can't imagine the kind of hospitality provided once they've taken your money.

On this visit I was greeted by Tony Moore at the front desk. Tony was really great and noticed right away that I had been there before many times. For me, it is my number 1 choice when coming to Boston because of the amenities, closeness to TD Garden and the really nice folks who work at this hotel. Bonus for me was that I got to see Josh at the front desk when I returned to the hotel.
