• Karl (5/5): Overpriced for the kevel of service. - Excellent location and the staff was friendly. TV didn’t work and the safe didn’t work, both were repaired by a very nice workman. Daily room cleanup did not occur. We had to request more coffee, creamer and towels. They said stay hydrated compliments of Marriott, that was a total of 1 small bottle for a 4 day stay.

L hotel partage l immeuble avec une banque, on a l impression de ne pas être chez soi. Gestion des ascenseurs/acces extrêmement compliquée, Pas de vestiaires à la piscine, ni de peignoir en chambre, donc piscine inutilisable

• Holly (1/5): We were very unhappy with the hotel. We checked in and our room was very warm, within an hour it was 84 and rising. Main - The property is pretty. Decorated nicely The AC in our room was broke. All but 1 elevator was broke. So for 8 floors , 1 elevator.

There are amazing options for food within walking distance plus the Sundance Plaza has live music and we saw people taking dance lessons. The hotel is so close to the Stockyards and The Clearfork Mall. The elevators are super slow and there is only one that was working. That being said, at night there were several employees that opened the staff elevators to help move things faster. The elevators are a little confusing to use as well. The showers are a little small and the water pressure was not great.

• Jonterrica (5/5): Pleasant but won’t stay here again - Nice location. Very clean and friendly staff. 1 elevator. Rooms are extremely close together so you can hear everything someone’s doing next door.
• Christopher (4/5): Asthetic but lacks customer service - The location of the property was great. Very stylish and spacious lobby. There was only one working elevator. No towels in the pool area. We booked the “breakfast option” on booking for our family of six and was told (after talking to three different people at the front desk) that “six was too many” to receive breakfast vouchers. In the end, we got six breakfast vouchers but they made it seem like they were doing us a favor instead of providing us what we already paid for on booking. Very disappointing.

There needed to be more than one elevator in operation. Also the toilet in our room took 2 to several times to flush and it sounded like the lid was going to come off with every other flush.

Cons were the smart lift was incredibly slow and super annoying, with a long wait to get up to your room each time. House keeping skipped our room one day for no apparent reason one day which was also annoying.

• 836roxannev (2/5): Worst hotel ever! - ALOFT in Downtown Fort Worth: Only one elevator working when they have 6. The one working takes forever. They say the elevator is “smart”, so…. Slow……… Then after a long time away most of the day, we got back, room on 13th floor, on the “turtle” elevator to find our keys (2) DON’T work!! This place really SUCKS! “BIG TIME “ Finally had to take the stairs (from the 13th) and got put off in the basement that led to a bank and to nowhere in the hotel. Also, why is the water in the sink cloudy? Good thing we have some bottle water. Workers in lobby restaurant were rude this morning also!

• Tammie (10/5): A great night stay in Downtown Fort Worth - The facility was beautiful. I didn't have the breakfast only the coffee which was very refreshing for an early morning sip. The staff was very accommodating and friendly...the night lounge was very laid back and relaxing was me and my husband's most favorite bathing to do after dinner at Mi Cocina which is one of my favorite spots, and was in walking distance which made a great night stroll..we absolutely enjoyed everything about our stay. No complaints at all

• Reanna (7/5): Nice weekend gateway - I was nice and clean The valet was expensive and it was either that or I find somewhere to park in downtown Fort Worth I also really didn’t like the fact that I had to valet every time I went to hotel like I couldn’t just run upstairs and grab something I had to go through the whole valet process
• Leah (10/5): Just like the pictures. - I loved the proximity to the places I was visiting and how clean everything was. It was very modern which I enjoyed. The employees were friendly and helpful. The elevators are really confusing. I had to ask on multiple occasions how to work them because they have keypads but they’re not right next to the elevator. Even when I was leaving it was still confusing.

It’s in a great location downtown Fort Worth easy access to restaura - Great location we had breakfast one in the mornings we were there and it was very good. Staff is very friendly. One thing we didn’t like was the door to the bathroom made a lot of noise when we closed it not a real big deal, but it was noticeable in the middle of the night when you have to get up and use the bathroom

We had the same lovely lady do both. Wish I had gotten her name. The lobby was full with guests, so much activity and that sweet woman never lost her composure. It’s hard to write a con because we had a lovely stay.

• 987jennj (10/5): Best Hotel in Fort Worth! - We had a short stay for one night at the hotel arriving on Sunday, Nov. 16th, and checking out the 17th. The reason for our stay was for a scheduled interview process for my daughter to be considered for the Royal Academy of Veterinary Medicine that was scheduled on the 17th at the Palm Conference Center. Everyone from the Valet Parking to the reception area, to the bar area, and cleaning staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was exceptional! So much so, I just wish my stay would have been longer because everyone made us feel so welcome. Few hotels in the industry do that for their customers, yet the Aloft in downtown Fort Worth was nothing short of wonderful. I also wanted to commend Roxanne at your front desk. My daughter, who was a bit nervous prior to her interview appointment, left behind her eyeglasses and a pair of contact lenses in the vanity of our room (#902). I called the hotel immediately and Roxanne who answered my call, helped locate the items with the housekeeping staff. She had them shipped out immediately and were received today in perfect condition today at my home in San Antonio. This speaks volumes of the great customer care and honesty of their amazing housekeeping staff. If you're planning to be in Fort Worth soon, I highly recommend the Aloft Fort Worth in downtown.
