While unpretentious on the outside, well appointed, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast, and clean if not small pool for the grandchildren.

A staff person noticed I was looking about, asked what I needed and proceeded to get me my peanut butter. Great service! Handle in shower fell off and I thought shower setup was somewhat confusing.

TruthTripNJ (8/5): Ok for downtown if you must - Downtown location is good if you’re at a convention or need to do the Burbon crawl. Other than that pretty boring. Visit the triangle neighborhood for pubs, galleries, great food, gay bars, shopping etc. The hotel itself is typical layout. What is great is that it’s very new. Carpets are clean, furniture is new, showers are in great shape. Would stay here again for that reason only. Staff OK, not overly friendly. Sometimes heads stay down when you come in which is a little off putting. They buzz you in frequently which gives you an idea of the neighborhood.

Rachel548 (10/5): Fantastic location - We really enjoyed this hotel. The location is great. You can easily walk to downtown attractions or hop in the car, quickly get on the highway, and be at places like Lynn Family stadium in about 10mins. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed. Loved having multiple rooms to spread out. Breakfast was nice as they had a wide variety of options and didn't repeat the same things everyday. My boys (12 & 14) loved the billiard table, pool, and fitness center. Our HDMI cord on one of the TVs was broken when we arrived so we notified the front desk the next morning and it was fixed by the afternoon. Note that parking is not attached to the hotel, so I recommend unloading in the front zone of the hotel and checking in to get your QR code for the parking garage. This made going in and out really easy.

Parking was conveniently located next-door in a surface lot to the hotel, very easy access. Each person encountered was very nice and responsive. Luggage carts were available at the door right away and it was easy walking distance to our dinner reservation. would stay here again if we were in the area.
Deborah (10/5): One night stay. Parking not included. - Very nice and very clean hotel located downtown Louisville KY. Our room was a small sweet with an apartment size refrigerator and ice marker and a table top stove, sink and dishwasher. Room #415. That was unexpected, very nice though. There was also a small sofa and walkin shower. Very nice and clean. Breakfast was served till 9:30am and had lots of choices and hot food. The coffee was terrible and gave my husband upset stomach, so I didn't try it. There also was a pool table in the lobby area, nice. The one thing that was unexpected was we had to pay for parking, $30, there was no hotel parking. That was over price for only 11hrs, overnight stay. Very nice staff too. One other thing is that the front desk charged a $30 open tab incase you wanted the snacks located in the lobby and the night staff forgot to mention that. I only noticed it because my bill was $30 more then Hotel app billed.

The room was great, it was clean, comfortable, and roomy for 4 people. the location was perfect, we were a 5 minute walk from the louisville slugger museum and about 10 minutes from the belle of louisville. anything far driving was easy or we used the scooters to get around as well. overall we had a really great experience here and i would recommend this hotel!

Here's my summary: Front desk- friendly, efficient personnel Lobby- Clean, smelled nice, and inviting Room- Overall room & bed were comfortable. I had to take off points on my rating for the following: 1) Only 1 large glass in cabinet for drinks; the rest were very small cocktail glasses 2) Chair seating provided for dining table in room had multiple stains 3) Sheets on bed were very wrinkled, although clean. I thought the sheets had not been changed since they were so wrinkled up, but they smelled clean. 4) Sofa had hair particles left from prior guest. Parking garage- Ok, but wish there was an attachment to hotel. Didn't feel safe at night because no attendant was on duty & no monitoring. Location- good location near most entertainment and restaurants Breakfast- Standard, run of the mill hotel breakfast food, nothing special. The first day the apple juice tasted like pure water, and the coffee was lukewarm, not hot. The next day, I guess they mixed the proper proportions of the concentrated apple liquid, so it was much improved.
