- KarenH638 (10/5): Great hotel in great location! - We had a great time at the Hilton garden inn, staff went out of their way with requests we had and the service was great! Shower was big and powerful and the outside terrace off the restaurant was a lovely area for morning coffee! Local shops and restaurants were lovely especially Mr Chef and Bella Napoli! Value for money... absolutely! To top it off the weather was amazing! Would definitely stay again. Top tip, find a local guide to take you to all the amazing spots in Albania but be prepared to drive. Only little niggle was my pillow, but I'm fussy and I was able to choose from a selection after night one!

From housekeeping Lucas and Rosana, who kept our room spotless and always greeted us with warm smiles, to the breakfast tea, Fedel, Janine, Michelle, and Eralda, everyone made our experience feel welcoming and special. - David (10/5): - Located close to bus stops, but just a pleasant 25-30 minute walk from Skanderberg Square, this hotel is well located. On arrival an outstanding front desk team will give a friendly welcome and make check in easy. Their warm, genuine smile will greet you each and every time you enter or leave the hotel. The rooms are well sized, very clean and comfortable. The beds are 10/10 for comfort - some of the best sleeps I have ever had while away from home! The Breakfast is excellent: wide choice of hot and cold foods each morning, coffee, range of teas and delicious pastries. I was there for 7 days and did not get bored of the breakfast, such was the variation between each day. The Gym, while small, is perfect for a quick workout. Dinner in the restaurant is just as good as breakfast, with menu prices being very reasonable. The porter, cleaning and maintenance staff also deserve praise at this hotel. They are all excellent. My only issue - and was for the cleaner's benefit - is that my room did not have a toilet brush!

As someone from Türkiye, I contacted the hotel before my arrival and inquired about arriving in Tirana early in the morning and whether I could check in early. The staff responded quickly to my request and I was able to check in early. The guest relations manager and reception staff (whose names I don't remember) were very helpful. I would like to extend my thanks to each and every one of them. If I return to Tirana in the future, my choice will again be Hilton. Best regards.

Michelle, the hostess, was incredibly warm and welcoming — she made every morning start on a positive note with her friendly attitude and attentive service. The entire staff in the morning dining area was equally as kind and professional. They should all be commended. Truly a highlight of the stay.

Easy check out; trainee at the desk was really friendly and had great customer service (unfortunately I didn't catch her name!) Minimal stock of coffee sachets - would have loved a hot chocolate sachet and maybe a complimentary biscuit! No dressing gown. Otherwise, it was great.
