Kai (7/5): Good - The best thing is the location very near to the beach. Free parking is no problem - at least it was not in June. The interior was simple and could need some refurbish - but for the price given it was acceptable. For two persons "midsize" the bed was too small. A two "star" rating would be more appropriate.
