Горничная при уборке номера выбросила пакет из бутика, в котором были новые вещи, когда сообщили об этом на ресепшен, они просто этот инцидент проигнорировали.

Voor onze rondreis maakte we een stop in Rome. Het persooneel is erg vriendelijk en heeft ons goed geadviseerd wat we konden doen in de stad. Tevens maakte ze reserveringen voor ons, er wordt alles gedaan om je verblijf naar je zin te maken. Het ontbijt is erg goed, a la carte met hele lekker gerechten, ook voor onze kinderen

• Carly (9/5): Beautiful, centrally located hotel - The location of the hotel is stellar and the decor and ambiance is top notch! Mistakes happen and we can have compassion for that but we had asked the front desk to get us a taxi for 5 people, 5 hours before our departure time. 10 minutes past our departure we find out they “couldn’t get one”. If we had known this when we asked for the taxi we could have made other arrangements. We had a very expensive reservation we missed and had to be them to still take us because of this lack of communication.

We walked to the Spanish steps daily. Impeccable service, delicious food, everyone was extremely nice and welcoming. We will definitely be back here on our next trip to Rome.

• Angela (10/5): Best Find in Rome - From the moment you check in you’re made to feel special. They take great care in ensuring you have the best experience and we did. We were travelling with some elderly guests and the staff went over and above to ensure their needs were taken care of. We were very impressed. The hotel is small but very well located, the decor was of a high standard with beautiful rooms and comfortable beds. We loved the all day breakfast option and the location was perfect for shopping and seeing many of the major sites of Rome were easily accessible. There are two locations and that caught us out at first with our larger party separated between the two buildings (the other one is 15 min walk away). Thankfully the hotel notified us of this before we arrived and they were extremely gracious and generous in being able to find a way of accomodating us all in the main hotel.

• Shauna (10/5): - Hidden gem in the heart of Rome. We absolutely this boutique hotel and had a five star experience. It's settled on a quiet street in a bustling part of Rome, just steps from great shopping, restaurants and near Spanish steps- yet when you entered you felt like you were in a cool quiet escape from the world. Beds were so comfortable, suite set up in mansion section was perfect for my husband, myself, and our two children- with the sofa bed set up for them in a separate living area. So much space. A large spa tub to come home to after a long day of touring was the highlight. The air conditioner was powerful when we needed to escape the city heat, We loved the freshly stocked complementary mini bar, and all the little details and amenities. We were warmly greeted by the reception staff Sara, Manuele, and Stefano. It's clear that all of the staff are courteous, genuine and kind and did everything to make our stay fantastic. The cooked to order breakfast was delicious- and we loved the restaurant staff as well. They Did everything to make our experience super. Best of all it's served all day- so you can leisurely wake up and get to breakfast whenever you want. We loved that flexibility. Overall a wonderful stay and a 5* boutique hotel experience. Breakfast was excellent, choice, taste, variety, everything was very good and the service amazing. It was very clean, the staff was very polite, keen to help and make you feel welcome. The room was very comfortable, everything was working perfectly. I would definitely stay again, it is strongly recommended. -

• Khalid (6/5): :))) - The hotel is located in a good location, which made me choose it, and it is clean. That’s about it. On the other hand, the annex building was a 4 stars property that I payed 5 stars price for, and that was not disclosed upon booking. The curtains did not have blackouts, which made it difficult to sleep, and the hotel did not address the issue when raised to them. Furthermore, the ac was central with no ability to control it in the room, something that I have never seen at any other property. Above all of this, there was no elevator connected to my floor. Would not recommend this property to anyone.

We arrived on a morning flight and they were able to accommodate an early check-in, which was such a treat! Alex was a gem! The room was the perfect size for a three night stay to celebrate a milestone birthday. They booked a reservation for us at a speak easy, which was a nice amenity! Can’t wait to return!

• Andreas (10/5): Charming boutique hotel with excellent service - I look forward to staying at again - This boutique hotel is a gem - beautifully furnished throughout and very well maintained with an excellent team who go out of their way to help you. Breakfast - lovely choice of pastries, an a la carte menu of pancakes, eggs, eggs benedict, avocado etc and fresh fruit Location - walking distance to the main sites, easy to come back for a break and then set off again for another visit. On our arrival there was a welcome card and some traditional biscuits! The mini bar was complimentary - nice selection of soft drinks. Each evening when the beds were turned down there was a little treat on bedside table.

This has to be the nicest staff I have ever encountered. The location is perfect, is walkable to many main attractions, has lots of restaurants and shops near by. The property itself is very clean, warm, and cozy. Would love to come back again one day.

The hotel stuff treats you like a king in your palace. Wide range of breakfast menu, it was marvellous! I loved my stay here and definitely I will be back.
• Abdulaziz (7/5): Good - I liked the location, cleanliness, the facilities in the room The stuff are not giving an enough information even if you ask, i asked about a tour bus take me and my family around Roma, the guy book me a high price company with an old bus owned by very bad company, I couldn’t finish my trip!!. The worst thing happened to me ever in my all travel’s around the world and different hotels is that no body in the hotel bother themselves to explain anything, i parked my rental car in the hotel garage and no body told me it close overnight and reopen at 6am, if I knew that, I could drop off the car at the main station at the night before my travel and use Uber to transfer my family to airport, i was ready to move to the airport from 5:30am but i was waiting in the front disc, when garage opens, it takes around 20 minutes to deliver my car, a guy with other car was waiting to me to move my car while putting my bags in the car and he was screeming like crazy and my kids was scary and crying!! the rush our already started in the way to airport + 2 car accidents and very heavy traffic which caused that I couldn’t fill the gas in the car the company charges me around 200 Euros, I couldn’t catch my flight just for 8 minutes!! At the first time of my life, i booked other air tickets for my family costs me 780 euros + I lost my tax refund around 900 euros due to long queue in the airport. Lack of information made my trip very bad at end , i loved Roma , but im definitely not going to book at Elizabeth hotel Roma again.

• Gloria (10/5): Luxury, service, and relaxation in the heart of Rome - The central location is ideal for visiting many key places of interest in Rome — many within walking distance — and also easy access to the Metro. The hotel is beautifully and thoughtfully appointed, and the staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, are outstanding. Truly a refuge after a long day of sightseeing. There was some street noise. We didn’t mind the energetic chatter of the strolling crowds in the evenings, but the roar and clatter of delivery & service vehicles is the pre-dawn hours were less enjoyable.

• Rajani (10/5): True hospitality, elegance and warmth - Lovely hotel with art filled hallways. Pristine rooms wonderfully designed and very beautifully laid out. Loved the adjacent shared courtyard. Turndown service with exquisite pastries and generous minibar juices and selection of bottled waters were a truly nice touch. Staff was unfailingly responsive and genuinely kind. It’s a rare hotel that practices such genuine hospitality. The doormen and front desk reception went above and beyond to be supportive.
