• Giovanna (6/5): - La posizione Vacanza con gli amici in 8. Appartamento in ottima posizione, consigliabile per 6 persone poiché la quarta stanza, con letti a castello, è davvero piccola. Purtroppo al nostro arrivo abbiamo avuto dei piccoli inconvenienti: uno dei letti a castello non aveva le lenzuola e, dopo aver prontamente denunciato la circostanza all’host che ci aveva rassicurato in merito alla consegna immediata delle stesse, queste ultime sono state consegnate solo il giorno dopo; il box doccia di uno dei bagni si è rotto dopo averlo usato per la prima volta e mai ripristinato fino alla conclusione del soggiorno. Consiglierei un po’ di attenzione in più nella cura degli ospiti.

• Justyna (10/5): Zdecydowanie polecam! - Świetne miejsce na pobyt! Obiekt ma doskonałą lokalizację – wszędzie blisko, co bardzo ułatwia zwiedzanie i codzienne funkcjonowanie. Kontakt z właścicielami bez zarzutu. Mieszkanie duże, przestronne i bardzo komfortowe, idealne zarówno na krótki, jak i dłuższy pobyt. Zdecydowanie polecam!

• AvdV (9/5): - Perfecte locatie om Athene de bezoeken. We waren met een familie van 8 personen. Genoeg ruimte voor iedereen in de aanwezige slaapkamers en ook fijn dat er 3 badkamers waren.
• tara (10/5): Highly recommend staying at this wonderful rental in a great location in Athens. - The rental was amazing! Such a great location and the air conditioning worked so well! So needed on the hot August days. Plenty of room for the 6 of us to spread out. The neighborhood was safe and so many great restaurants, stores and bars around the area to walk to. Marina was amazing to work with and set up a driver with a mega-van to pick the 6 us up at the airport and drop us off with all of our luggage. It was great! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! Everything was great. There is a dog next door but we only heard it when we were in the hallway outside the rental. Did not effect our trip at all.

Gli spazi generosi hanno consentito al nostro gruppo di godere di privacy ma anche di momenti di convivialità. Tutto ben organizzato e pulito. Niente. Una piccola nota che non influisce sul voto totalmente positivo: aggiungerei qualche gancio per appendere sia nel bagno che in camera.

• Tom (1/5): Disappointing. - Nothing The property manager was extremely rude and she refused to take responsibility for the fact that water supply was pulled out. She was refusing to process my refund request as well. She was extremely petty with us and in my view outright racist. She made a comment ‘ Why did you guys come here to Syros’ This experience was totally ruined for us because of this attitude from the property.
• Arthur (4/5): Must Enjoy Eating Out $$ - Excellent location, walking distance to the Acropolis and Parthenon. Great bakery/lunch spot on the corner, fresh farmer’s market, grocery stores, and restaurants one block away. Air conditioning was excellent, and it had an outdoor patio space. Apartment is on third floor with small elevator access or stairs. Marina the property manager was quick to respond but unable to solve our main issue (lack of seating). There were 8 guests vacationing together from around the world. We chose Booking.com over a hotel accommodation so that we could cook and share meals together. There is a large counter/bar top that could easily fit at least 6 stools. There was only one stool. I contacted the property manager as soon as we arrived and every day there after to request more seating. On the patio there were only 2 chairs and 2 footstools. Again, a large space but not enough seating. I was told that seating was ordered. On Thursday evening with only 1 day left in our stay, I was told the seating would arrive the following week. When I looked back at the reviews of this property, renters complained as far back as November of 2024 (almost a year ago) and as recently as May 2025 about lack of seating, not enough stools or chairs. I am extremely disappointed in this property. We spent a large portion of our vacation budget eating out at restaurants. Other issues including a hanging wire from a broken light and other minor issues that renters complained about months previously were still not addressed during our stay. Marina did replace a broken toaster and provided us with a sauce pain immediately when requested.

• Jill (8/5): We would recommend this apartment. - I liked having 4 bedrooms, the beds were comfortable, you can leave the shutters down for a dark room, the apartment was clean. The building lobby wasn’t very clean and it was hard to find the light switch, the building staircase was extremely narrow. The neighbor has a barking dog. The air conditioning in the apartment didn’t get cold enough for us.

• Shira (10/5): Amazing stay for a group of people - It was really spacious and very comfortable for a large group of people. Each couple had a private room and many toilets and showers. Very recommended. The location was great, 15 minutes walk from the center, metro and buses nearby and a very sweet and kind neighborhood The mattress was soft, for me it wasn’t comfortable but I guess that others like it
• Mor (9/5): Superb - The apartment is beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The livingroom sofa is cozy and has a lot of room, the bar table behind it is very nice. 3 bedrooms are spacious and have large windows which open to the cute balcony surrounding the apartment. The 4th bedroom with the bunk bed is narrow and small with small window. But it is a cute room with reading light and a wooden shelf for both the lower and upper beds. The location is convenient, 15 minutes walk to the Acropolis, 4 minutes from a metro station, 1-2 minutes to restaurants, bakery, and grocery. The host was kind and responsive, instructions for self checkin/checkout were simple and clear. Dishwasher was not installed although mentioned in the facilities list. The bar table is long enough to have 6 sits but there were only 3 chairs, one of them was broken. So we were 6 people with only 2 usable chairs. The elevator is small, enough for 1 person with 1 suitcase. For 6 people with 6 suitcases it took some time to get in and out the apartment, espacially when other neighbors also used it. The neighbor next door has a dog which barks very early in the morning (5-6am).
• David (10/5): It was great!! - The location was great. We were within walking distance to Plaka and The Acropolis. The apartment was very comfortable, spacious and very clean for the eight of us. There were several requests to fill out passport information which had already been completed.

• Christofer (10/5): Our whole group was really impressed with the high standard of the property and the helpfulness of the friendly staff. - It is a very nice apartment and the property is situated in a great location, near to the metro station and walking distance from Acropolis and the old town. The property manager was also very receptive and helpful, which added to the positive experience.

• Richard (7/5): Good location for a large party - The location of the apartment is great. There are lots of restaurants and wine bars within a few minutes walk. We were able to walk to the Hop On Hop Off bus stop in 15-20 min. There were enough rooms and bathrooms for everyone to have their own space. Split air conditioners in each room during a very hot week in Athens was a plus. We were able to stay cool in the apartment. At first, our hosts were very responsive, recommending restaurants and arranging transportation to and from the apartment. The washing machine, large fridge, and big sectional sofa are bonuses with a large party. We had issues with the elevator on multiple occasions. It is very small, and it requires a soft touch with lots of patience. After arriving, we ended up carrying our bags to the 3rd floor apartment because we thought it was broken. that was really tough for my elderly parents. We learned afterwards that the elevator was not broken, but it is a bit finicky. It took us quite some time to get the bags back down at the end of our stay. The apartment is in need of serious maintenance. The living room bar area had wires hanging down instead of light fixtures, we needed to call for assistance with the washing machine as the lock feature would take 15-20 minutes to disengage after washing a load, and we had ants in the kitchen by the end of the first day. We also waited at the airport for 45 minutes since our driver wasn't there when we arrived. The positive side of this is the vehicle was really nice, as was the driver, once he arrived.

• Ekaterina (10/5): Fantastic apartment in the heart of Athens for your staying there - The apartment is very beautiful,comfortable and lovely decorated and made our staying in Athens very pleasent.Location is also great,in the heart of Athens,near to metro station and around 800m to Acropolis.Just next to the apartment is 24 hours open absolutely amazing bakery with great coffee .The host Christina is one of the most friendly and kind persons, who we have met during our so many holidays and excursions in the world. She made so easy and perfect logistik for us to reach the apartment,to use it,to keep our baggage and also arranged for us the transfer from and to airport,so we were feeling all the time like a really very dear amd VIP guests to Athens!!!We recommended warmly this fantastic apartment for your staying in the beautiful Athens!!! All was just perfect!!!
• Oreet (9/5): Loved our apartment in Athens! - We were happy with everything about the apartment. It was in a very nice area of Athens - away from the main tourist trails - but easy to get to them- about a 10 minute walk. There were lovely bars and restaurants very close by. It was also a short walk to the closest train station. The apartment itself was very spacious and clean with 3 big bedrooms, a nice kitchen and comfortable lounge. It was well equipped and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It was also very useful having 3 bathrooms. The big balcony was a great addition, and all the rooms had access to it. Our host, Christina was lovely. She answered any queries we had immediately, and was very nice and helpful throughout. The instructions for keys and entry were clear and we had no problem finding and entering the apartment. Everything was great.
• Nirit (8/5): Nice - The apartment was very spacious. The condition of facilities was very medium and needs maintenance or replacement. Overall cleanliness was medium. The host ignored our messages both via booking.com and via WhatsApp.
• Mate (10/5): The perfect accommodation in Athens - Home far away from Home - - huge flat with very nice modern design, absolutely enough and comfortable for a big family - very good transportation from the flat (metro 5 min, Acropolis 1 metro stop, city center two metro stops) - proximity of Athens’ beaches (e.g. Kalamaki, Edem) - practical self-check-in and check-out - nice restaurants nearby I liked everything. Athens is a very loud city and once you open the windows of the flat you hear the loud and busy streets nearby. At least the flat has a good noise isolation.

• Klaudia (8/5): Spacious apartment with a great location - Spacious apartment with a great location, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, big terrace It was a little bit cold and we couldnt figure out how to turn on the heating in the rooms (but then we were staying here in February so no wonder)
• David (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment is having enough space even for large family/group. Three bathrooms are definitely a plus. Location of this apartment is also very good. Close to the city center as well as to public transport. We managed to get around the city as well as get to the port and beach. Host was very helpful for all the asks we had. Despite this flat is not at the main street, it is close and the traffic is quite loud even during the night. With closed windows and shades it is OK for sleeping. But it means you are not able to use nice and large balcony too much. Flat is mainly designed for sleeping. Kitchen is small and there is no real kitchen table to eat for the family/group together.

• Michelle (9/5): Great central place to stay in Athens. Highly recommend - great privacy for everyone. - This property is in an excellent location for sight seeing around Athens. There were 8 of us in the family - 6 adults and 2 kids and it worked out great! everyone had a bedroom - no one on the couch! There are grocery stores, drug stores and restaurants within easy walking distance if you don't want to go far for a convenient dinner or breakfast. The Bread Factory pastry shop on the corner - open 24 hours - was amazing! We did have to go and buy coffee, shower soap and laundry soap - I wish they would have provided coffee other than small packets of instant and a couple of packets of laundry soap so we didn't have to buy a box and leave it behind- but it all worked out great. I would recommend this property to anyone interested in a good central point to get to all sights in Athens. Be sure to check out the meat market and all the "junk" shops near by. Would have been nice to have some perk coffee provided and a couple of packets of laundry soap so we didn't have to buy a whole box we didn't use. Also - a canister of sugar rather than tiny little packages would be helpful. Also would be nice to have a bar of soap in the shower in addition to the shampoo that was provided. I am a "hot" sleeper so having only a duvet with no sheet was difficult for me. I wish I had just a sheet because I got too warm under the duvet.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Average - We were unable to enter the accommodation on the first day, because the keys were not in the locked box out front. This was pretty stressful as it was already quite late and cold. The hot water switch was off, and we had miserably cold showers that first night. The flat wasn’t very clean and one bedroom was pretty dusty. But the flat is quite nicely decorated and there was ample space for everyone. The amenities were sufficient.
• stephan (10/5): 4 Friends in Athen - We had a wonderful stay at this apartement! Everythig is excat as on the pictures, were spacious and very nice beds. even the bunk bed is very comfortable and big enough for a grown up. Very clean and nice. Every room had a Tv and if you dont like sun in the early morning there is an full shutter to make all dark. Area was great too, lot of local restaurants and bars around and also just a sahort walk to Plaka and Akropolis. We def. stay here again next time we're in Athen. Thanks to Esmeralda for the comfortable host.
