• Lauryn (10/5): - Room was great, I wish they would’ve called me to let me know I left my bridal bouquet in the check in office. Didn’t have my bridal bouquet for my wedding. Other than that, the room was perfect.
• Susan (2/5): - We arrived and were told that there were no rooms available. We asked for the manager, who also confirmed that every room was block booked for a wedding. They had a block booking for a wedding and we would like our money refunded. Thank you
• Jayne (10/5): - Room was cozy. AC was nice and cold making it great for sleeping. Probably one of the most comfortable beds in a hotel setting that I’ve slept in. Grounds were pretty and view from the front at sunset was very pretty. Definitely be back.
• Laura (10/5): Europa Village Temecula’s All in One Gem - We love staying at Europa Village. Both the casitas at Bolero and the Inn are wonderful places to stay. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are spacious, the property is always well maintained and the service is stellar. All of the staff are warm and attentive. The winery and food at Bolero restaurant are fabulous as well. Nice to have it all in one place. Europa Village is our favorite place in Temecula.

• David (6/5): - Moderate house keeping. Cleaning rags left in room, didn’t restock towels, glasses, toilet paper. A little dirty, couple of cockroaches. Fairly nice grounds. Need to pave driveway and parking area. Bump up standards and attention to day on house keeping. Friendly and attentive staff who were responsive to requests.
• Kimberly (6/5): - Staff was super friendly, room was clean. The room looked nothing like what was shown (spacious). Needs updating and the entrance door was French doors which obviously you could see through and see the bed two feet in.

• Janae (10/5): - This was a beautiful location overlooking the vineyards. The staff was amazing and everyone was very accommodating. So sweet to receive our welcome sangria at check-in. We enjoyed one of our favorite live music duo's and sat by the fire pit after a nice day of wine tasting and live music. We had the best laugh watching the hot tub spray water everywhere as we were sitting by the firepit. The maintenance crew were out the next morning investigating the issue. The only bummer was you can no longer purchase the wonderful pillow spray that was once sold in the boutique.

• William (10/5): - Very large property for a Temecula Winery. Three different venues, Spanish, Italian, and French. Room we stayed in is a Casita in the Spanish area, you need to take your time and walk around the property. The Boléro restaurant was very good and prices were very good.
• Melissa (10/5): Great little trip - We were warmly greeted with a glass of delicious sangria at check-in which set the tone for our perfect little get away. Our casita featured a private patio, dark wood furniture and pops of rich colors making for a warm and comfortable space. The bed is firm with soft sheets and plenty of plush pillows. The only thing that was a bit confusing was the times and locations of the tasting rooms. We asked multiple employees throughout the property for the details and no one seemed sure of the answers, although they were more than willing to seek out the answer for us. Unfortunately most areas were closed early and although we looked forward to spending some time at the speakeasy that was supposed to be open until 10, it appeared to be closed when we knocked on the door around 8. The staff we encountered were all very kind and friendly and we can't wait to return again soon

Both Expedia and Europa let us down, not only does Expedia not identify the difference between the villas and a grandma looking house off property up a hill that you have to drive through to get there. But we were told about the hot tub and my personal favorite a hammock. Room walls paper thin, I could hear our neighbors talking. Went outside I sat on the 300lb -500lb max 3 person hammock and it was so used and torn i hit straight to the bottom of my tailbone on the metal. I told the women (not Marcy) in the grandma house up the road from the action that this needs to be taken down immediately as a lot of their guests are elderly and then they will end up with God knows what type of injury. She started me she said thank you 30 minutes later it’s still not had been taken down. we went ahead and removed it because we don’t want to see anyone get hurt, went to the front desk at the main village which you drive to in the pitch black as we had dinner reservations. we let them know that we are leaving the property and about the ham situation. They offered me medical attention. I said no I’m OK but it’s concerning that your staff didn’t jump all over that , we then advise we were leaving as Expedia did not differentiate between being on property and off property. The problem is neither side will give us a refund. We were looking forward to going back to Europa and staying in the villas. Not now

• Lynniel (2/5): - I’d give 0 stars if I could. I’m really upset at the Europa management. This was supposed to be a birthday getaway and instead it was the worst stay in Temecula. The rooms at “the inn” were below basic, very small, old and outdated with very thin walls, poor insulation and poor ventilation. The location sucks and the inn is separate from the winery and not close by, you’d have to drive to get there with your luggage. The hallway wreaked of Clorox. The shower head wasn’t even operating to full capacity. I could barely sleep because of the noise, noisy neighbors talking til the crack of dawn and the creaky floors at night plus the slamming doors and people yelling and knocking on doors to wake each other up super early in the morning. I lost so much sleep here. We paid lots of money to stay at this “house” and it doesn’t even have elevators or any amenities like a pool or a hot tub. It just wasn’t worth the amount of money we paid to stay at a place like this! I felt like we were staying at an old house. I demand a refund. The photos do not even match the quality of this “inn” it’s false advertisement. It’s a hostel with about 5 rooms, save your money! Don’t stay here. There are plenty of beautiful venues in this area at less than half the price with full on amenities. I’m very disappointed at the management team for not being able to fully assist us in the matter even after complaining about having a headache due to noise and smelly rooms. It’s only right to refund us

• Kor (8/5): Great location, needed refresh on bathroom - The location was great. The rooms Were quiet and a good size. The bathroom needed a refresh, very worn and the toilet was not clean. No special touches like chocolates or towel animals etc. for the price. I expected a bit higher quality and a nicer less tired, beat up bathroom. Beds were comfortable and a/c worked great.

Bolero restaurant is well recommended they have delicious food and the wine is fantastic, staff were attentive and well mannered. Except the the staff of the hotel check-in desk, she’s not welcoming and doesn’t have a goos attitude kikes you want to check in somewhere else.
• SARA (10/5): Hidden gem in Temecula! - Property was nice and on the newer side. We loved that we had our own casita. The dining options on the property are great. The service could be better during the check-in process, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay at this property.

• elizabethlascheid (8/5): Nice Inn - The Inn at Europa Village is very nice. I am not sure I would stay again, because there is just so many great places in the area, but it is very nice. The room was cute and quite clean, but there were fruit flies or something that were just bothering us. The shower was super small but really cute. We were offered a glass of wine when we checked in and that was nice. The service was quite good, but they got our bill wrong and seemed confused about it. They did fix it however and all was fine. The grounds are wonderful and the views are super nice. We were happy there, we just expected a tad more for the price, but it is very quiet and that is super.

We loved having the winery and market so close on the grounds! Our only complaint was the restaurant. We didn’t realize how busy it got and they don’t take same day reservations. We were told we could add ourselves to the waitlist and it would be about an hour and a half wait, well it ended up being 2.5 hours. By then we’d wasted most our our night waiting around. We were told that as guests we were given priority over walk ins but that wasn’t the case. Next time we’ll make a reservation ahead of time but I wish hotel guests had more priority.

• Emmi (4/5): - I feel like the pictures provided for the Inn are false advertising. It’s like you’re in a hostel and they don’t show those pictures online. You need to drive up this curvy little road that two cars cannot pass through at the same time. They also don’t have an elevator up to the rooms so everything needs to be carried up. The neighboring doors are super thin so you hear everything and everyone all throughout the day. Also because of the rain the transportation system wasn’t working so we had to drive back and forth from the inn to the main winery.

We called the front desk to alert them but no one came to do anything. We had to use our ice bucket until we left. Also the bathroom was dirty when we checked in.

• Crystal (4/5): - The property itself was easy to find; however the location of our room was hard to find, especially at night since the area was poorly lit. The map we were provided to find our room was only an overview of the property and didn’t include the rooms where we were staying. The key situation was confusing because we were given a physical room key and then a second key that was supposed to be for the outer door but the door didn’t lock. And the instructions given had a reminder to keep the entrance door locked which made no sense. My husband went out to get something from our vehicle and when he returned, tripped over a raised patio and fell due to the lack of lighting. When he checked out, the employee who assisted him didn’t address his concerns at all and acted like it was an inconvenience to her. The apology he received seemed lackluster and forced, without real sincerity.
• Lisa (10/5): - I love the property. It is easy to visit each tasting room, by just walking a different pathway. All are just steps away from the casitas. The food is amazing, especially the new pizza oven delights! There are so many snack options in the new Italian market. The casita I stayed in needs some TLC. There was a hole in the ceiling where a light used to be. The door has to be slammed a few times before it locks. The door handle is very shaky. Overall, the staff is wonderful and that’s why I keep coming back.
• Eriko (6/5): - We stayed at Europa village on Saturday for one night. Overall, all of the staffs we've talked to were very friendly; however, check-in took awhile since there is only one person working as a receptionist. To make the check-in process faster and more efficient, they should have a couple more desks and staffs to facilitate the check-in without making people wait for so long. During our stay, we dined at Bolero and all the dishes were unexpectedly fantastic! Also, their little Italian marketplace was very cute. Before we got to the winery, we expected it to be a chill and quiet weekend. However, when we got to the winery, there were so many people and they were LOUD and partying. It looked like a lot of people in their early 20's were throwing their birthday parties, wedding shower, etc so the overall ambience was more like a day club in Vegas, not a winery. Also, since there were SO many people, there were lines everywhere and we couldn't do any wine tasting. Additionally, when we were dining at Bolero, there were a multiple parties that were being obnoxiously loud so a lady who was dining next to us ended up leaving since she couldn't take the noise anymore.

• Betsy (6/5): - The room was very small, no fridge, tiny desk crammed with stuff. And we were way up a hill away from the winery. Other properties in the area offer MUCH more spacious rooms for the same price and convenience of being right on property (so you don't have to drive) Also we were mis-advised on tasting hours when we called in to confirm, and missed wine tasting. We DID like the Bolero restaurant - the food and staff were excellent and that 'saved the day'
• Sherri (6/5): - Only 10 rooms- you would think the staff would be helpful in stating limited facilities. Rooms were nice- eventually the place will be good. I will wait to return.
• Angela (10/5): - The Resort is fantastic, you feel like you are in the middle of Tuscany with the views and architecture. The facilities are beautiful, the food and wine simply delicious and very pleasant staff. An overall amazing experience would recommend and stay there again.

• Nathaly (10/5): - Europa Village Wineries and Resort was amazing. Check in and check out was easy. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We were able to get rides to and from the main building in the golf cart along with reservations to the Restaurant without a hassle.
• ByronR170 (10/5): New property still in development - We were staying for a wedding which was at another venue although this property is also a wedding venue. The property is still in the development phase, but while we were there it was not disruptive. We stayed in one of the casitas in the lower area of the property. The room had an enclosed patio’ floor to ceiling doors/windows looking onto the patio. The room had a large flat screen, Kurig coffe maker, cozy robes, the bed was comfy, linens and towels were comfortable, shower was large with perfect water pressure. There is a small refrigerator and honor bar. Our room included breakfast which we enjoyed. Lovely breakfast with helpful and friendly service. Oh yes Erica checked us in and offered a welcoming sangria. The casitas were not view rooms but were very quite. Other friends stayed at the hilltop location which had very nice views but I would opt for the casitas
• melissa (10/5): - Love the ambiance of the whole property! The decor transports you to a very luxurious Spain. The Bolero restaurant was fabulous and the presentation so pretty! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat! I’m really excited to visit when the French and Italian villages are complete. I’d be nice to have a pool though.
• atoretaa (2/5): Not worth it. Waste of money, overrated - For 300 plus a night, we got a room that was barely furnished, no dresser, no fridge, and a very old creaky bed that made sleeping very noisy and uncomfortable. Nothing like what was pictured on their website. We got the sip and stay package and were provided with what I thought would be a bottle of red wine but instead were given some off brand sparkling wine instead. No tv channels were available either. In the morning we wanted to enjoy breakfast on the balcony but there was a septic tank truck working early in the morning and the entire room and balcony reeked of sewage. The fire pit outside had the gas valve key but nothing to ignite the rock pit with. The staff was timid and not helpful. I told reception that staying at The Inn sucked and she did not bother to inquire as to why our experience was bad. Overall for the money we paid, the stay was not luxurious or convenient in any way. Not worth it and won’t stay here again.

• Delina (8/5): - Beautiful area. Cute place . I didn't realize the room i booked wasn't directly at the village, it was a very short drive up the hill. I loved the spanish winery. Breakfast at Balero was delicious.
• Nolimit45 (10/5): Perfect in every way - From the start it was amazing. The check in process was prompt and offered free sangria while we waited. We arrived a little early but only waited about 45 minutes for the room. They were nice enough to upgrade us to a vineyard view room for my boyfriend birthday. The room was perfect. Bathroom was modern and water pressure was great. The bed was so so comfortable. Slept so well each night. I can’t get over how great this place is and we will definitely be back soon. Don’t forget to utilize the free breakfast at Bolero. It’s incredible. The Lemon strawberry pancakes were so good.

• John P (8/5): - They charged me a full amount for the room on the day of check in on my credit card. One of the managers said this is how it is done. In essence, I paid twice fpor the room stay. Trying to get it resolved.
• Linda (10/5): - If you are looking for a stunning place to enjoy in the middle of wine country, this is it! It’s beautiful & right in the middle of most wineries! We stayed Thursday-Saturday & felt like we almost had the place to ourselves which we weren’t complaining about! Our room was at the Inn which gave us a great view of the entire winery and vineyard! We had Pinot Grigio for our room and it had a nice private patio! We hoped to a few wineries close by during the day & had a blast! The food at this place is amazing so don’t skip the included breakfast! Dinner was also great!! Easy to Uber from place to place! We will be back!
• Verified traveler (10/5): Beautiful Patio Views - I loved our room with a patio overlooking the vineyard. Our only issue was that the golf cart and its back-up bin went down. They had to deliver us back to our room one-by-one. Other than that, it was amazing.
• Walter (2/5): - Our abbreviated stay at this property was marred by roaches and other bugs in our room. The bed spread and pillows had roach droppings on them. Most of the channels on the tv were not watchable due to an error with the properties Dish system. The food I ordered from the restaurant was awful. The sea bass was bitter, the shrimp were very rubbery and overcooked. The wines we drank were subpar at best, which was surprising since this property is a winery. The parking lot is a dirt lot with some mulch, so don’t bother washing your car until after you check out. We checked in at 6p and fled the hotel around midnight after the fiasco we had endured in search of another hotel. Luckily I found one with an available room in the middle of the night. I left multiple voicemails for the manager, none of which were responded to. Instead, I was informed by a front desk attendant that they were not going to refund me for the awful night. I ended up talking to an Orbitz rep, who called the manager multiple times and also received no reply. After exhausting every avenue, I contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute for the night in question, which they gladly honored. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. Beware
