- Natalia (6/5): - The staff was very unenthusiastic to welcome us and the woman at the front desk barely spoke to us. We signed a waver that stated we would pay 1000 thb if the key was lost and that they weren’t responsible for our belongings. We were shown a room 2 flights of stairs up. We did not have any lake view. The bed was ROCK HARD. We slept for one night to try and I was miserable, when we asked for a different bed they told us no they were all the same. When we asked for extra pillows and blankets they told us no. Then they showed us two different rooms after they had so no, but the beds were indeed the same so we kept our original room. Im not sure why we were told no to extra pillows as they clearly had rooms that were unbooked and we were miserably uncomfortable. We considered switching hotels for the bed alone but decided to stick it out since our stay was non-refund able. We didn’t realize this hotel was an hour drive to central Bangkok and had to take long taxi rides to go anywhere. This is a convenient place for 1 night because it is so close to the airport but not a good place to stay if you are exploring Bangkok. Do not stay here if you have a sensitive body as the beds are no better than the floor. In the end the woman at the front gave me a free bottle of water which softened my bad impression of her. I feel a big part of the rudeness was a language barrier, but when I looked at other reviews I saw that they responded to poor ones with sass and denial.

But if you do venture around the little neighborhood you’ll find that a lot of the houses are open for food and drinks that are homemade . Got rice, eggs, and tea for $1.15 USD from a little grandma cooking out of her garage. Fantastic

Prendre le petit-déjeuner dans la salle à manger, boisée et ouverte est particulièrement agréable. L'arrière de l'hôtel donne sur une pièce d'eau et un écran de verdure. Exceptés les avions, la nuit est calme. Le matelas est bien ferme. Points négatifs : les avions (vite oubliés pour ma part), le joint du lavabo au mur qui ne joint plus rien, la lunette des toilettes dont les fixations auraient besoin d'un nettoyage (cheveux et traces orange)

There were mosquitoes everywhere. I had to wait a long time to ckeck in just arriving from bangkok needed to use bathroom and I had to hold it in. The location was about 1hr away from downtown Bangkok.

The shower water was overflowing in the bathroom itself. It was pretty gross. The owner might have known about it. Why not fixing it? There were 2 young room boys, in charge of carrying luggage upstairs. They were very helping. Over-all 1 night just ok. Price was not very high. We get what you pay for, don't we?

- PETER (8/5): - This is a simple hotel with a very friendly staff. It is close to BKK and very cheap. The hotel was clean and the rooms were simple and quite functional. The lake is good for early morning walks and is quite pretty, although it does seems to attract a lot of garbage from locals that gets cleaned up now and then. Would not advise swimming in it! Breakfast was good and other meals are available with standard Thai fare. Not amazing food, but adequate.

- Paula (10/5): 10/10 Amazing - Surrounding area was so beautiful. It was very interesting to see a traditional thai neighborhood. Not touristy at all. This place is amazing if you are flying into bangkok and need a quick place to stay. It was only a 10 min drive from the airport. Our balcony had a sunset view over a lake. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. FOOD WAS AMAZING!!! Best pad thai we have ever eaten. This place was very calm and quiet.

The staff was available for a really late check in, I arrived closer to 1am, the property was extremely clean, room had great ac and fan, bed was wonderful and I enjoyed the balcony briefly before bed. Shower was nice, nice wood floors, overall just a great little hotel in a quiet area. The following night I stayed at the Marriott just down the street, that place cost closer to two hundred usd and, I would have chosen this place for just over twenty!

- pike298 (8/5): Ideal stop over to catch a flight - Quaint little hotel - ideal for a one night stopover to catch a flight. For the price it was exactly what we were expecting, it was amazing value at £35 which included breakfast and a cab to the airport in the morning. The hotel cafe was very nicely set out and the food was good, the room was clean and we felt refreshed for our flight the next day. Plumbing needed a checkover, but nothing specific - it did the job.

When i pointed out the fine detail "free breakfast" she dropped the charge. Breakfast was ok but not 199 baht worth. A bit expensive, the property was in OK shape but the room could have been a bit cleaner and more organized. Toilet paper is outside the bathroom, mounted on the wall. An enormous fridge is in the room empty. There was a notice about minibar charges, but no minibar. The 200 baht ride to the airport was OK, although the taxi ride from the airport was 120 baht. It wasn't bad, overall, but not sure i'd go back.
- 647mickf (10/5): Great airport transit hotel - Needed a place to stay overnight when travelling to Chiang Mai via Bangkok. I did not feel like going into Bangkok for one night so I chose this place due to being close to airport and budget price for room. I found room to be very updated and clean, excellent air conditioning and bed was reasonably comfortable, everything you need for an over night transit stay. I must say though when I read other reviews whining about location one really has to laugh at the authors in that are they so stupid as to not do some research on actual locations of accomodation they book? Like if you want Bangkok night life, shopping etc book a hotel in actual Bangkok (ie: Siam, Silom, Sukhumvit etc), this is not a place to book to explore Bangkok and to criticise its location makes you a complete fool.
- 619tylers (4/5): Fawlty towers esque - Check in took way too long, as lovely as the lady was she was taking her sweet time so took us 25/30 minutes until we got shown to our room. the beds mattress were worse than concrete so my back is in pieces, our room was next to the lift and it was so loud everytime in use and we had a cockerel outside that started screaming the house down from 4am on repeat:( and the Aircon kept annoyingly clicking all night so me and my mate got next to zero sleep! One positive is the rooms themselves are pleasing on the eye and quite fresh and modern but that's the only positive I can take from the experience.

- danks44 (8/5): Economical and near airport - Located about 8 kilometres from Bangkok main airport, the Na Siri Lakeview Hotel is a quaint and economical hotel. The taxi fare is cheap from the airport, about 200 baht. The rooms are very basic, but have air con and a fridge. The rooms are clean and though the beds are hard they are reasonably comfortable. We stayed one night before catching an early morning flight, reception organised the taxi. The hotel is perfect for those who are not fussy about staying in cheap, basic but presentable accommodation for a night. The hotel does have a restaurant to buy meals and drinks.

- Raden_Jals (10/5): Very quaint very beautiful hotel - 10 mins from the airport, great for a transit stay, nice food, very green and well appointed porch and nice rooms with firm beds (excellent for my slip disc). I read in other reviews that the lady at reception is grumpy but in our experience she was very helpful about storing our luggage while we went off to Koh Phangan, just a bit slow with the check in. The rooms itself are nice, with wood paneled flooring and nice views. Water pressure from the shower sucks. And there are no malls nearby. All in all, a very pleasant last day stay in Bangkok. We loved it. Cracked a lot of jokes over the lift. If you step in, you might find the world changed by the time you step out :-)) Tortoises are faster
- Joseph (4/5): - We got room 205, and the shower didnt work and there were no lock on the sliding doors. Anyone could walk in and the neighborhood wasnt the best. The kid working was very nice, but that doesn't keep you safe, lol. They need to fix the doors to the room, and the shower. Other than that, its just ok for a few hours rest between flights.
- phyu (4/5): - Too far from the town, if you stay there for just one night transit is ok. We regret staying there. Need to walk 15 minutes to the main road and unsafe to walk between the hotel and the main road. Not even have microwave to heat up our food and no one we can talk to . We will never go back again.

- jared (10/5): Nice hotel, kind of off the beaten path. - I chose this hotel because it was cheap in price and close to the airport. I ended up staying here for about 5 while waiting on an issue to clear up, so I could get to my final destination. The staff was very nice. I didn’t have a phone plan, so I had to rely on the woman at the front desk everyday to call me a taxi to get food and stuff. Otherwise, you can use the Grab app to order rides and food. - Leighprend (4/5): Grumpy, unfriendly host. Poor quality bathroom fixtures. Not recommend - We arrived late (00:15) after agreeing the arrival time of between 00:00 and 00:30 when we booked a double room over the phone. The booking was made by my wife who is Thai so there was no language barrier. However when we arrived we were told all the doubles were gone and we could have a twin room. However there was a double available at an extra charge. Really? So they sold our pre booked room and then tell us to pay more for a supposedly better double? I was shocked. A hotel with any decent sense of customer service would have upgraded us free to a ‘better’ double after they sold ours. And considering the time, how likely was it they would sell their remaining rooms any way? The woman owner got very grumpy with me when I insisted she should give us the ‘better room’ at the same price. When she conceded she virtually threw the key at us. Very unpleasant reception. However we would only be there 7 hours as we were leaving in a taxi to the airport at 0730. They kindly did organise the taxi for us for a charge of 200bhat which is not much but considering the taxi from the airport was only 77bhat I think we were being ripped off somewhat. The third problem was that when we got to the ‘better room’ the shower head was damaged and would not stay attached to the shower hose. Too tired to change room to the worse twin that was still available we put up with it. When we left there was not greeting or acknowledgment at all. What a grumpy old woman and we would not recommend staying here at all. There is plenty of choice in the area all at excellent prices.

- RickAngBC (8/5): Great place to stay if you need one close to the airport - The location was excellent for an overnight to the airport. Staff was very accommodating. Room size was good - nothing fancy. Dinner was excellent and the beer was cold! Note: You may not get your food at the same time. It's Asia - they have small kitchens and the food is cooked fresh. There was a loud barking dog across the street but OK during the night. The neighbourhood looked a bit sketchy but we didn't walk around so that may not be fair.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Na Sri lakeview God I loved it here. The photos on Travelocity don’t do it justice. Spartan clean room, modern and spacious, with Thai touches like wood and a textile bed decoration. I got in super late like 130am from the airport and the sweet lady and young man helped me kindly. He carried my heavy bags up 4 flights of stairs. I loved the natural beauty of the shower design and the water was a perfect warmth. The bed - I collapsed into the bed and discovered it was hard as a board with a very thin padding on top. the sheets were clean tho and smelled very gently of some soap smell I quite liked. Perfect pillows. Sunrise reflected in the reservoir and charming echoes of many kinds of birds once I opened the sliding glass door. The neighborhood is charming! I might not have purchased breakfast when I checked in if I had realized there would be so many little mom and pop spots within a block or two to sit and eat, and they smelled *heavenly*. But I had already paid 200baht for breakfast (about $6.60 USD) and it was *maybe* worth it as it turned out for the best mango I ever ate, tiny bananas and Thai tea. Fresh fruit 🍌, fried rice, white bread and coffee and tea were the breakfast buffet offerings. The staff was abundant and very service oriented. I really appreciate the beautiful little garden setting they’ve created too with their little hotel in a little neighborhood. It made me all wish I was staying more than 1 night there.
- donegalgus (2/5): The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in - Do not,,... book this place. Took an hour to check and then told room wasn’t ready,,, at 3pm. At 11.30pm had a beer and demanded payment in cash up front. Wanted to pay by card as no cash and refused to run a tab or take card. We left without staying. Rooms sparse, on a mosquito infested lake!! Service is terrible,, honestly the worst place I “almost” stayed in

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Lovely little spot. Very convenient to Bangkok Suvarnabumi Airport, 150baht taxi. Drive goes thru a very ordinary neighborhood, looks a little iffy until you arrive. The people who greeted me at 1:00am were friendly. Room is spotless, simple, exactly what I needed. Bed is hard, but I like that. Breakfast is simple too, sitting outside in a gentle breeze. Peaceful way to start the day. It is common here (at lower cost facilities) for coffee to be instant, not brewed. Lovely variety of fresh fruit, also fried eggs (room temperature), hot dog type sausages, toast. Taxi ordered for me was prompt. No one speaks much English, so stay slow and simple. I would definitely stay here again.
- Kyle (2/5): Awful hotel and location - Awful location, rude and arrogant staff, awful customer service, door handle with plasters all over it, bed rock hard, rooms boiling even with air conditioning. TV screen not on the TV. Do not book to stay here its awful.
- Rick (10/5): Excellent value - Very clean place, good value for money. Very quiet neighbourhood. Access to transport can be better. Perhaps Motor bike drop off to main road to get taxi will be great. Only for outgoing ... incoming not an issue as we are on main airport road to Suvarnabhumi. I strongly recommend it.
- 81theresr (10/5): Stop over at Bangkok - This is a very clean, well kept hotel in-between private houses. Situated on a little lake we had booked this for our early continue to Ko Chang. Transfer from Bangkok airport was approximately 10 minutes. The rooms all have air-conditioning, are really spacious and very clean. We had supper there and I must say, that they did a wonderful Pad Thai, very creative served as well. Stuff friendly and anytime at hand. Prepare yourself to hard matrasses.
