- Don (5/5): - Quiet location and easy access to the highway. The doors to second floor were so noisy that there was no choice but to be awake at 5 am. They need to adjust these doors!

Seemed frustrated and tired. - The room was clean but under construction I didnāt like that I showed up and they upped my price by $100 then when I showed my online invoice the front desk agent told me I must have thought I got the āsigaā price of 10% off. If that was the case it wouldāve been $30 not $100. The person who checked in before me also got charged extra and another group I know did as well for the same weekend. Unacceptable. Thatās what this place does when their hotel is full for a tradeshow weekend I suppose.

Location was convenient. Check-in was great. The lady was very friendly and explained things- breakfast times, restaurant times, casino times, room cleaning. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. We requested clean towels once. The two cleaning ladies happened to be at the front desk when we made our request so we got to meet them-great ladies! We were pleased that bottled water was also provided. Thank you. Love the āMother Earthā products. (Would be nice for the hotel to have these products for sale on site). Very quiet and relaxing. Large parking lot. Missed the Mother Earth body lotion.

I am impressed by how huge our hotel room is, the bed & pillows are super comfy, and the bathroom is clean...The room has a fridge, a TV, and a microwave. The hotel is close to Moose Mountain Provincial Park - about a 12-15 minute drive.

Chairs were stained, tables needed to be cleaned and things refilled. There should be no smoking in the casino.
- Karen (8/5): Very good - Room was a good size. In the process of renovation so new carpets and furnishings but not fully finished yet on the renovations. Definitely acceptable however in the stage of renovation it was presented in. TV was very hard to operate. Without a hotel features and how to binder that most hotels utilize we could not change the channels and we didn't know what the amenities were at the facility.

- H.e. (1/5): Worst stay but expensive. - Nothing Men in a room in front of my room left their door open and were loudly chatting for hours even after midnight. There was no one at the front desk. Staff in the casino called security to let them be quiet. They simply closed the door but continued their chatting. After the casino closed, and I could not even call someone. There was a phone in my room stating, press 3 and room number to talk to a guest in another room, but the phone did not work with that option. This made my trip next day very tiring, especially during driving. When I checked out, I had to wait until a person at the front desk was counting quarters (assuming from the casino machines), I told him that it was the worst stay, but the person was not interested in knowing why.

Large spacious 2 queen bedroom with fridge, coffee making facilities, microwave, TV and A/C and heating. Overall our one night stay was good. Growlers restaurant was really good. All the staff were pleasant and friendly. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend anyone to stay here.
