- Elizabeth (10/5): Best capsule hotel in Tokyo - I stayed in a few capsule hotels in Japan, and this was by far the best. The bed was really comfortable, and there was lots of room for all of your belongings under and around the bed. All of the facilities were great and really clean, and the breakfast was a really good spread for only 1000 yen. The staff were also very friendly and always available for questions. N/A

The capsule is very small, but I knew it. The staff said that I can send a suitcase to another place in Tokyo and get it in the same day, but when I checked out we found out it is not possible.

I think the bathrooms and shower area could have been fresher. The sleeping area can get really smelly; simple plug in air fresher would fix this and make the environment more pleasant.

- HesterD (10/5): Mooi hotel voor single reizigers - Enorm goede locatie en heel leuk om voor 1 nachtje te proberen. Vriendelijk personeel en de sfeer maakt het makkelijk om nieuwe mensen te ontmoeten. Faciliteiten allemaal netjes en goed geregeld. Wel jammer dat we (als koppel) in aparte kabines moesten, zeker gezien we 1 kamer voor 2 personen hadden geboekt. Toch wat gek voor onze huwelijksreis ;)
- Andrew (8/5): Great, comfortable, simple stay for single traveller dumping bags and making the most of time. - Very simple, great location, staff excellent, beds very comfy, great tech to make the most out of the space, really was exactly what I needed for a quick stay in tokyo, great facilities. Bag didn't fit under bed which was a bit uncomfortable, check in made me watch a video but it was somewhat necessary, not hugely secure, just a screen to "lock your room" but there is a safe.

La cama es más corta de lo que podría ser, porque queda con un espacio vacío detrás por donde no solo se te caen las almohadas, sino que además si sos alto con los pies pateas la cortina por culpa de esto. Además, no me gustó que cualquiera te pueda levantar la cortina de una capsula desde afuera; deberías necesitar llave o algo; no tienen traba ni física ni electronica. Tampoco tenes control de temperatura, si tenes frio solo queda abrigarte; lo único que podés hacer es apagar un ventilador. Tambien es medio raro que para tantos pisos y personas solo haya un asesor, se pasa bastante tiempo esperando.

- John (8/5): Impressed for what it was. Probably wouldn’t stay again. - Great location. Everything was spotless. The bed was so comfy. Loads of space under the bed for storage and I had a lot. The showers and toilets were immaculate. Couldn’t lock my room. There is only one lift for the many floors which can take a while during busy periods. It’s overpriced for what it is, more expensive than our Shibuya hotel the night before. Just stayed for the experience. Happy hour is advertised everywhere online when you book with free beer. It’s only on Friday and Saturday nights.

Staff asking for credit card details for guarantee/deposit. I feel like thats unnecessary. The staff was super insistent too. I could give you cash for deposit, so why even ask for credit card? Well I didn't have any, so we skipped it 2. Amenities located in front of reception. Why? Need to go down everytime need towels or tissue or mouthwash. Energy-consuming. 3. Apparently can't eat in the room floor. Too strict, I hate it. I would like to eat donut while scrolling on my phone on the bed. 4. Male staff walking around doing stuff (whatever) in the women's floor. You have female staff,, why send the male staff here? 5. Not allowed to be in underwear/towel appearance even if after a bath. Must be fully clothed right out of bathroom. Is it because of those male staff? If they can't turn their gaze away or if it makes them awkward/uncomfortable, then don't send male staff to the women's floor. This is no different than mixed floor 3 nights 600 dollars, not worth it. The only redeeming quality is the convenient location in Shibuya

- daisy (8/5): - The hostel is very sociable. Really like that there is matcha on the coffee machine and free nuts. The breakfast is also good. and beds are comfy and clean. The "AC" should not be called AC because that's not what it is. It's a tiny fan on the ceiling that has basically no power, i struggled to sleep all 3 nights of my stay because it was so hot in the bed! And you don't get air in from the rest of the room either as you close the blind, really nice for privacy but awful for a cool sleeping environment.

- Yen (5/5): 6jours magnifique jusqu'au moment du check out... - La localisation de l'endroit, la propreté dans les couloirs, toilettes, douches, la facilité d'accès, le check in très agréable. Le jour du check-out (15 avril), je finissais tranquillement de préparer mes affaires sans gêner le nettoyage. Une première employée, très polie, m’a simplement rappelé que tout dépassement serait facturé, ce que j’ai tout à fait accepté. Quelques minutes plus tard, une autre employée plus âgée est arrivée dans un état de stress évident et m’a parlé de manière très agressive, me pressant de partir immédiatement. Le ton était inacceptable et totalement déplacé. Malgré cela, je suis resté calme et respectueux. C’est regrettable, car j’ai passé un excellent séjour jusque-là. Il est surprenant qu’un établissement de ce niveau, surtout après plusieurs séjours chez vous, laisse une telle expérience gâcher l’ensemble. En tant que professionnel de la restauration, je n’ai jamais été traité de cette manière. Je ne reviendrai pas et ne recommanderai plus cet hôtel.

- Jonathan (9/5): Great for solo travelers, Very clean facilities, Plenty of space, Bare necessities for travel. - As a 24 year old filipino male from California this place was great first time stay in Japan - The location for this place was very central and right in the hub of all the Shibuya chaos. There was a convenient family right next to the facility which made it easy to get any snacks or beverages (1 min walk) -The breakfast looked fresh and really good every morning although i didn't partake. -The staff was also very easy to talk to and never made it feel like a problem asking too many questions. -The happy hour was more lively than you'd think and this is the best chance to meet other people staying in the capsule hotel. The age demographic ranged from 25-34 year olds. - The area is super close to plenty of shops and food so theres plenty to explore in the area should you need to fill any extra time. - If i'm remembering correctly there is 3 showers and 3 toilets per floor so showering and using the restroom was never an issue. Both were exceptionally clean everyday. - I was a little worried about storage safety but there are cameras on all the floors and once you meet the other people in the pods next to you it dosen't seem too sus. Plus its super quiet in the sleeping areas so everyone is super cautious not to wake up anyone let alone take the chance and open up someone else's room divider. - there is also a ton of space under the bed. I was able to fit shoes, one carry on, and one checked bag under the bed. Just be weary that the checked bag needs to be compressed to be able to be rolled under the bed snuggly. There is also a shelf over your bed which will allow for storage of any other goodies you may buy on your trip. Hmm if i were to pick some things i didnt like id say the elevator being slow was the main nuisance. Other than that maybe the AC in the rooms being a little stronger would be good but other than that it was still a very clean and solid place to stay.

Ero una ragazza da sola e ho soggiornato nel Piano per sole donne, tutto silenzioso e c’è abbastanza spazio sotto al letto per le valigie. Nessuno tocca niente anche senza chiudere a chiave perché è tutto molto sicuro. Il letto è comodo e ampio, non è per nulla piccola la stanzetta, hai molta privacy. C’è sempre acqua, caffè e una selezione di tisane gratis e inoltre offrono birra in compagnia per 2 orette la sera. L’ascensore un po lento

- Josh (8/5): Clean, comfy, fun - Smooth and enjoyable stay. Everything is well organised e.g. check in/breakfast and things work well. Very good location. Great range of amenities you can have for free or rent. Breakfast decent. It is nice and clean. The fans in the rooms aren’t very strong or cold so it can get quite warm. Also better if each floor had more than one machine / there was a communal area with extra machines.

- Min Qin (10/5): Love it! - Free water refills, free cocoa, coffee and tea. They provide clean towels for showering and many other toiletries. I normally have insomnia but I slept really well here! I love the alarm function which raises your bed to wake you up! Extremely convenient. Made it to the station in 5 mins by feet. Only 1 washing machine/dryer (same unit) per floor, had to wait it to be unoccupied. The shelf within the cubicle at the far end of the bed has a gap between it and the wall, my items fell through and then landed below the bed (need to ask staff to fetch it for you which was kinda embarrassing).
