- Satira (7/5): our stay was ok because there was 711 and thai food vendor nearby. - The room was not cleaned until we check out, shampoo and soap were not refilled, no drinking water allocation unless requested. Heater not working.location quite far but ok. I asked for a room to be on the ground or maybe 2nd floor but we were put in the 3rd floor with no working elevator and we has a hard time on our luggages. There was no lift so we had difficulty on carrying our luggages.Also we were lost on arrival because we didnt know the hotel was in the middle, we were thinking it was along the road.

Von der Kao San Road hört man wenig im Zimmer. Leider war das Bett steinhart. Dusche direkt neben der Toilette, wodurch vieles nass wird.

The shower was placed next to the toilet which made it a bit weird to shower as it made everything wet. But it’s doable.

Увы, в этот раз был номер около лестницы, а шумоизоляция плохая. Когда-то кто-то возвращался ночью и был шумным, это очень слышно. Я просыпалась несколько раз за ночь из-за этого. (Возможно, стоит напоминать о соблюдении тишины при регистрации? Постелить на лестнице покрытие для шумоизоляции?) На постельном белье были следы брызг. Сама ткань пахла кондиционером для стирки, но множественные следы на ткани смутили. Не очень удобно расположены розетки - около пола под столом и у входа.

- Amila (5/5): Passable - Unfortunately, our stay at The Moon Night Hotel was quite disappointing. The bathroom had serious drainage issues, with water not draining properly. The bed was uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. On top of that, there was a bad smell along the way to the hotel, which made the arrival unpleasant. For the high price we paid, it definitely wasn’t worth the value. The only upside was its convenient walking distance to the Boonsiri Travel office for catching a bus to the islands. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Very close to kaosan, the royal palace, etc. It has a/c, a safe and hot water. Free coffee tea fruits water all day. Free jam toast in the morning. There is a nail salon in the lobby! I liked it cause i felt like being in “better call saul”! ;) Very hard mattress, staff not so smiley and low english proficiency, but overall very kind and available.

- Kevin (5/5): Disappointing stay with poor organization, but room was okay. - We booked this hotel for one night before our departure. We checked in at 10 PM and were greeted by a lady who informed us that the room we had booked (a room with separate single beds) was no longer available. However, she proudly mentioned that we had been “upgraded.” The upgrade turned out to be a family room with two larger beds, but the receptionist specified that we were only allowed to use one of the beds. This was absolutely unacceptable. How can the preservation of bed linens take precedence, especially in a situation where the customer is already not receiving the room they originally booked? We ended up using the room as we saw fit, as we specifically booked a certain type of room for a reason. While the receptionist was polite, the staff seemed poorly trained. We were handed the key without any additional instructions, and it was only later that we realized there was no elevator in the building. Our so-called “upgrade” was located on the fifth floor, and no assistance was provided to help us with our luggage. I would like to point out that both of us had injuries from a prior accident, and despite our situation, the receptionist could not arrange for anyone to help us carry our bags to the room. Overall, the experience was disappointing. While the staff were kind, the lack of professionalism and the issues we faced left us unable to recommend this hotel. For a short stay, it was tolerable, but the entire situation was far from satisfactory. Thank you nonetheless.
