• Minnaar (1/5): Very very bad - The location is very good but Yoh the staff are very very rude Attitude of the staff when we wanted to go in pool they told us we cannot swim at night all of sudden we we chilling outside they told us it’s late people want to sleep time I did say that I’m booking for leisure not business,I had to look for another place in 1 day time I’ve spend money.

And is the unit. - remote control wasn't working and couldn't turn the TV off or even reduce the volume. - room was right next to smoking zone. Marijuana smoke was all over the unit. Disgusting.

I Liked the Led lights that remained on while turning off the lights.. Water supply to the shower was off in the morning but was resolved upon communicating with the receptionist.

The Price I paid for one night was R320.00 the next day the price went up to R450.00 with no explanation. This is unacceptable as the room was in poor state of maintenance. There was excessive black mold in the bathroom. The toilet cistern lid was broken. The mirror over the washbasin was broken. The ceiling in the bedroom needed paining. There were holes in the towel, holes in the mat in the bathroom. The curtain at the door was held up with a piece of wire. The overall impression was that the place was very grubby.

• Nyakeleng Thomas (1/5): Just the worst experience. I feel booking.com and this good for nothing guest house scammed me. - Nothing. Just the fact that they opened their gate on time so I can enter and get the shock of my life. The information from booking.com about this guest house is misplaced. I paid for a family room of 2 single beds and 1 double bed via booking.com and on arrival, I found that there's only 1 single bed and 1 double bed in that room. Meaning I paid for a non-existent extra single bed. The room I paid had a shower, only to get there and find a bathtub. How more bad can you be man. No body wants to refund me.

• Singo (8/5): Had a restful and comfortable stay. - The location was excellent for us. Very close to the University of South Africa where we were to attend the graduation ceremony. We did not request breakfast but there were no materials provided for tea or coffee. the room and furniture was excellent and comfortable. The parking space is good and secured. They should make sure tea materials are provided. Most basic needs for accommodation were available. An offer for simple breakfast would be good.

• Thandeka (4/5): Quite disappointing. - Accommodation was perfectly located and central. Safe and quiet community. the WIFI is strong enough throughout the property. The service is okay, when we asked for help or assistance they were willing. The room was spacious enough for 3 people. However the pictures were not a true reflection of the accommodation and were very misleading. There was one plug available located by the TV, resulting in difficultly to charge and multi-purpose use. There were cockroaches in the bathroom and common areas. The shower was blocked. We had noisy guests the first night and tried to notify the property to please control the noise but that went on until 1am. There's an additional charge for you to swim in their pool, which I think is weird.
