Mehmet (9/5): - Es war ein schönes Hotel. War zentral, konntest ohne Probleme überall hin wo du willst. Personal war sehr nett und es war auch ein saubereres Hotel. Es hat alles gepasst außer die Betten, es war bissle zu klein für mich ansonsten kann ich nichts schlechtes sagen.

We have tried some 5-6 places in similar price range at this location, this was the only really, really clean place so far. And they keep cleaning the room every 2-3 days. This is actually a hotel with many apartments. We had a living room (big size TV, Netflix, Youtube, many cable and satelite channels) with kitchen and dining table, fridge (including section for freezing), separate bedroom and bathroom (shower, selection of shampoos/body washes, clean towels, hairdrier). All perfectly clean. Very good central heating. Stable Wifi. It has a lobby, seating area there, elevator, carpeted floor in the halls. Very safe, 24 hours reception, someone was always available. Very polite staff. Excellent location. 5-10 minutes walk to metro lines M2 and M7 and many bus lines. 3 minutes from the Cevahir mall. Many excellent shops and food stores all around this area. Lovely place. So much better than all other places we have tried in the area. Cannot think of anything. For the price range, there is nothing more that I would have expected. We had lovely time and will definitely select it again in the future.

The staff were also very friendly and helpful, which made the stay pleasant overall Housekeeping was not done every day, and the bedsheets were not changed during the stay unless you clearly communicated and requested it

Gemakkelijk om van hieruit de verschillende delen van de stad te verkennen. Op het eerste zicht was de kamer zeer netjes. Er was goed gepoetst. Later bleek er een dikke laag stof onder de bedden. Om een rookvrij hotel te zijn rook het er ook uitermate sterk naar sigaretten: in de gang, in de lift, in de lobby. Veel geluidshinder van straat en buren.

The housekeeping staff is excellent and very responsive to urgent requests. The front desk staff (Ahmed, Bilal, Joey) are exceptional, very friendly and professional and eager to help. The location is excellent (5 minute walk to Metro and large shopping mall) I highly recommend this facility, and in the future I will not hesitate to use it again.

Staff in hotel are friendly and always ready to help, also service for apartment cleanliness are there to clean rooms on daily basis (they did a good job). Marat (4/5): Bad ACs, poor cleaning. - It’s an aging property - the maintenance is poor. Air conditioners are dirty with a thick layer of dirt/dust on the filters and main bedroom unit is rattling. Notified the front desk, but it shouldn’t be guests telling them about maintenance.

Unfortunately, the worst one I’ve ever experienced. - Unfortunately, nothing No soundproof, not safe neighborhood, stuff not professional, smell in overall, internet 18mbps. A lot of problems like ants, doors crashing, keys not working (the only thing fixed). Day 1: card not working, fixed by a key (solution-oriented move from the receptionist, which was nice). Safe wasn't adjusted. Day 2: ANTS 🐜🐜 in the bathroom (video attached in my Google maps’ review) Day 3: the bathroom door dropped (photo attached). They gave me keys to another room TO USE BATHROOM. That was the day I asked to the receptionist if the partial refund was possible, by explaining the reasons in a very nice manner, without shouting or yelling. What I received was a sarcasm that it's my luck and it's happening only for me 🤦🏻‍♀️. I didn't insist on the refund since I wanted to leave that place badly already. Later, while we were resting (and booking another hotel), a cleaning lady was sent with a spray against bugs. So, they were going to use this toxic ‼️gas while we were in the room… When I told the lady (she was Russian) that there was no need since we would leave, what I got was "Hello there! It's such a clean place" («Здрасьте! Такая чистота тут»). Yeah, the smell and bugs tell it 😁

Sheida (9/5): Superb - The place looked exactly like the pictures, with well-maintained furniture and a very clean environment. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the metro station, making it easy to get around the city. The staff, especially Mr. Jawid, were incredibly helpful and welcoming. We had some issues with our flights and needed to make changes, and they were always accommodating and supportive. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Istanbul!

The hotel location is fantastic. You can reach any place easily by metro and bus. The 24-hour open front desk was awesome, and the staff was so helpful.

Shihai (8/5): - No frill service apartment. Don’t expect anything 5 star, but good enough for it’s purpose. It’s close to metro and a large shopping mall. They asked on booking page to contact them 72 hours for check-in instructions, but after I tried to contact them they gave no response, in the end I think they just want to make sure you are going to show up. Room cleaning is every 2 days, and there are a number of minor issues with the apartment I was staying, like air-con drip water when using and they put a towel under it, toilet leak small amount of water but there is sink hole nearby. Like I said don’t expect 5 star anything.

Our room, newly renovated and remarkably spacious, comprised both a studio and a bedroom, complete with a smart TV and a well-equipped kitchen that had everything we could possibly require.
