Fácil acceso a la carretera al aeropuerto, o a Dubrovnik. A un paso de lugares para comer comida local a precios para locales. El departamento es hermoso, todo nuevo con todas las comodidades. En un barrio muy lindo y muy de gente local, alejado del caos del turismo pero a 5 minutos andando de los sitios turísticos y del puerto de los ferias a.las islas. El plus sin dudas los anfitriones: Leo & Mario son los mejores del mundo!!! Llegamos de noche con auto, nos estaban esperando afuera en la calle para indicarnos el parking. Atentos en todo momento. Nos aconsejaron cómo visitar la ciudad, lugares para comprar comida, cómo movernos... al momento de check out nos trajeron unas masitas caseras recién horneadas. Son perosnas hermosas y dedicadas. Gracias todo!

• Julia (9/5): Gute Wahl in Split - Mario und Leona waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation war super. Jede Frage wurde beantwortet. Es wurden sogar unsere Handtücher gewechselt, weil wir 9 Tage da waren. Das Appartment ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. In die Stadt gelangt man zu Fuß in 15 Minuten und an den Strand in 5 Minuten. Wir haben immer einen Parkplatz gefunden. Falls wir Hilfe gebraucht hätten, hätten wir uns jederzeit an Mario und Leona wenden können. Bäcker und Konsum sind direkt nebenan. Zu empfehlen ist auch das Café Jo and the Sisters eine Querstrasse weiter und das Cookie Lab 5 Minuten zu Fuß Richtung Strand. Der Imbiss Popaj direkt gegenüber ist auch toll, alles wird frisch zubereitet. Man ist in einer sicheren Gegend, in der viele Einheimische wohnen. Man hört keinen Strassenlärm, weil das Zimmer nicht zur Strasse raus geht. An den Fenstern sind Fliegengitter und elektrische Fensterläden. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage, die auch heizt. Das Apartment ist ein wenig dunkel (im Sommer ein Vorteil, dass nicht so viel Sonne rein kommt). Das Haus und der Hausflur sind nicht so einladend. Nebenan ist ein weiteres Apartment. Wenn man Nachbarn hat, die sehr oft raus gehen und rein kommen (weil sie zum Rauchen raus gehen), hört man das. Ein bisschen mehr Geschirr (bspw. große Tassen für Tee) wären schön gewesen. Ein kleiner Couchtisch wäre gut, weil der vorhande Tisch sehr klein ist. Ein paar Dinge könnten erneuert werden (bspw. die Toilettenbürste). Die Betten waren sehr weich. Nach unserem Empfinden waren sie auch durchgelegen und sollten erneuert werden. Nicht wundern, dass die Übernachtungssteuer (City Tax) bei Booking nicht mit der aktuellen City Tax übereinstimmt. In der Nebensaison ist die City Tax geringer. Das kann bei Booking nicht eingestellt werden. Man bezahlt trotzdem weniger (war bei uns in Split und in Dubrovnik so).

The host was very good with communication and incredibly helpful before and during the stay. Highly recommend if you want a stress-free and relaxing time in Split.

The hosts were absolutely perfect – friendly, welcoming, and always available if we had any questions. The location couldn’t have been better: just a 5–10 minute walk to the beach and only 10 minutes to reach the beautiful Old Town. It was so easy to get around, and having everything close by made our stay super relaxed and enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for more – highly recommended and will definitely love to come back soon!

The kitchen had everything you needed and the bed were comfy. The hosts Leona and Mario were very friendly and helpful, they made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Couldn’t fault it in any way, I would 100% recommend! Everything was perfect!

Excellent communication throughout - picked us up and dropped us to the airport for a very reasonable fare - much cheaper than a taxi. The room was well spaced out for 2 people, with everything in working order such as air conditioning, powerful shower . Supermarket and bakery 2 mins walk and food joint and fruit and veg opposite property. Mario was super kind and helpful in advising where too go on trips etc , nothing was too much trouble - would definitely stay here again. Great value and standard for the money.

• Patrick (10/5): - Best reception of my entire trip, Mario was very helpful, met me outside, saved a parking spot for me, gave me a tour of the apartment, and communication was always quick and easy. The unit was clean and modern, had the best shower I've found in Balkan apartments so far, and it's only a five minute walk to Diocletian's palace. Would stay again.

They made a special effort to save a large parking spot for our rental car close by across the road. We had difficulty paying for our stay owing to a problem with the App our host was using on his mobile. Minimal but acceptable accessories in the apartment. Would have liked a toaster, paper towel and tissues, for example.

An excellent host who guides you like a true professional, from what to see in Split, where to eat, to how to buy tickets for a game. Simply fantastic. The apartment was perfect. Clean, fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay (two TVs, a coffee machine, fast and stable Wi-Fi, kitchenware, constant hot water, etc.). It can comfortably accommodate up to four adults if needed. What's most important for first-time visitors to Split is that the apartment comes with free parking, which, along with its great location and proximity to the city center, is a significant advantage. Quick and hassle-free check-in and check-out. This will be our first choice when traveling to Split in the future. Highly recommended!

Value for money - Almost everything was good right from the location and its proximity to the beach and city centre. Mario and Leona were amazing. They were there at the property to welcome us at the time of check in and then Mario gave a nice introduction about Split and all the activities we could do which was great for a first time visitor. Mario was just a call / text away for any help we needed. To top it all, he even dropped us at the ferry port in his car because we had too many bags. Couldn’t have asked for more. Nothing really

• Ruth (10/5): A perfect stay in Split - This stay was just perfect. Mario collected me from the airport and took me to my fantastically located apartment in Split. The apartment was extremely clean and had everything I needed inside. Upon arrival Mario and Leona were able to show me where everything was and made some recommendations on where to go. They were great to check in during my stay that everything was OK too, and checking out was easy. Nearby there is a supermarket, bakery, beach, restaurants etc - everything you could need. Mario and Leona are top hosts and I cannot wait to return to Split and stay here again.

The apartment was nice and cozy and although it's not in the main area (touristic) it was a 10 min walk from the old town. Bed was a bit uncomfortable but nothing major, we slept well.

Right from check-in to fix the small things & giving tips about what to do in split they have been exceptionally helpful. Location is good, small walk to the beaches around & 10-15mins walkable distance to the old city of Split or to the main bus station. Supermarket is just near to the appartment. Recommended! WiFi is slow but I am sure they will rectify it!
