- MIO (9/5): 他所では体験できない一生の思い出！ - オーナーさんがとても親切で、宿泊の前から丁寧なコンタクトをとってくれました。 ツアーや車の手配、周辺レストランのオススメまであり、とても満足のいくステイでした。 ホテルでの朝ごはんもいくつかあるメニューから選べて美味しかったです。 家族4人で泊まるのに、セミダブルベッド3台の部屋を選びました。部屋はエアコンも効いて、シーツも清潔でした。少しアリがいたりもしたけれど、殺虫剤も貸し出してくれました。他の部屋と異なりテーブルや冷蔵庫、セーステイボックスが無かったけれど、家族でお得に泊まれたので良かったです。 フォンニャ洞窟行きのボートセンターも徒歩で行けて、便利でした。 この施設のせいではないけれど、手配してくれたツアーガイドが途中で列から離れてしまい、私たちは他のガイドに任されました。でもこの後から来たガイドはダークケイブの中で、西洋人の若い人たちばかり写真を撮って、私たち家族の写真を最低限しか撮ってくれませんでした。 一生に一度だと思うのに、そこだけ残念でした。

- Lihe (10/5): A Great Deal for Me - Great location. Close to restaurants, ATM, mini-markets, sleeper bus stop, and the Phong Nha Cave cruise dock. Spacious room. Nice home-made breakfast included. Nice responsive host, who also does laundry for a nominal fee. I feel it’s a great deal for a budget-conscious tourist. Can’t think of any.

Nice pool. Unfortunately at the time of our stay, there was construction works in the building, particularly on the roof (6th floor) and we were staying on the 5th floor. The workers started drilling and hammering from 6am each day of our stay! This aswell as the shower not being powerful were the only downsides.

- Martin (10/5): - Es war wirklich supi. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Gastgeber war wirklich toll und das Frühstück hat uns auch gut geschmeckt. Zimmer war top und sah sehr neu aus. Bett ein bisschen hart, aber ist sicher Geschmackssache. Bei der Weiterfahrt hat er uns auch sehr geholfen und mit der Busgesellschaft telefoniert und nen günstigeren Preis für uns rausgeholt. Absolut zu empfehlen.

- hubert (8/5): Séjour agréable, la piscine est appréciée. - La chambre est grande, lumineuse et propre mais ne correspondait pas à la photo de la réservation. Il n’y avait ni canapé ni armoire. Le propriétaire nous a fourni une armoire lorsque nous lui en avons fait la remarque car nous y restions plusieurs jours. La douche est située entre le WC et le lavabo ce qui n’est pas pratique. Le bâtiment est relativement neuf donc les logements sont modernes. L’ascenseur est vitré et fonctionnel . La piscine est grande et agréable. Le propriétaire est toujours présent et réactif. Petit déjeuner simple, une omelette ou des pancakes, pas de fruits. L’hôtel propose des activités et il est bien placé en ville, proche des départs en barque. Il propose des vélos pour 50 000 VND et des scooters pour 150 000 VND à condition d’avoir le permis international. Notre robinet au lavabo était dévissé ce qui rendait difficile son utilisation. Peut être aurait il fallu le réparer avant de proposer la chambre à la location.

Lastnik pomaga pri organizaciji izletov in prevozov. Ko se tuširate, se zmoči celotna kopalnica. Zelo velika okna, vendar je najina soba imela pogled na bazen, zato se je tudi v najino sobo videlo iz bazena.

Leng was so lovely and beyond helpful when our bus was cancelled, he got - The staff, room, location, breakfast included, pool (didn’t use but looked nice), overall amazing experience and Leng the lovely man who worked there was exceptionally helpful ! Комнаты, конечно, уже потрепанные немного, но опять же за 16 долларов еще и с завтраком это все хорошо. Плюс супер дружелюбный хозяин. Он действительно был весьма услужлив с нами, помогал и даже дал скидку на посещение массажа в салоне его жены. Отель для одной ночи самое то. Завтрак тоже вполне себе вкусный!

It had a pool, large area to chill and Linh was as amazingly friendly and couldn’t do enough from the moment we placed our online booking. He was awake at 04.00 am to greet us and even welcomed 2 extra travellers who had nowhere to stay.

- Theresa (4/5): Would not recommend, and don't understand why anyone did - Reception open round the clock, ready to answer questions Our room, which looked sparkling and warm in the photos, turned out cramped, drab and singularly underequipped: - no shelves, wardrobe or any place to hang or store clothes or personal items; - one of the two chairs provided had a broken back (which the young manager acknowledged he knew about, without offering to replace it); - the light in the bathroom was barely bright enough to see oneself around. The breakfasts were singularly uninspired, tasteless, in stingy portions, and served lukewarm to cold. Laundry was expensive and ineffective -- as if they had limited themselves to tossing the clothing around in a dryer with some fabric softener.

- Matthias (10/5): Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mit freundlichen Besitzern - Wir hatten das Suite-Zimmer im 5. Stock. Sehr hell, ruhig, mit Balkon. Leistungsfähiger Kleinkühlschrank, heißes Wasser bei der Dusche und Waschtisch, Wasserflaschen konnten wir kostenlos nachfüllen und das inkludierte Frühstück konnten wir aus einer vielseitigen Karte auswählen. Motorräder konnten überdacht abgestellt werden. Die Besitzerfamilie war sehr freundlich und jederzeit verfügbar. Super Lage mitten im Touristenort mit zahlreichen Restaurants, Winmart+, lokalem Markt, etc. Die Beleuchtung im Badezimmer war ungenügend
- Jake (10/5): Perfect for a stay in Phong Nha - Our host Linh showed amazing hospitality throughout our stay, whilst also providing recommendations for which caves to visit and which restaurants to eat in. Time and time again he went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. He helped us book motorbike and a taxi to the airport, both at a good price which was very helpful. The room was clean and had a top view of the surrounding mountains. N/A

- jean jacques (10/5): - Un très bon accueil, malgré une erreur de date de ma part, un l'hôtel complet, il nous a quand même trouvé une chambre, puis le lendemain nous avons eu une très belle chambre donnant sur la piscine au calme, frigo, bouilloire, tv .. Bon petit déjeuner, du choix, toujours le sourire, il gère les réservations de bus et les excursions pour les caves, si vous le désirez il n'oblige pas du tout, prêt de vélo et location de scooter. - Louis (10/5): Unforgettable! - Staying here was one of the best decisions I made in Vietnam. Over 3 months of travelling and this is my favourite place I’ve stayed by far! The service you will receive is unmatched by 5 star hotels, a personalised experience you won’t forget. Stop thinking and just book, you will not want to leave! From the moment we stepped in, Linh (the owner), greeted us into his amazing place with such a warm and friendly welcome. Every HomeStay/Hotel can have great rooms (and these rooms are spectacular) but you cannot replicate what Linh and his family add to your experience staying at this beautiful hotel. They will be there when you need them and also happy to give you the space you need to enjoy your time freely. The rooms are immaculate, clean, spacious and the views are stunning! The breakfast was excellent. The hotel building is very spacious so you have lots of places to relax and enjoy after a day out exploring. Linh is also a tour guide so he knows so much about the area, this helped us find the best way to spend our time in Phong Nha making sure we got the most out of it. All of Linh’s recommendations for things to do and food were fantastic, so be sure to try out what he has to offer that interests you. Also he booked our bus to our next place at a moments notice. He saved us so much time and money throughout our stay while maximising what we could see and do in this beautiful area! I am forever grateful to Linh for making our trip to Phong Nha so much more than we ever expected. We will miss staying here and will be back as soon as possible! I wish I could have stayed longer!

Je recommande également les massages proposés par l'hostel! Ils sont divins, je n'ai plus de noeuds ! Et gros coup de cœur pour leur chien Bon Bon, qui est si gentil (j'espère ne pas me tromper) Merci encore !

- Vittorio (8/5): Struttura comoda - Struttura vicino alla fermata del bus, accoglienza degli host. La colazione era buona con opzioni dolci. Ci hanno accolti alle 2 di notte dopo il bus notturno, abbiamo potuto fare il check-in anticipato con un sovrapprezzo. Tramite l struttura abbiamo noleggiato il motorino e acquistato il biglietto del bus. A causa dell’umidità elevata la camera aveva pavimento e pareti completamente bagnate.

- Jade (10/5): Helpful staff night hotel - The staff were very helpful with everything, really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast and coffee were lovely as well. It was cold outside and the aircon wasn’t working, but to be honest we didn’t even mention it if we did I’m sure it would have been fixed

- Olivia (10/5): Amazing staff! - We had a fantastic stay here. Linh was incredibly helpful and friendly. He was able to advise us about things to do in the area and helped us a book a tour, on short notice. He also booked onward travel for us. Unfortunately due to floods in central Vietnam we were unable to travel to our intended next destination. Linh advised us on how we could adapt our plans and let us stay an extra night in the homestay. The room was lovely and comfortable and in a perfect location. Would recommend anyone to stay here!

Poca cosa, el desayuno estaria curioso que ofrecieran algo tipico de la tierra. Pero en general bien
