- Connie (8/5): - The whole check-in process was a bit complicated. The directions provided to us were not clear. We arrived at the back by the parking garage so that threw us off a bit. We missed the big sign in kiosk outside of the complex. Walked in behind a resident and missed the outdoor kiosk. So my advice… park your car were they tell you. Walk to the doors of the building you are in(we were in 14). On the right is the sign in kiosk. As their directions state, once you put in your code the doors will unlock. Walk in and go straight to elevators and to your room. The parking key fob got us in ok. But we couldn’t operate the elevator doors to our hotel from the garage because we think the fob didn’t work. An extra set of directions to help us get from parking ramp back to the hotel would have been helpful. Once we figured that out, it was breeze!
- Lois Evelyn (10/5): - The view was breathtaking. The condo was very comfortable, but there was the odd problem with patio door, not locking bathroom doors hard to slide open and close. Dryer was not working in the room properly despite all this we enjoyed our holiday very much here and would do it again.
- John (4/5): - Stayed here with our family. All in all we enjoyed the location but found the organization operations rental difficult to deal with. I WILL NOT be using Global Stay again. My detailed review is below. Kids enjoyed the Hozier concert. Check I. Location was great. Check in process was confusing. We discovered that there were not enough blankets for the number of beds in our room. When I messaged them about it they insisted there were and did not offer a resolution to the problem. Late the first night We found the sofa bed dirty and unclean. There were several dirty sheets folded up into it. Since it was late we got to work and washed the sheets so there was a clean bed. I pointed this out to them and asked for a discount - they advised that since we did not take photos of the condition of the bed they wouldn’t offer one. I called them several times and they did not answer my calls regarding the matter. I also messaged them through WhatsApp and by email - they pretty much ignored my messages and emails taking days to respond to my requests. This was a sharp contrast to how quickly they would let us know there was an up charge we had to pay for.
- Eric (10/5): - My room was on the 61st floor, so excellent views inland of Toronto with a peek of the water. Had a full-size fridge, washer, dryer and a full set of other appliances, its staying in an apartment after all, not an hotel room. Great location next to Union station and very close to the water front with lots of shops and attractions. Overall very nice, it was clean except for the bathroom light switch which was very dirty. Also the dryer made a loud rattling during use because the upper panel is loose, putting something heavy on it dampened the noise. Very quiet and excellent climate control system that silently maintained the perfect temperature. I would stay here again next time I am in the city.

I will start about the pluses... the apartment was really nice, however there were stains on the ceiling, the blinds were ripped in one bedroom and the ones in the other room has something on them. There was some type of oil on the kitchen table & there was mold in the bathroom. There was also chipping on some of the corners of the walls. Now it's obviously used for renting out so in the grand scheme of things this wouldn't be an issue HOWEVER this place to deal with..... omfg. I have never had a more horrendous experience in my life dealing with a check in. (And no the front desk is not a front desk but a security guard.) I waited less of a time at Disneyworld at check in than I did here. It took us an HOUR AND A HALF TO GET TO THE ROOM AND PARK THE CAR. (No lines etc. We got there late.) They handled almost everything via email which you have to send pics of your ID, a selfie holding it etc. Ok whatever. But the delay. Now ontop of this you then have to pay a deposit which is stated is you have to if you stay over x amt of days and have a pet. (Neither applied.) So i paid that. We ask the security dude about the parking space & i had to call & email there person. Took forever to get that also. There was no fob we used the intercom to get in. After checking out i was asked how we got to the spot & told the lady (she called and it was like an interrogation.) Like Fobs have memory to check

- Glenna (6/5): - Location was ideal. We were attending a concert at the Scotiabank Centre and it was so close. Close to CN Tower and other local attractions. The building is very nice and we felt safe. The unit itself was nice. Some things could be improved though. There were no hand towels or facecloths. No sugar for the coffee but there was some whitener (small amount). Unless that was left behind by a previous guest. But you'd think there would be sugar. There was no full sheet set for the additional sofa beds. I had to use a duvet cover as a sheet and it didn't look clean. There were lots of pillow cases and a fitted sheet but no flat sheet. Beds were ok. I messaged the cell number provided several times but never got any response. Messaged for facecloths and hand towels but ended up buying our own facecloths and used the kitchen dishcloths as hand towels. There were not a lot of large towels either for 4 people. The carpet in the bedrooms should be removed. It was dirty and didn't even look like it was vacuumed. We might actually stay again but hopefully next time, it will be better equipped.
- JUNLIANG (2/5): - ★☆☆☆☆ — Would give 0 stars if possible This property was a complete disappointment and nothing like the listing described. The room was dirty, with bed sheets full of hair and a bad smell throughout. The AC was broken and extremely loud, making it impossible to sleep. The owner advertises it as a 3-bedroom condo, but it's actually 2 bedrooms with a random bed placed in the living room. The "queen beds" were only double size, and the curtains were broken, so we couldn’t close them for privacy or light blocking. One bathroom had no working light, meaning you had to use it in the dark. The check-in process was bizarre and unprofessional — we were told to wait outside a restaurant near the building for someone to arrive and let us in. No contact info was provided, and the person didn’t show up until 30+ minutes after the scheduled check-in time. The entire experience felt unsafe and sketchy. My family felt extremely uncomfortable and insecure, and we ended up leaving and booking a room at the nearby Delta Hotel instead. We didn’t sleep a single night here. Do NOT recommend this property — avoid it at all costs.

Apartment was fine, except: 1 - Hot water was really only warm, and after running for 5 minutes. 2 - Couldn't get dishwasher to start. 3 - Window drapes to narrow and too long.
- Linda (2/5): - Global Stay is nothing like the pictures, to reach the room you had to have a fog for the elevator to get to your room, The fob was in our room with the key, we were on the 51st floor so a gentleman was going to the 55 floor, so we had to go down the stairs, the couch was broken the main Bedroom was all glass, I was there with my son and daughter, so the only place to dress was in a small bathroom, there was only one closet.

The unit we got was on the 22nd floor with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The only down side was that one of the matress was curving in the middle like there was something broken and the bath was clugged.

The representative who eventually let me to check in didn’t speak English or French. The unit was hot, loud with the dryer going from the last stay, and not in good condition. - Rachel (2/5): - This was one of the worst experiences we’ve had. The apartment looked nothing like the pictures in the listing and was dirty, outdated, and misrepresented. The floors were covered in crumbs and hair, carpets badly stained, headboards dusty, closets full of random junk, and one bedroom had no working lights. The sliding doors were broken, and the bathrooms had clumps of hair on the floor. We even had to buy our own cleaning supplies to make the place livable, which is unacceptable given the high fees. Additionally, the “third bedroom” was not a private room at all but an open space off the living room with sliding doors - something that was never disclosed in the listing. On top of this, GlobalSTAY was completely unresponsive when we raised our concerns on the first day. They ignored all messages via email and WhatsApp, and when we finally reached them by phone, we were told a supervisor “wasn’t there but would email us later" - no follow-up ever came. It’s now been nearly a week since checkout, and we still haven’t received any correspondence or our security deposit back. Future travellers: beware. While the location of this property is great, it is most definitely not worth booking - especially at the current price point. It is poorly maintained, and run by a company that does not support or communicate with guests. Avoid both this apartment and GlobalSTAY altogether.
- paulina (6/5): - Was ask to submit information 72hours before departure date. I didn’t do it as we weren’t sure if Air Can was going be back running. Long stories short it took more than 2 hours to check in. The guide we met was nice and very helpful. I didn’t like that I have to take a picture holding my driver license and send to them. All of the bedrooms carpets were dirty as they didn’t vacuum them. Our parking spots were always taken by someone else 3 nights out of the 4 nights we stayed. After the 1st night checked in after that we didn’t hear back from the number we have been communicating with, as we were wanted to know where else we should park. Everything should be ok but we were really frustrated with the long check in and the dirty carpet.

It was so nice to have true 3-bedroom unit with two baths and a kitchen for my family. This was my first time using GlobalStay so I found the check in process to be very odd. I wish there had been more instructions when I booked it because I was caught off guard by their requests to send information via email a day ahead of time to check in, and it was stressful to find the guide. Definitely needed more information about how check in would work and how to find the person. Once we were in though it was great.

- Hatem (2/5): The Worst Stay Ever – Avoid at All Costs - This was by far the worst stay I have ever had. Before arrival, the property demanded unnecessary personal information (including photos of ID) and even requested a deposit outside the Hotels.com platform, with threats that check-in would not proceed otherwise. When I asked about parking, I was simply told it was “full” and to look around the city myself. Communication was a nightmare — emails took days, phone numbers never answered, and WhatsApp messages ignored. The only reply I received was one email promising a representative would come to my unit, but nobody ever showed up. During the stay, there was zero support. Coffee and supplies were not provided for the length of stay. The TV didn’t work at all because the remote was missing — a big issue for a family with children. For the last two nights, one of the two elevators in a very large building was out of service, leaving wait times of up to 30 minutes. There is no front desk, so if anything goes wrong, you are completely stuck. I also received endless repetitive emails from different agents, all asking the same questions but never addressing the actual problems. Five nights with no help, no functioning TV, broken promises, and endless stress. Absolutely not worth it.

Bug screen on the balcony door meant we could have door open overnight to keep us cool. Needs refurbishing. Paintwork is tired, dishwasher broken, not working and front of dishwasher unit door hanging off when we arrived. Lots of random half used bathroom lotions and kitchen condiments which gave a feeling of being in someone else's home. Not much room in the bathroom to put your own toiletries. Washing machine needs a good flange clean.

First they require you to send in identification documents via unsecured email, claiming there is no one to check in at the building. Then the process is duplicated on arrival at the front desk, where you have to check in on a iPad and enter all the same information. The directions to access the building are unclear. Customer service representatives are unhelpful via phone.

- Cams (2/5): - DO NOT STAY WITH GLOBALSTAY INC The moment we checked in we realized the room was really hot. The temperature was 75 degrees. We set the temperature at 65 degrees. We left the room for approximately 4 hours. We returned and the temperature was 76. We realized immediately the AC unit was not working properly. We had trouble sleeping at night. I did contact the front desk and they said they will forward the message to the manager. I called for 3 days non stop and finally a maintenance worker was sent to check. He said AC is working. Yes i agree AC is working but it is not cooling. I asked to change room or give us discount for inconvenience. We stayed there 5 days without getting any feedback. Worse experience ever. Crappy service. No communication
- Tania (10/5): - We had a wonderful time here. The place was exactly what we needed. It was clean, it smelled good and everything was very neat. We only stayed for one night so we didn’t need to use the shower, the washer/dryer or the kitchen but it was very nice to have anyway. We had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which was perfect. We were on the 30th floor and we were very happy that it wasn’t too high. The view was absolutely incredible. We could see the CN Tower, Rogers Centre and all of downtown. It was beautiful. I seriously think we had the best room. The location of this place is unbeatable. We were at walking distance of everything we needed which made our trip so easy. Checking in and out was easy. We had to communicate quite a bit to get everything set up but it went very well and smooth. The indoor parking was great too. All in all we had a wonderful stay here and I would definitely stay here again.

The Air conditioner could barely keep up, no toaster no face cloths, no tea towels, the door in 1 bedroom is smashed in, the glass ontop of the kitchen fan is shattered and not cleaned up. There was no outdoor furniture on the deck, the blinds in 2 bedrooms were missing slats, fridge barely works, no dishwasher tabs or cleaner, no dishsoap,I could go on but why. I think whoever owns this unit wants premium rent, for minimum work. Lets just say, its too bad this unit is so poorly cared for.

Beds where somewhat comfortable, pillows not the best i have had. the thing that for me was not very pretty was how filty the windows of the whole building where so the view was obstucted by these really dirty windows. But i understand we are downtown Toronto. But it showed that the windows had not been cleaned for a long time.

Would possibly try again based off location itself, but if there was other options would defiently try it first. Front desk agents were rude. Elevators were down when needed and very busy always. Would hate to live here permanently. The address they give you to go to is located at a resturant , when you get there they have no clue what you are talking about. That was never communicated to us, so we spent nearly an hour walking around waiting to find where to go. Bad communication .

Otherwise, the staff was easy to communicate with and a great help, and the priority was fantastic.

- Kiff (4/5): - This property was at best, mediocre. The floors were not clean. We ended up wearing our shoes inside because our feet and socks were getting filthy, and the floors were sticky in spots. The shower drain in the main bathroom was so clogged that we had to turn the water off while we showered so that we weren't up to our ankles in water by the end of the shower. We ended up showing in the other bathroom because it was so bad. Also, there were dead batteries in the tv remote that e replaced ourselves. This is my second time renting with Global Stay and my second time being disappointed.
- Erlinda (8/5): - There is no daily cleaning service like a hotel. The in house washer and dryer was nice. I washed my towels every other day to have fresh towels. I did have to buy my own towels because the ones provided were small. I also bought my own dish scrub because the one they provided was clearly used. You’re expected to throw out the trash at the end of your stay. I recommend bringing your own shampoo, conditioner and body wash. They provided bottles that are used and not attached to a wall so in all honesty you don’t know what someone may have put in them. The view and location was great.

The place is clean and had a great view. Well equiped as well. Oversll id recommend this place. Costuner service was responsive as well even after my stay.

The rep who met me was friendly and even gave some tips about the area. The condo was big, and what we needed for space. It could use some updating and renovating though. Duct tape on the mirror, towel rack missing from the wall in the bathroom, paint scratches. The kitchen chairs were wobbly. Could use a little love. The noise from the highway was loud in the front bedroom. No noises heard from other units or people. The wifi did not work well….tv kept buffering and we could not watch a show. I would probably stay here again if I needed a place for a group or family. Overall good value. The view was beautiful!
- Landon (8/5): - Loved everything about it except for the check in process, said to go to your room to grab the key for it, but you need to use the key to use the elevator to get to your room. Other than that was amazing and as described.
- Mark (2/5): - The cheap box spring broke on the first night while I was sleeping. I immediately informed them of this and nothing was done to rectify the situation. Then after the stay they took my 200 dollar deposit and tried to run my credit card for another 200.

C’est propre mais tout juste car si le client avant vous n’a pas fait le ménage comme il fait ben tu dois commencer par laver ta table et le comptoir. Le logement a besoin d’amour. Le plancher est brisé le robinet de la cuisine ne tourne pas sur tous les côtés. Ils auraient intérêt à rénover les condos car quand tu arrives dans la bâtisse tu fais WoW mais tu désenchante un peu en entrant dans ton appartement

But you’re paying mainly for the incredible view….. No pool use unless you stay more than 30 days Some outlets had no power No USB ports like a modern hotel would Confusing light switches

- EDWARD (6/5): - The property was fair at best. Many items where emailed to them that where noticed. Check in procedure is sketchy at best. I've ever had to wait in the street for a stranger to approach to check into a properry. There needs to be a better safer way. Also 11am checkout is too early should be a window 12-1pm.
- Adam (2/5): - This property was so hard to check into. It was night when arrived and we were told to go in, the elevator wouldn’t work without the front desk guy activating it which he didn’t do until we came back. Also, do not believe parking is included it’s 20$ per day per car and you have to let them know IN ADVANCE otherwise you won’t have parking. Also the parking guy will need to meet at a specific time as if you don’t have plans and if you don’t, good luck finding parking. We cleaned the place inside out before leaving, turned on the dishwasher and the washer with all the towels in (as requested), we were told we left non-removable stains from a tiny blanket and charged 150$ for it. Just want to let you know what you’re in for here. Anyways, we thought everything had ended up getting well and we got a surprise 150$ lost, payments for additional parking, they even charged us for “additional person” because we were 6 instead of 5 but on Expedia we wouldn’t have paid for that…don’t book this!

- debbie (10/5): - Liked the 61st floor view. Quiet .Right downtown. Never got to use their parking garage. Had to park elsewhere and it gets expensive. One of the complaints i have is they need a rubber mat in the shower extremely slippery. And used the couch bed had bars poking through used 2 quilts to help. All in all it was a great place to stay.
- Maggie (4/5): - The property was nice, but beware if you have a car. I paid for a parking spot, and during the entirety of my 3 day 2 night stay, the garage fob did not work. There was no easy access into the garage, and every time we needed to enter, we had to wait on an uphill ramp for up to 20 minutes, for the chance of a building resident to enter or exit the garage to get the door open. I made multiple calls to the front desk and to GlobalStay, and no solution was provided. If you expect smooth access with a car, be warned; your schedule will be affected with the amount of waiting needed. Furthermore, I requested a partial refund for the inconvenience, as garage access should be expected with payment, and provided video proof of the malfunctioning fob, but the refund request was denied.

- Henrique (2/5): WORST EXPERIENCE AT HOTELS.COM EVER AFTER 20 YEARS - The property was in very poor condition upon my arrival. A contractor was still working on the walls and asked me to wait until he finished. Once he left, the apartment was full of dirt, dust, and debris. I contacted the property manager immediately about the lack of cleanliness, but received no response. I recorded several videos of the apartment’s condition and sent them, again requesting that someone come to clean. Still, I got no action—only a vague reply saying the manager was "aware" and would take care of it. After waiting patiently and seeing no resolution, I decided to check out early and move to another place. When I informed them I was leaving before my booking ended, they simply asked “what happened?” I explained once again how dirty the apartment was and asked if cleaning would be arranged. I received no further reply, and they refused to offer any refund. I then contacted Hotels.com, explained the situation, and was told the property denied the refund request. It’s extremely frustrating to feel powerless in this situation and see my money wasted. I’ve been a loyal Hotels.com customer for over 20 years and have never had an issue like this. It’s deeply disappointing that this could not be resolved. I must warn others: do not book with GlobalStay. They are unprofessional, unresponsive, and show no intention of resolving serious issues—they take your money and leave you helpless. I realized I can only upload photos below but I have several videos to share.
- Shirley Ann (8/5): - We came to watch a Blue Jays game and could easily walk to Rogers Place. Everything we needed was nearby. The apartment balcony overlooked Lake Ontario and was close access to the harbor. Check in and check out was easy and quick.
