• Caroline (5/5): Bonne situation, équipements vétuste mais mais le propriétaire est réactif et envoie un technicien rapidement alors n’hé - L’emplacement est parfait on est proche de tout et petits commerces en bas de l’immeuble Beaucoup d’équipements ne fonctionnent pas ou sont détériorés (lattes manquantes pour les lits, four ne fonctionne pas , micro onde vétuste , 2 portes ferment très mal ) mais le propriétaire est réactif et envoie un technicien rapidement alors n’hésitez pas à le contacter !

• Jean-Yves (1/5): - L'emplacement était très favorable pour les transports en commun La propreté , le contact avec le propriétaire quand il nous raccroche au nez car l'application pour ouvrir la porte ne fonctionne pas et qu'on est a l'extérieur a 23h pendant 45 minutes (merci la voisine ) Pas de lampe de chevet , éclairage défectueux , douche pas en état, machine a café mais pas unz seule capsule , ni une bouteille d'eau , rien Les murs remplis de traces de mains sales Pas de bouton de chasse d'eau aux toilettes

• Lorenzo (1/5): LADRI LADRI LADRI NON PRENOTATE PER NESSUN MOTIVO AL MONDO - Durante il nostro soggiorno al Roger De Lluria Design Apartment qualcuno è entrato nell’appartamento mentre eravamo fuori e ha rubato uno zaino, dei gioielli e perfino un paio di cuffie bluetooth. Non si tratta solo di un’esperienza negativa, ma di un episodio gravissimo che ha messo a rischio la nostra sicurezza personale. Abbiamo sporto denuncia alla polizia, perché la situazione era tutt’altro che banale. La cosa ancora più sconcertante? Il proprietario è completamente sparito. Nessun messaggio, nessuna chiamata, nessun tentativo di supporto o anche solo di scuse. Un comportamento così assente e indifferente fa seriamente dubitare della gestione dell’appartamento. E se pensate che l’assistenza Booking possa aiutarvi, preparatevi a rimanere delusi. Nonostante la gravità dell’accaduto, non ci è stata offerta alcuna sistemazione alternativa per l’ultima notte. Abbiamo dovuto pagare un altro alloggio di tasca nostra, mentre loro si sono limitati a un rimborso ridicolo pari a circa il 7% della spesa totale. Una presa in giro, considerando che è stata compromessa la nostra sicurezza.e la nostra incolumità. Abbiamo sentito più volte suonare il campanello ma, una volta aperta la porta, non c'era nessuno. È stata un'esperienza pessima sotto ogni punto di vista. Nessuna tutela, nessuna assistenza, nessuna responsabilità. Evitate questo appartamento come la peste, a meno che non vogliate rischiare di rovinarvi completamente la vacanza e ritornare a casa senza i vostri bagagli.
• Nordine (1/5): A FUIRE NE VENEZ PAS GASPILLER VOS SOUS - cela est bizarre et inadmissible qu'on rentre sans notre pendant notre séjour dans l'appartement et qu'on dépose des affaires de rechange drap serviettes etc... et manque de respect je vais vous faire une pub monumentale literie à chier porte cassée douche qui pue bruit sans cesse porte d'entrée qui ne s'ouvre pas il a fallu que technicien arrive je vous déconseille de venir dans cette appartement pas de place pour garé la voiture un bordel pas possible cela est bizarre et inadmissible qu'on rentre sans notre pendant notre séjour dans l'appartement et qu'on dépose des affaires de rechange drap serviettes etc... et manque de respect je vais vous faire une pub monumentale literie à chier porte cassée douche qui pue bruit sans cesse porte d'entrée qui ne s'ouvre pas il a fallu que technicien arrive je vous déconseille de venir dans cette appartement pas de place pour garé la voiture un bordel pas possible

• Diego (7/5): Con poco, podría ser muy bueno! - La ubicación, la ducha y la cocina completa El colchón del dormitorio más grande era incómodo y estaba vencido de un lado, l apartamento estaba desprolijo y descuidado. No dejaron ni un saquito de té, cosa que en todos los otros apartamentos que alquilaron no sucedió. En general, los propietarios dejan cápsulas de café, té, azúcar, alguna cápsula para lavar la ropa...

Sconsigliato. - La posizione, oggettivamente in una posizione vicina a molte cose interessanti Abbiamo prenotato questo appartamento definito “deluxe-design” pagando 350 € per 2 notti per 5 persone (4 adulti + un ragazzo di 13 anni). L’alloggio trovato non ha nulla a che vedere con le foto presenti su Booking. L’appartamento era in condizioni pessime: soffitto con buchi e lampadine mancanti, muri sporchi, strisciati di nero, macchiati e con vernice saltata in più punti. Porte con maniglie rotte o semi divelte, armadio senza ante, mobili vecchi e danneggiati. Nel bagno la ventola era appesa con una sola vite, il pulsante dello scarico del WC mancava (solo due perni metallici visibili), situazione antiigienica. In cucina il forno era sporco di grasso e incrostazioni. Nella camera principale il comodino era un semplice pezzo di legno appoggiato al letto e si è rovesciato causando un colpo al piede a una persona adulta; il letto era praticamente sfondato. Nella seconda camera c’erano cavi e prese buttati a terra vicino al letto e il materasso era lurido e macchiato. Mancavano le lenzuola per il ragazzo, abbiamo ricevuto un solo set di asciugamani per 4 persone e, per 5 ospiti, era presente un boiler elettrico da 40 litri con acqua appena tiepida. Abbiamo segnalato immediatamente la situazione al proprietario inviando foto. Ci è stato risposto che sarebbe stato mandato qualcuno a sistemare, ma nessuno è mai arrivato e il proprietario ha poi smesso di rispondere. Siamo rimasti solo perché non era possibile trovare un’alternativa immediata per un gruppo di 5 persone con un minore, a tarda ora. L’alloggio è totalmente non conforme alla descrizione e non adeguato né sicuro.

O resto tudo muito mau, o apartamento estava muito sujo e com grande falta de limpeza, o chão sujo com cabelos, as paredes sujas, tudo cheio de pó, lava loiças sujo, casa de banho com lavatório e espelho sujo, chão com cabelos, zona do banho a sair o material das juntas dos azulejos. Éramos 5 e só havia toalhas para 4. Ao chegarmos não tinhamos como entrar no prédio, pois os códigos fornecidos eram somente para a porta do apartamento, conseguimos entrar porque entretanto chegou um vizinho, a chave estava dentro do apartamento.
• Velasquez (9/5): - La verdad que iba un poco extrañada por las muy malas reseñas que habían de este pero me sorprendió mucho ya que estaba super limpio, utensilios necesarios aunque un poco viejos pero resuelven y encima que todo estaba céntrico, bocas de metro a menos de 5 minutos, el Mercadona a 10 min andando moderado, supermercados enfrente y la verdad que muy bien.

• Jacques (1/5): Horrible. Theifs and scammers with cheap fit out. - Apart from the location, nothing All fittings and furniture are either loose or falling apart. We were ribbed without any sign of break in the night before our check out. This was also reported by at least 3 other bookers in the month of October 2025. Not a coincidence that the apartment now had numerous cases in one month on the last day of the booker’s stay.

Per non parlare del fatto che dei ladri mi hanno rubato tutto quello che avevo nell’appartamento, e come sono riusciti ad entrare con una porta elettronica? (Ditemi voi) e come a quelli dell’alloggio non sia interessato nulla… Esperienza TERRIBILE!!!! Via da Barcellona e da alloggi di questo tipo!!!!!!! Tutto negativo

• Taimour (1/5): Awful! - In a good location and spacious. On our last day of the trip our apartment was robbed. There was no sign of break in however all of our belongings were taken including valuable items! Our passports were taken then magically appeared after calling the landlord to tell him we were calling the police. This was very clearly an inside job and we felt very unsafe and left immediately with the police.

• MARTIN (4/5): Séjour trop court pour visiter une ville si magnifique, captivante nous reviendrons - A vrai dire de l'appartement pas grand chose et j'ai fait part de mon désappointement à mon interlocuteur, le seul point positif est la serrure commandée avec son propre Bluetooth l'appartement n'a absolument rien de luxe comme indiqué dans l'annonce, il a grand besoin d'une réfection totale, la tv dans la chambre ne fonctionne pas et je ne vous parle pas du matelas dans cette chambre(chambre donnant sur la rue), le robinet de la cuisine tient par miracle, les murs et les prises sont d'une saleté repoussante en deux mots réfection totale de l'appartement, nous avons des photos à disposition

• Kovacs (1/5): Schlecht und nicht zu empfehlen! - Garnichts. Eine völlig abgebrockte alte Bude. Das Wort „Design Apartment“ ist eine absolute Frechheit! Das Jemand überhaupt ein solches Apartment für so viel Geld vermieten möchte gehört angezeigt! Völlig dreckig, Steckdosen lösen sich aus der Wand, Lampen kaputt, Schranktüre fehlt und die Matratze sieht aus wenn da Bettläuse drin wohnen würden. Das ganze Apartment ist so was von dreckig, das man sich schlecht fühlt. Die Klima Anlange war auch defekr! (Im August bei 35 Grad Außentemperatur) Das Bad ist Eckelhaft und verschimmelt. Wir sind nach 5 min aus diesem Apartment sofort wieder raus und haben nach einer Alternative uns umgesehen. Wir werden uns bei booking.com beschweren und über diesen Umstand eine Meldung machen! Wir werden unser Geld zurück fordern, das ist Betrug! Dieses Apartment ist nicht zu empfehlen!

Wifi con password per metà cancellata, quindi non utilizzabile. Pentole e stoviglie meno del minimo. Affittata per 5 persone, con 4 sedie.....pulizia scarsa.

• Kinga (8/5): Very good - Close to the public transportation and taxi. Walking distance to quite a few local attractions. Keyless/phone app access to the building and the apartment. Washer machine, the electric stove, and the fridge were the right size and worked great! No drying rack for the clothes. Electric kettle needs to be replaced. Other kitchenware basics like plates and utensils could use an improvement as well.

• Emma (10/5): Great location and apartment - Spacious, clean and nice size balcony. Good size rooms and comfortable beds. Good storage in both rooms also. The kitchen living area is also a good size. Great location 10 minute to sagrada Família. Also near the high street and nice restaurants. Very easy to access the building once I downloaded the app and the hosts were easy to contact also.

• Tia (4/5): Rubbish - Brilliant location Apartment was dirty, various marks across walls from obvious drinks, bed frame dirty with hair and toothpaste marks etc, apartment smelt of cigarettes. Shower turned cold after one person being in it for 5 minutes. Apartment as a whole felt very dirty and was most definitely not deep cleaned before our arrival. Upon checking out we was a few minutes over check out time (less than 10 minutes over) cleaner arrived let herself in and began cleaning as we were still there, shortly after somebody buzzed, cleaner let them in and they were a male, she did not check if it was okay, we were 4 young girls and any one of us could have been getting changed and he just came in as well. Access to building via app was a nightmare, app barely worked and we was told there was a key to the building but by this time we was already locked out. Overall not a good stay at all and would not stay again or recommend

Beds and sofa were very comfortable. Strong WiFi. Food shops, coffee shops and restaurants in close proximity. Train station/metro stop for the train from/to the airport within 10 minutes walk. Place was very dusty, mould on the ceiling in the bathroom.

• Judith (9/5): Spacious and great value for the location. - The space is big and comfortable, and modern. simple gray scale, nice bed, etc. Good location. Using the app to open doors was cool. It looked like the shower had not been cleaned and the floor swept, as there were hairs from other people. Also, the instructions day is in the "primer pis" but it's actually in the"principal" sóc is a floor down. that was confusing on arrival and the WhatsApp account for help never got responded to. I just found a neighbor that directed me.
• Anonymous (2/5): NOT CLEAN. - I liked it was walking distance to almost all things in the city It was not clean at all and there were lots of things broken and run down upon our arrival. Also, it had a Bluetooth keyless entry system which was not reliable. We had to call the owners at 11pm at night to have them reset the system to let us into the apartment. This ended up being a 30 minute ordeal my kids were super tired and were ready for bed at that point. I definitely would not stay here again due to how dirty the place was, and I think it should have been much cheaper for the quality of stay.

• Boushra (8/5): nice apartment and very helpful and friendly staff - the location and the apartment were super nice, if you are traveling with your family this is a recommended place to stay in. I just needed a bed cot for my daughter, it was at the property but I couldn’t get it as it was over the closet and I needed a ladder in order to reach it. I suggest if you need one you may ask to prepare you for ahead. otherwise everything was good and we enjoyed our stay.
