• Kushwaha (9/5): Great stay great location. - The location, staff, cleanliness. Buffet was not good. It was below average.
• KRISHAN CHAND (1/5): Bad behaviour staff and pathetic experience - Yes, location on the road side for easily pickup the taxi . And nearby the local store. Behaviour of staff and management not supportive. We are reached around 12 :01am from Airport and staff asking to pay 2000/-. However, staff call someone and they instructed him to take full amount i.e. 22500/- . We are requested to pay full amount in the morning as this booking was did by office not personal use. But they are not responding our call and we are seating outside the lounge more than 1:30hrs. After ward, we are pay one day payment i.e. 7500/- and check-out the hotel. One more thing online booking found cheaper than booking.com. Staff very pathetic and room also very smelly as well as bed was damaged and due to road side hotel entire night vehicle honking and resultant couldn't sleep properly.. Not advisable to stay, if you want piece full sleeping.

Location was good- the hotel should have more scrutiny for couples and females - Location is impeccable - right in at the junction which has all prime places Dubious couples walking around - not the best for families I guess . Didn’t impact me I was a solo traveller

No Parking facility for 4 Wheelers at the Hotel. The streets are busy & filled. It is very difficult to find parking spot. Wifi is nearly not available. Signal drops & very weak.

• Padmavati (4/5): - There is no parking facility at all. They believe all Indians arrive by flight only to their hotel Also they do not serve fresh tea and coffee. You need to put Nescafe powder in milk stating it as coffee and making it yourself. There in no concept of ginger in the Tea. Welcome drink was kept when people were at the checking out so they should name is as goodbye drink. One of the items in the breakfast was Maggie. Bedsheets of the rooms were never changednor the comforter covers. There was a used earbuds lying on the floor of the room which was never picked up by the house cleaning facility. No cleanliness. Hot water didn't come for 1 day. No concept of giving hairdryers. All Delux rooms have different interiors and sizes so people end up getting jealous of each other that one got bigger delux room one got smaller delux room. Very pricy with less facilities.

The room was very small and the bed size was very small and legs went out of the bed and two people couldn't sleep. Since my room facing was road side it was difficult to sleep due to the vehicle's horn and running on the road.

• Karthik (7/5): Frustrated - The aesthetic vibes and the bar counter next to the pools. Rooms are okayish. The rooms pics may seem spacious but its not very spacious. The receptionist behaviour was very rude and un welcoming. I had made the booking 3 weeks prior to our visit. From day 1 I have been in contact with the property as to check if the rooms are confirmed or would there be any advance payments required. So I had requested an early check in and was told it would be possible and wouldn’t require any extra payments. Upon arrival the receptionist just denied it and even after showing Whatspp conversation with the property he was not accepting it and asked for confirmation. We are a family of 5 so we booked 2 rooms. The booking clearly stated that 1 of the 2 rooms would accommodate 3 people and would require an extra bed which was included in our booking amount . During check out he demanded extra fee for the extra bed which was already included in the booking. I had to talk and argue to exclude it from the final amount. The rooms were not very clean. The curtains,lamps and wardrobe were dusty. Room service is slower than the traffic in Banglore

• Pj (8/5): If you can afford it’s a great hotel with an amazing location for shopping, beach, food and nightlife. - the location was perfect and the lobby is really nice to relax and rest if you are lazy to head out. the cost of stay is overpriced. The rooms and service is good but still not a big hotel for the price you have to pay.

• Anthony (7/5): Average Stay - Neat and clean. Friendly staff. Hot water for shower is provided only via solar water heater. During monsoon solar water heater does not facilitate hot water due to the weather conditions.
• J (6/5): Not opened yet! - This hotel was new, not even finished building yet. There are some power cut occasionally for a short time. But the location was not too bad, only take 3minutrs to the beach. Room itself was good, but hopefully they will polish the customer service skills in the future.
