The apartment was very clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location is perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and all the main attractions in Budva, yet still quiet enough to relax. Our host, Nikola, was amazing—very welcoming, responsive, and always ready to help with recommendations and anything we needed. He made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend Apartments Krug to anyone visiting Budva, and I would definitely stay here again!

• Savo (4/5): - Wir haben im Apartment von Krug übernachtet und die Lage war wirklich sehr gut – nahe am Strand und der Promenade. Leider war die Sauberkeit ein großer Minuspunkt. Erst nach zwei Tagen kam eine Reinigungskraft, doch auch danach war es immer noch sehr dreckig. Unser 10 Monate altes Baby ist am Boden gekrabbelt und hatte danach schwarze Hände und Knie. Ein weiteres Problem war der Parkplatz: Zunächst bekamen wir einen Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage zugewiesen, doch als wir zurückkamen, war dieser besetzt. Nach kurzer Diskussion organisierte der Besitzer einen anderen Platz mit der Aussage, dass er „einer guten Kollegin gehört und wir dort bedenkenlos parken können“. Am nächsten Tag fanden wir jedoch einen Zettel am Auto, dass wir sofort wegparken sollen, da der Platz reserviert sei. Das führte dazu, dass wir selbst umorganisieren und uns sogar bei der Eigentümerin des Platzes entschuldigen mussten. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Host war schwierig – manchmal kam keine Antwort, obwohl er die Nachricht offensichtlich gesehen hatte. Sehr schade, denn die Lage des Apartments wäre eigentlich ideal. Leider für uns: Nie wieder.
• Lauryn (6/5): - Friendly host. Walking distance to Old Town and Marina. Numerous options to eat. Parking was great - onsite. Bedding was comfortable, but blankets were small to cover 2 people. Towel quality was poor and small.

• Sharon (10/5): Excellent location - The only problem we had was finding it as we were walking from the Bus Station and there appears to be a lack of street signs in Budva. Now we know it is located behind the Gufo hotel and by Fortuna Hotel and Gastronomy. It is within easy walking distance of the TQ Centre. When we were close we called on WhatsApp and we were literally walked in by phone. Excellent care and attention. We actually extended our stay here, excellent stay

• Chimaroke (2/5): A terrible experience - Very bad experience. Arrived at the property on Friday 2:12pm, and met the host Nikola, who claimed that the key to our sea view apartment with queen size & double bed had broken in the lock, and that the locksmith wouldn't be able to attend until Monday due to it being a weekend. Said he could put us up in an alternative apartment which had no view whatsoever (sandwiched between taller buildings), and only had 1 double bed. We accepted the apartment for the night being that we'd been travelling all day and were tired. The following morning I contacted Nikola to tell him that I was unhappy with the arrangement and would like a refund. He was very unhelpful, telling me to cancel through Hotels.com and they will process my refund and instructed us to vacate the apartment before 10:30am, which we complied with. However, when I tried to process my refund through Hotels.com, they advised that they were unable to do it as Nikola was refusing to comply. Nikola had lied to the Hotels.com team about the chain of events, claiming that I was only offered the room with no view because I arrived earlier than my scheduled time, and that he offered to move us to a room with a view which we declined. Nikola is a dishonest and untruthful character, who Hotels.com would do well to ban from their platform, so that he doesn't continue exploiting their platform users.

• Macit (8/5): - Apartmanın konumu güzeldi, ama check in saatinde gittiğimizde oda temizliği devam ediyordu, havlular eksikti, duş ürünleri yoktu . Apartment olduğu için resepsiyon yoktu, ne yapacağımız konusunda bocaladık. Ev sahibi check out valizlerimizi bırakmamıza yardımcı oldu.

The rooms are clean, with comfortable beds, perfect location: short walk to restaurants, grocery store, shopping mall, beach. The most thoughtful and helpful staff. Me and my kids couldn’t have imagined a better experience!
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Lovely property but distaterous checking in. The contact number we were given didnt work so asked for help at a neighbouring hotel. They kindly phoned number and person they spoke to said she didnt work there anymore! She provided another number and a woman appeared after 20 mins to escort us over. As there was a language barrier, she couldnt help with our questions. On leaving next day there was no checking out information so left keys in flat post box. Very poor customer service

• SEUNGA (8/5): 부드바에서 가격대비 괜찮은 아파트!! - 숙소 바로 앞이 바다라 수영하고 바로 들어올 수 있어서 좋아요. 옆 건물 1층에는 베이커리가 있고, 길 건너에 아주 큰 쇼핑몰과 마켓이 있어요. 근처에 다이소처럼 물건 파는 곳도 있구요. 리셉션이 없고, 구글맵에 나온 위치와 달라서 체크인하기 조금 불편했지만, 집이 굉장히 깔끔하고 편해서 좋았습니다.

The unit was immaculately clean. The manager Milena was fantastic to deal with. Will definitely stay here again.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - The property was in a great location of Budva near the old town and was a great value. It was very clean, had wifi, had adequate towels, a fridge, stove, and some cooking utensils. The parking garage also was included with the rental. It is sn apartment versus hotel so there is no service or reception. The place is not marked. It is across from a mall. GPS got me close but it was not particularly easy to locate. The check in process was the worst part of the experience. I had to call (at extra expense) to confirm check in details and call again when I arrived. The use of whatsapp or a phone is needed. This may not be possible for all guests. The owner was out of town so gave me another number. I called and it was the wrong number. Then I finally got a call back from him to arrange meeting a person to provide the keys and garage card. She did not speak English. A hassle but worth it in the end for the location, quality, and cost.

• Joe (8/5): Great apartment. Fantastic location. - The apartment is brand new and spotlessly clean. It is in a fantastic location, right next to the bars and reatraunts, the old town and the beache. But not too close where the noise bothers you. It also has a great balcony and effective air conditioning units.

Krug Apartments oli aika uusi, huoneistossa oli kaikki tarvittavat (pyykkikone, astianpesukone, ilmastointi, iso mukava sänky, astiat, wifi, 2 telkkaria),kaikki siisti ja uutta.Sijainti tosi hyvä, siitä pääse suoraan ostoskeskukseen tai rannalle noin 150metria missä oli kaikki ravintolat ja kävelykatu.Vanhakaupunki oli noin 10min kävelymatkan päässä. Parkkihalli on, ei tarvinut auto jättää ulkona. Ainoa Minus että olimme varanneet huone ha merinäköala ja maksaneet sitä, mutta saimme huoneen ensimmäisestä kerroksesta ,ei näkynyt kun naapuri talon seinä . Emme jaksanet valittaa kun kysessä oli vaan yksi yö.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Frustrating stay, but nice flat - Positive: -The flat is modern, nice, comfortable, clean, and very centrally located Negative: -I booked a "Sea view, sea facing" apartment with beautiful pictures of the bay of Budva. When I arrived it was a 1st floor unit with only views of a complex and a construction site. No sea view. I informed property manager who stated that none of their flats have sea views and if I want to see the ocean then take elevator to the roof. -Check-in was terrible. The apartment is owned by a non English speaking local who is very nice and accommodating. The apartment is managed by an English speaking local who I did not enjoy interacting with. The booking stated to contact the property at least 24 hours before check-in to arrange a time. I called 5 days in advance and the property manager told me to just call him 30 minutes before we arrived and there would be no issue. Around 4pm on the day of check-in I called the manager, but was informed he was too far away and some other Non English speaking resident would let me in. We were escorted to the parking garage(where the owner was very helpful getting me into the tight space) and given the keys. We weren't however provided with the access key to the parking garage and were trapped in the apartment. The manager said he would arrive in 1 hour to sort us out but stopped answering his phone and never arrived. It wasn't until almost midnight that he finally picked up the phone and arranged to provide us with the access card.
• Alan (4/5): Cold showers with wet towels and no toilet paper - New apartment in good condition. The view was nothing like the picture and looked out on another apartment building although the picture showed the beach. The host was friendly but he was unable to provide basic services. Although we requested one towel for each member of our party it took 2 days to get these and they were not changed on the third day. Although we told him we were short of toilet paper, we were rationed to 1/2 roll each day for the first 2 days and no service of any kind on the third because it was a holiday. Also nobody showed us how the hot water was controlled so we ran out and ended up with cold showers.We paid a very full price for the area and feel badly let down by poor basic services. Stay somewhere else.

• Lars (8/5): Trevlig lägenhet. - Trevlig lägenhet. Mkt hög servicegrad på personen som skötte uthyrning. Städning någon gång per vecka. Bra läge i byn.

Alt var lækkert, og der var det hele, stor fladskærm til VM, supergod Wifi, lækkert køkken og dejlig stue med dejlig altan samt skønt soveværelse. Lyder måske af for meget dejligt, men det var lejligheden også. Repræsentanten fra Krug var enormt imødekommende og gav os flere gode tips angående restauranter, strande m.m. Fem stjerner til både lejlighed og repræsentanten.

• Christopher (10/5): Super close to the old town. Brand new and clean! - Nikola was flexible with the check-in time and was very responsive to our messages. The apartment was very close to the old town and many bars and restaurants. Despite its proximity to the busy area, it was very quiet. Secure parking available underneath the building. Highly recommended.
• Verified traveler (10/5): New Apartment Close to Beach - Our property manager Nikola was a great host and very pleasant to talk to. He is multilingual and was easy to reach whenever we needed something. He is a native of Budva and gave us great advice on where to go and what to see and do. The apartment is next to Slovenska Plaza beach and is between Stari Grad (Old Town Budva) and the nightlife where the kids rides and nightclubs are (5 minute walk in either direction) but no noise if the balcony door is closed. Also close by is a small port where you can find daily cruises from Budva to Kotor and back (highly recommended). Mogren Beach is a 15 minute walk from the apartment. The apartment comes with a personal balcony with views of St. Nikola Island and Stari Grad (Old Town Budva). It has lots of closet space and comes with plates, bowls, a skillet, glasses, knives/forks/spoons and refrigerator. Behind the apartment building there are two food markets and a post office less than 5 minutes away walking and a shopping Center directly across the street.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Tråkig utveckling i Budva - Fint rum, trist med arbetsplats runt om. Nära gamla stan och restauranger. Hade bokat lägenhet med havsutsikt, men så blev det inte. Budva dominerades av ryska turister och det hade byggts hemska lyxhotell vägg i vägg med den underbara gamla stan. Lite skillnad mot för 12 år sedan, vilket kändes tråkigt och lite förstört.
• Marie (10/5): Lägenhet med bra läge - Nybyggd lägenhet med mycket bra läge. Bodde på vån 5. Nära stranden och gamla stan. Det ligget ett hus bredvid som ingen flyttat in i när vi var där. Balkongerna är ganska nära varandra. Toppentrevlig och serviceminded hyresvärd som var lätt att få kontakt med vid behov.
