• Sunny (6/5): - Uns und vielen anderen Reisende fanden den ,, Check in " grauen voll !! Alles nur mit Automatik Ansagen, keine persönliche Ansprache am Telefon. Und wer nicht sehr gut Polnisch versteht, sollte nicht dort buchen. Es auch deutliche Kennzeichnung von den Stellen wo z.B. der Türöffner Parkplatz. Auch das zusenden des Zimmers Codes war sehr problematisch.

Email with check in instructions and vital code, only arrived ON the actual date of travel, which meant we wasted time trying to leave bags at the site ahead of check in. There was no previous information to say to look out for an email and that it was DIY check in. An earlier email or info online should have to been sent to explain this.

• Saif (6/5): - Staff wasn’t friendly at all. The bed is very uncomfortable, you can feel the metal springs against your back. Bathroom drying towel was dirty and obviously not changed. I only stayed 1 night so it was an okay experience, and the details they email you for self-check-in are clear, but I wouldn’t book there again.
• Momo (6/5): Perfekte Lage, ein bisschen unsauber - Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, direkt im Herzen von Poznań, jedoch war der Sauberkeitszustand zu Wünschen übrig. Es lag sehr viel Staub im Raum und im Badezimmer gibt es Schimmel. Schade war auch, dass es etwas schwierig war, mit der Kontaktperson zu sprechen und den Hauscode rechtzeitig zu bekommen.

• Katrine (2/5): Terrible. - We are so disappointed by this place. First of all, our flight was delayed so we were not sure if we could make it to check in at 11pm. I contacted the facility to get a 15 minutes later arrival. They were in no help at all. They did not answer the phone and just texted us that we should have booked another hotel then, because this facility has check-in to 11pm. Worst service I have ever experienced. Good for us, we made it before 11pm but when we did so, they moved our keys to another key box which was also stressful. We did not see any reason why we could not have arrived later since the door was open by code and the key was in a box. The room was small, extremely warm so we had to have open windows all the time and then loud from the streets. Also there was no kitchen as the description said. The worse part was the smell of parfume which was extreme. All in all a super negative experience. Only good thing is that it is close to everything.

One of the lights next to the bed was burnt out and there was only one packet of coffee for my two day stay. Other than those two items, once I figured out how to access my key, everything was excellent.

Racing motorcycles, cars, people yelling, and chasing each other. Shame, because with exceptions of torn down sheets, and worn down towels with holes, this was not a bag place. They need to inspect towels after washing, I found ball of someone's hair attached to the towel threat, GROSS! Not a true king size bed (2 twin placed together)

Plussana wifi ja Netflix. Hinta oli tosi edullinen sijaintiin nähden. Toinen sängyistä kaipaisi uusintaa oli puhki nus*ttu ja yksi jousi oli ylempänä kuin muut. Kylpyhuone haisi homeelle ja kylpyhuoneen tuuletin oli rikki, piti kovaa meteliä, kun kylpyhuoneeseen laittoi valot. Kylpyhuoneen pyyhekuivaimessa oli maavuotoa - ei varmaankaan ollut vikavirtasuojaa asennettuna, nipisteli ilkeästi (sähköiskun vaara), kun märkä iho osui siihen. Näistä huolimatta voisin mennä uudelleenkin.

• Verified traveler (8/5): You get what you paid for I guess - Rooms might accommodate 4 people but are tiny. Shower head don’t move and pressure is questionable so impossible to have a proper shower. Grout between tiles mouldy… says on website that luggage hold is available but not the case, if you need extra toilet paper you have to go all the way upstairs to get it. If you’re coming with friends or just to see Poznan and you won’t be inside the room for long time it’s fine. I would recommend as it’s so close to everything.
• Gareth (6/5): Average hotel let down by bad service. - I’m going to try and be as fair as possible with my review after the way a complaint was handled whilst staying at this property. I’ll start from the beginning! I saw the property online and loved the pictures and the location, so I booked for 2 nights. I received my email at bang on check in time the day of check in and found the property easily. The instructions to get my key were clear, simple and very easy to follow and I was inside in no time at all. The first impression is elegance and class. The lobby area, albeit it “personless”, is very nicely decorated and the communal hallways are delightful. Extremely well presented. The hotel is moments walk from the main market square of Poznań and very centrally located. This was really useful to me being a tourist. I was given a room on the second floor, room 203. The room in all honesty was somewhat underwhelming, given the pictures that are shown online, they’re clearly very professionally done. I was expecting more of an apartment style place, though it was just a bog standard hotel room. Nevertheless it was clean and bright. The bathroom was very small, but again clean and functional. Toiletries and towels were provided as were a hair dryer and tea and coffee making facilities. I left my belongings and headed out for the afternoon to explore. After a long and cold afternoon out and about I decide
• Henry (8/5): - Very nice flat. Modern and very clean, in a perfect location (about 2 minutes to the old town square). The only issue we had was that the code they gave us to get into the building was wrong, and we could not get through when calling the number for reception, luckily another resident was there to let us in and give us the correct code.

• Andre (8/5): Practical, affordable, unpretentious flat - Located in Poznan city center, this aparthouse was a very practical and cheap solution for a late check in (codes sent by sms and email to retrieve keys) and parking. Parking needs to be paid on the side and is less straightforward (if one doesn't have paypal, for instance). The aparthouse is practical and clean. The environment is cozy although not lush. Thin spring mattresses could use a replacement. As I see it, that was the less favorable aspect of the bedroom.

• Francha (10/5): Great hotel in Old Town Poznan - Wozna 11 was super comfortable at a very good price. I will for sure ask for a lower floor next time as there is no elevator. We had everything we needed.
• Sandra (2/5): I do not recommend!! - Firstly, it was very hard to find this place. The entrance is in the middle of an old tenement house. There’s no front desk. You have to use cheats to get inside the building and room. I got an e-mail with information and codes to enter long after the check-in time. The room was not clean and the bed and pillows with dirt stains. Very small bathroom and the water in the shower had no pressure so it was even hard to rinse the shampoo from the hair. On the email I got the code to the entrance gate to the parking lot, so I parked my car there in the morning like 8 o’clock , but after a while someone from the hotel staff knocked on my door and told me to pay 300 zlotys to use this spot.Without any explanation, I had to pay this amount literally for 3 hours of parking. The service threatened to call the police if I didn’t pay.Check out was at 11 am. Moments ahead of time, the owner of the apartment came and ordered me to leave my room at that moment because it was almost 11 o'clock. He was very aggressive and confident. He even scared me a little bit. I only spent one night there and I couldn't sleep because there was a restaurant in the building that was open until late at night. It was very loud and outside you can meet a lot of drunk people. when I finally managed to fall asleep, in the morning I was woken up by renovation works outside. I only spent one night there but I will certainly never go back there and I will not recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in Pozna

• Tom (6/5): Very corporate - The check in was very impersonal. Just an email at 2:00 with minimal instructions. The bed is way too low to the floor for being able to stand up.

Die Zimmer waren sauber, allerdings recht klein, sodass das Bild irreführend war. Wir waren auch enttäuscht, dass nie die Reinigung erschien, da sie ausschließlich sehr früh am Morgen den Dienst aufnahm. Auch auf die SMS, die ich schickte und nach einem Late CheckOut fragte, erfolgte keine Antwort oder Reaktion. Ich denke, das geht besser.

No place at all for your stuff, just beds next to each other,nice bathroom. Noise from early hours (like 5 a.m) delivers to restaurants outside. Room very hot. The worst bit is service, it's self service so noone is at the property and they very hard to reach, we have tried few numbers when checking in but when we were leaving very rude person was waiting for us to take extra fee for parking. We were leaving at 12:05 and had to pay for extra 2 hours (even though we stayed less than 24 hours we had to pay 40zł which we already paid and for extra hours so we had to pay for extra hour even for that 5 minutes. A very rude man was there to take a fee for extra 2 hours. I would not stayed again

But when you ask at the desk it cost 60 zl. If you want a cheep room this is fine but don count on any service.

• Laura (2/5): AVOID THIS HOTEL: ICE-COLD ROOM - The room was very cold. Although I had a reservation nobody thought it necessary to connect the heating before my arrival IN THE MIDDLE OF THE POLISH WINTER. I connected it, of course, but it took several hours to get a warm temperature in the room. The heating, by the way, made an annoying noise, disturbing the sleeping. (There was no wardrobe or shelf in a room for two people!). I won't be back to this hotel anymore and don't recommend it at all!

• Adi (2/5): - Zero understanding of customer service and hospitality. This place has the rudest service I’ve ever encountered. They look down at you and take your money for granted, and all they have to say back is: “it’s a pity, what did you expect of a budget hotel?” We emailed management about their hideous service and of course never heard back. We are a company doing business in Poznan. One of our employees stayed at the hotel and was supposed to receive three parcels from one of our suppliers needed for work. We asked via email the front desk to keep the package until she arrives the following week. As you probably know, this kind of service is common in any hotel free of charge, with no problem, and we’ve asked numerous of front desks in numerous hotels across the worlds to hold on a package for us. Wozna didn’t list any special concerns or conditions regarding when we booked this hotel. We notified Wozna 3 days before sending the parcel and they didn’t reply to any of o ur emails. As we didn’t think there should be a problem and couldnt take the risk the parcel won’t arrive on time, the parcels were sent to the hotel. We received the following disgusting reply 3 days later , asking us to pay $50 for storage and claiming this hidden costs were listed in the order conditions (they didn’t!). • Verified traveler (8/5): Value for money - It’s a good value for money but the rooms aren’t soundproofed to what you would consider a ‘standard’ so you will hear people talking or walking about.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Unusual that check in was all self service, via a series of emails. As I arrived after 16:30 the property informed me via email a code to get in and a code to access my room key from a locked box. It was all very simple to follow and worked without any problems. The room was clean and warm, and comfortable. Maybe an English channel on the TV may have been nice, however I wasn't bothered. The place is very close to the square, and about 20 minutes walk from the main railway station. Would use again.

But on the downside, we arrived quite late to then be told that we'd only got one room for the five of us, when we had booked two, and that one room was already occupied! Took quite a while to sort, but we somehow managed to sort it, not really what you want as a first impression though.

It was close to the town square. Make sure you talk to them first regarding parking and don’t expect blankets that actually cover you.

The room was comfortable and clean, and while there was no aircon there was a fan that made it not an issue. Decent service, but the best bit was the informative email prior to arrival that made checking in very smooth. I'd definitely stay here again.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - If you are a college student or a person who wants to stay up late and enjoy the bars/restaurants of the old town, this might be a good place for you. The picture on line makes the rooms look spacious. In reality, they ARE NOT. At least our room was tiny. It could seep 4 people, but NOT COMFORTABLY. There was no room for our luggage or simply to move around in the room. The bathroom was tiny and there was an unpleasant sewage smell in it. The rooms are not air conditioned and the area this place is located at is 2 minutes from the main historic square, so it’s very noisy until late. There is gated paid parking on the premise. Not family friendly.

One of the reception guys was rather unpleasant, not even looking at us when we were addressing him, just staring at his computer screen and mumbling the answers which we found was very rude. However the next day we had the most lovely lad who was very helpful on our departure. Love the idea of codes to get into the room, however it wasn't very clear (not when we booked it) that the reception was only open until 16.30 and that the key code was being emailed so we had a bit of a panic attack when we arrived (as we had no access to our emails) but luckily we were able to contact one of the staff members on the phone who texted us the codes. Overall we had a lovely stay, comfy beds and clean rooms, would definitely recommend :)

It is supposed to be an apartment with kitchen, but it is more of a hostel. No reception 24/7, mentions about breakfast in a closed store.

We visited camp 7 which was really interesting,we walked there from our apartment which was just over an hour and got a tram back which was simple enough. We also arrived by taxi from the airport but caught a bus back.
• Carolyn (10/5): Fantastic Poznan for Holidays - Lovely big room very comfortable beds and bathroom was New with a great walk-in shower with lots of hot water. It was very quiet and such a good location for restaurants cafes and supermarket. To see the Old Market Square was just a short walk and to the shopping malls and all the other attractions. The only thing was we had no shelf’s or cupboard to put our cloths but we did have a big bed settee so used that for our things. As it’s an apartment we do not have room service but that’s no problem for us. Will certainly recommend and reception was so pleasant and helpful for any of our questions

My overall time spent was extremely pleasant, Old Town is a lovely area and Dobra Noc is right there, in the middle of it all. The appearance of the apartment block and the apartment itself is pleasing on the eye... Overall, very happy with my stay, would stay there again.

It was pretty small to that point that it was vwry hard to put the suitcase and on the floor, but the real issue that may cause lots of people frustation is very thin walls-you csn hear everything what person in the other room is saying.

• Verified traveler (8/5): second stay. ask for rooms on the first 2 floors - It was our second stay at this hotel, as great as the first one, except this time we got a room on 3d floor and had to carry our super heavy suitcase as there is no elevator. oh, and wifi didn't reach there.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Simple and very clean rooms, excellent location. - We stayed in two rooms with three single beds located on second and fourth floor. Both rooms very clean and comfortable with large flat screen tv. There was no staff on premises and a keybox on ground floor with the keys. The main entrance to the building is in a locked port which you need keycode to enter so make sure to check your e-mail for those codes. There is no elevator/lift but stairway is easy to use with luggage. We loved the location and highly recommend this place.
