Vor dem Haus sind ausreichend kostenfreie Parkplätze Domenico spricht sehr gut Englisch, ist sehr freundlich und Serviceorientiert. Im Zimmer liegt ein infoheft mit vielen Informationen zur Gegend und zu zahlreichen Restaurants. Strom kommt von der PV-Anlage, das finde ich vorbildlich und zukunftsorientiert

O apartamento é maravilhoso com tudo que é necessário para se passar ótimos dias. Domenico sempre de atento e receptivo para qualquer pedido. O café no Ideal Bar, típico italiano super bem atendido. As praias, apesar da forte ressaca de inverno que abalou as estruturas locais, são ótimas, geladas, mas com o baita sol, maravilhosas. Indico os passeios pelas montanhas e estradinhas super legais. Gostamos de mais. Tudo perfeito.

• Zdeňka (9/5): Krásné ubytování u moře pro jednodenní i delší pobyt. - Krásné ubytování pár kroků od moře, prostorný balkon s výhledem na moře a posezením. Jednoduché parkování přímo u domu. Výborná komunikace s majitelem. Milé pozornosti na pokoji. Snídaně v kavárně. Mimo sezonu zřejmě přímo v objektu, recenze snídani velmi chválí. Byli jsme tu jen na jednu noc při cestování po Kalábrii, ale dovedu si představit zde delší pobyt v letních měsících. Vše bylo OK.

De gastheer kon er niet zijn voor het ontbijt en leverde een leuk alternatief, in een mooie tearoom in de buurt. De zee beukte in die periode op de kust, met erosie op de stranden.

• Joao (10/5): veramente a due passi dal mare - The beds were comfortable, and we had a balcony with a view of the sea. An extra bed was provided for our 3-year-old son, which was very convenient. We even received room cleaning despite staying only two nights. The location is great—within walking distance to the beach, as well as many restaurants and a shop nearby.

• Andrea (10/5): Toto bolo to najlepšie ubytovanie, aké sme mali počas nášho cestovania po Taliansku. - Mali sme výhľad priamo na more. Izba bola veľká a veľmi pekná. Posteľ veľmi pohodlná. Domáci je veľmi milý chlap, ktorý rád so všetkým poradí a veľmi sa stará o pohodlie svojich hostí. Bol tam brechajúci, uviazaný pes pred domom ale z opačnej strany domu, ktorý robil občas hluk, ale nám to veľmi nevadilo. Pán domáci za toho psa nemôže. Pláž v okolí je po nedávnych záplavách trochu poničená, ale držím palce, nech sa to čo najskôr podarí opraviť, tak aby bola pláž opäť pekná.

• Saveria (8/5): tutto ok. - La stanza in cui ho soggiornato era accogliente, ampia e luminosa, ben pulita. La signora addetta alle pulizie è stata cordiale e alla mano. Il gestore si è dimostrato rispettoso e professionale, contribuendo a rendere il soggiorno molto piacevole. L’unico aspetto meno positivo è che, dalla stanza, a volte si sentivano le conversazioni dei coinquilini delle altre camere, ma questo dipende esclusivamente da chi purtroppo parla a voce troppo alta dimenticandosi dove si trova.

• Nicoletta (8/5): - Camera davvero a due passi dal mare , molto pulita, buon rapporto qualità prezzo Mancanza termosifone nel bagno.Il fatto che solo dopo aver prenotato ti comunichino( c'è il self checkin) che la camera è al secondo piano senza ascensore e che la colazione compresa( cosa che mi aveva fatto scegliere questa struttura perché non mi piace far colazione fuori) consisteva in un buono, pagato €4 , per un cappuccino ed un cornetto al bar. Inoltre, anche se la struttura non è responsabile,al pian terreno c'è un povero cane legato alla catena che con 5 gradi non aveva né una cuccia né una coperta dove dormire la cui vista mi ha rovinato la serata

• Traveller1234 (8/5): Un punto strategico nella bella Caulonia - Non ho preso la colazione ma comunque erano presenti un paio di pasticcini e l'acqua che sono stati molto graditi come del resto il minifrigo. Non sono cose presenti in tutti i B&B. La posizione rispetto al mare è ottima. Si può pensare di migliorare il vialetto di ingresso e alcuni dettagli delle stanze. Ma sostanzialmente la qualità è alta.

• Rolf (9/5): Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, empfehlenswert - Ein freundlicher Empfang, im Zimmer gab es einen Wasserkocher und einen Minikühlschrank, das Badezimmer war gut ausgestattet, ein großer Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit und Wäscheständer rundet das Angebot ab. Das Frühstück wurde in einer höheren Etage serviert. Es war hervorragend und vielseitig, Eierspeisen wurden auf Wunsch zubereitet, das beste Frühstück auf unserer Rundreise. Das Personal und besonders die Dame vom Zimmerservice waren ausgesprochen freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft gerne weiterempfehlen.

• Franco (9/5): Proprio il nome azzeccato. - Il B&B è in una palazzina vicino al mare, la camera è molto spaziosa, accogliente e pulita, così anche il bagno. Ci siamo trovati bene ma avremmo gradito se ci fosse stata una macchina per il caffè e un microonde.

• Serenella (10/5): - Un B&B accogliente e funzionale davvero a due passi dal mare. Stanze grandi, pulitissime, con attenzione ai dettagli che difficilmente si trova anche nei "grandi" hotel. I ragazzi proprietari sono giovani gentili e dinamici, sempre attenti alle esigenze del cliente e alla sua soddisfazione. Preparano inoltre una buonissima colazione, che da sola vale metà del soggiorno. Gli auguro davvero il meglio e spero che, passando da queste parti, potrete essere anche voi loro ospiti!

Balcone grande con vista mare. La gentilezza di Domenico, la sua disponibilità e la passione per la sua piccola attività hanno reso questo soggiorno ancora più speciale. Consiglio a chiunque!!

The owner also helped us with providing good information and tips about where to go and where to eat. Again, thank you very much, and we will definitely be back soon

Especially if you're used to cooking your own meals. - The host could be more proactive and organized in terms of sending information. - Expensive. 41+2€ (city tax) per night in a remote location isn't really worth it

The room is spacious, there are all the necessary little things for a comfortable stay. Large balcony overlooking the sea. The sea is a three-minute walk away. There is an equipped beach with paid sun loungers, and there is a free one. The hotel offers sun umbrellas, which is very convenient. There are many restaurants nearby, a supermarket is a 5-minute walk. We especially enjoyed the breakfasts. Every morning the hotel owner introduced us to the peculiarities of Calabrian cuisine, and the pie that his grandmother baked was beyond praise. I really want to come back to this hotel again
