Excellent for younger children. - The property was extremely well kitted out with games and toys, which was great because we took our 2 grandkids on this trip. large screen tv and a Wi was also much appreciated. The property was close to the beach and not too far from Good Times Coffee, which I highly recommend. We usually like to go to the North Coast for holidays but places like this and The Fifth Green which we stayed at last week, have really changed our mind about the South Coast n/a

• Rere (10/5): Amazing weekend spent. - The house has everything to make every visitor comfortable. Its very inviting and easy to stay in. Everything is provided and absolutely clean everywhere. Locatuon wise. Perfect. 4mins from ulladulla harbour and town and 1min from mollylook beach. Lots of thoughtful items in the accommodation to help anyone enjoy their stay, beach gears, bbq gears, kids games, plenty of space inside and outside. That our stay was too short.

• Jacinta (8/5): The house was lovely and very homely at a decent price. - The place itself was beautiful and looked very nice. I liked how they had beach equipment you could borrow. The deck was amazing and great for hanging out on. The sink had a bit of a plumbing issue. The website made it seem like we would have a balcony and nice view of the beach which we did not.
• Laura (9/5): - Excellent location, perfect size for a family of 4. The villa had everything we needed for an excellent stay. The public path across the road through the golf course is an easy walk to the beach. Great communication and hospitality from the hosts. Mollymook is the best!

• Durance (8/5): Very spacious and well stocked with everything you need - No breakfast. The location is a bit out of town, you really need a car to get around. Coming to the accommodation at night was a bit tricky - hard to see which driveway to access in the dark, particularly if a car was behind you. Appreciated the green lights at either side of the driveway, once I worked out they were for the property.
• Caron (10/5): - We loved the homely feel to the property and how it had everything we could have needed. We loved that it had toys for the kids and books available to read during our stay. It was a great location too, not far from the beach and the local club. Nothing.

• Loretta (9/5): Lovely and comfortable, close to beach - It is a lovely little townhouse, on a mainish road but without many trucks etc, so not too noisy and a short walk to Mollymook beach and golf club house (for meals). It is decorated in coastal chic style, couch is comfortable, kitchen has everything you could need, laundry has washer/dryer combo which worked well. Large main bedroom, other bedroom has beds for 5, which would be cramped but doable if you're only inside for sleeping, one shared bathroom with bath and shower with good pressure. The digital TV reception is dodgy, particularly during the evening, to the point where it's too hard to watch with the glitching, but you don't go on holiday to watch TV, it was disappointing for the evenings though. We ended up watching the Rugby on our iPad which worked fine.

There were even toys, which my 2 year old loved. Communication was excellent. Highly recommend for families with young children. Thanks for a superb stay.

The villa also accommodated so much for our kids toys ,Wii , surfboards, and bikes in the garage to use . Would definitely recommend this villa and we will be back . Nothing

• Dan (5/5): Acceptable, but won't be back. - The property is located in an excellent position. Close to all major areas, such as the beach, golf club, and shops. I consider this property good value for money for the amount of time we stayed there. There were a bunch of random toys, books and games which came in really handy for the kids. Loved the automatic ice and water dispenser from the fridge. The whole property requires a deep clean, some maintenance, and is missing items. As we have small children, on arrival we checked to ensure the property was somewhat child proof. Upon inspection we found a broken chair with a sharp piece sticking out, the benches were found to be dirty after a quick wipe down with a wet wipe, the toilet smelled and was filthy with mould under the toilet rim as well as the toilet taps. All the towels had a mould smell to them which required a hot machine wash and dry, and there was no indoor clothes rack for drying washed items, as advertised on the property listing. This limited our ability to wash and dry clothing as the outside clothesline was broken as well and the washing machine is also the dryer. The kitchen tap is leaks from a broken button. The areas under the beds had not been cleaned in a long time as there were numerous cobwebs and spiders. We also discovered a cockroach in the kitchen despite all the baits around the house. The Wi-Fi router also probably needs to be replaced as it was struggling to reach the main bedroom, where we needed to run our baby monitor.

Admittedly the weather was damp and cold when we stayed but the house felt damp and the one heater struggled to warm the place up. Could do with a couple of portable heaters.

• Derek (9/5): A very comfortable stay for a family, we couldn’t fault the property and only wish we could have stayed longer. - Very welcoming with well stocked crockery and glassware and all cleaning products provided. Great outdoor space with gas bbq and generous selection of beach and children’s equipment. Only missing a coffee machine but good excuse to wander to the cafes near by.

For 3 women, all trying to do hair & makeup for a night out, there was only one mirror that was near a power point to plug a hair dryer. The full length mirror inside the wardrobe was nowhere near a powerpoint.

You could also walk to the local golf club for a family friendly dinner which was delicious. The place is spacious and had plenty of room for our family. They had a spacious backyard and loved the beach play toys that we could use too. Highly recommend staying here.

The only thing I would change is it would have really nice to have a fan for the main bedroom as the air-conditioning did reach up there. And cotton bed linen as the synthetic made it really hot and sweetie.

The decor is inviting and relaxing - the house looks better than the pics on the website. The kitchen was kitted out very well, and there were plenty of thoughtful items kept for guests - games for kids, badminton set and golf clubs in the garage, and Netflix on TV. Would definitely recommend staying at Fairway Haven if you're down in Mollymook. Perfect for families. Nothing - we felt well catered for during our stay.
