Frühstück wird einem ins Zimmer gebracht und ist sehr gut. Es gab zusätzlich auch eine Waschmaschine und Trockner + nötiges Waschmittel.

We booked the one bedroom with the Japanese garden and it was the size of a small apartment. Beautifully appointed with very thoughtful touches. Staff and location fabulous. An 8/10 minute walk to the subway and not much further to the Nishiki market. We loved the residential area its located in and plenty of convenience stores nearby for delicious snacks. Nothing

The amenities were fantastic, including washer, dryer , Nespresso machine etc. Spacious rooms as well. The location was perfect! Quiet, but within cool shopping and eateries. Все было аккуратно, чисто, были все необходимые косметические принадлежности. Кровати были удобные, халаты, пижамы удобные. Завтрак приносили в номер в заранее назначенное время . Вокруг много достойный ресторанов с вкусной кухней, десертами. Первый завтрак принесли со свининой, мы ее не едим, после того как мы об этом сказали, таких проблем не было ) Завтраки сытные, вкусные.

- Ting Chun (10/5): 服務品質與飯店選用的備品皆超出這個價位帶的期待，雖地點稍有距離，但整體相當值得特地前來入住。 - 交通方面稍有距離，若是帶長輩同行，會比較建議包車或搭乘計程車。 飯店 14:00 即可 check-in，這點比多數飯店方便許多。 【交通資訊】 計程車：京都車站至飯店，約 ¥1,700 日圓 【周邊機能】 附近有便利商店與 24 小時超市 以散步速度，慢慢走可從 四條或三條 一路走回飯店 *飯店似乎有租借自行車服務，但沒看到哪可租借的告示 【飯店人員】 除了日語外，英文溝通相當流利，對外國旅客很友善 每位都親切口吻且面帶微笑 【注意事項】 飯店採用 實體鑰匙進出 外出時需將鑰匙交給櫃檯，回來再向櫃檯領取 只有在你外出並交還鑰匙後，櫃檯才會知道房間可進入，才能進行打掃或收垃圾 【環境設計】 從入口走進去會先經過一段造景，不會一眼就看到內部或外部空間，有良好的遮蔽感與過渡感，這點真的很加分。 內部的室內造景，下雪時會非常漂亮，有如水晶球 外部的風格配色也非常漂亮，下雪時別有一番風味 一樓門口外側設有吸菸區 【住宿體驗】 ● 二個30吋行李箱可直接攤開不卡空間 ● 每天都有人員協助清理垃圾和鋪床 ● 離開玄關在客廳、臥室、洗衣房地板皆地毯 ● 無穿拖鞋直接踩踏也非常舒適 ● 補品皆每日補足，提供進口水 ● 重點，隔音很棒，入住五日隔壁房也有人入住，並沒有聽到吹風機或說話聲 ● 房內有便條紙，如果想交代事情語言不同可先用翻譯填寫在紙上留給房務人員 ● 洗衣機請開到強，才烘的乾，衣服量二人為佳 【額外驚喜】 ● 入住時，桌上有提供一點手工餅乾的迎賓禮。 ● 媽媽到外面看雪，進來後，櫃台人員立即拿毛巾幫媽媽擦拭，不是只給毛巾讓媽媽自己擦，這點真的超越好多家高價飯店的服務。 ● 我們住了五天，飯店提供一份小小伴手禮，因為我們是一張訂單訂二間房，是按照訂單數為主，只有一份。 ● 任何問題詢問，沒有敷衍式回答，整體感受超出日式高標準服務。 【小小遺憾】 在台灣買的免稅品在飯店不見。詢問櫃檯，並請他們協助詢問打掃人員，大約沒多久後致電至房內，說皆是沒有看到，雖然影響一部分心情，但整體從房務人員到櫃檯人員，早班到大夜班都服務很好。 看到此篇心得，離房後請將房內大致上的歸位跟整理，不要將垃圾亂丟，將不要的垃圾丟置垃圾桶，做一個良好的旅人很重要喔^^

I been asked to pay extra 10% when arrive the hotel on the day and it was accommodation tax. I was bit confused but understood after they explained to me. Even though, I suggest they can include this charge within the room rate not charge when the guests arrive your property. Then the guests can compare and decide where to stay before they arrive.

Suite is well designed, with a separate bedroom, toilet, shower/bathroom, walk-in robe/storage/laundry, kitchenette with lounge. Lobby is very nicely scented and beautiful itself with a zen garden.

- חיים (9/5): אהבנו את קיוטו ואת המלון נשמח לחזור. - מלון בוטיק מושקע מאוד. הכל מחושב ומתוכנן לפרטים קטנים. היינו ביחידת משפחה עם 2 חדרי שינה סלון מטבח חדר כביסה. דירה מושלמת ברמה גבוה. המיקום רחוק מהמרכז הפועם הליכה של כ 15 דקות. אבל לא נורא למי שלא מפריע מעט הליכה. ליד המלון מבחר גדול של איזאקיות מסעדות יפניות וברים יפים ומושקעים.

- Abdulaziz (10/5): One of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. - Me and my wife came to the hotel during our honeymoon and it was one of the best hotels we stayed in. The place is spacious, clean and well positioned. The staff and management were amazing and helped us throughout our stay. The hotel manager also offered us a discounted upgrade for our honeymoon.

- Barb (10/5): Our favourite accommodation in Japan - Tomoya Residence was our favourite accommodation we stayed at in Japan. The staff are so lovely and polite and the room was exceptional. It had everything we could possibly need. We had a lovely breakfast delivered to us each morning, it was wonderful. Thank you to everyone at Tomoya Residence for making our stay unforgettable.

- Ramona I (10/5): I highly recommend the hotel !! - First of all the staff was incredibly attentive and hospitable. The hotel has everything you could want for a comfortable stay. The bed was huge, toilet was amazing along with washer and dryer which had instructions in english. And did I mention how clean the place was? It's in a nice quiet location which led to a wonderful night sleep. Breakfast was nice too! It was the best place we stayed at during our 3 week trip to japan. There weren't any drawers to put your clothes in so we used the cupboards in the living room. Maybe thats what they were there for?
- Ria Travaille (10/5): - The room, facilities, and cleanliness. The location is off from the busy street but connected by the metro. Easy access, so there is no problem. Plenty cute shops nearby 😍 I wouldn’t say that I disliked anything, but I was expecting a bit more interaction from the staff during our stay. Perhaps a brief conversation or simply asking how our stay was. As this is common in hospitality, I wasn’t sure if this was part of the service approach at this property.

- MARIA ROSA (10/5): Perfecto para nosotros. - Es un hotel pequeño y muy privado con un alto nivel de calidad. La habitación es muy espaciosa con dos ambientes distintos. Detalles como la ropa de cama o las perchas marcan una diferencia respecto a otros hoteles similares. La limpideza es excepcional también. Dispone de vestidor con lavadora y secadora lo que lo hace súper conveniente para viajes largos. El desayuno lo sirven puntualisimamente en la habitación a la hora que hayas elegido el día anterior. La zona también nos ha encantado. Muy tranquila y de vida local pero bien comunicada. Nos alegramos mucho de haber elegido este hotel. Por poner una pega la habitación tiene vistas más bien regulares pero lo resuelven muy bien con una bonitas pantallas en las ventanas que dan ambiente cálido.

The sofa bed is not too comfortable.

Safety and prestige place for couple or family travelers There are many transport options nearby. The Imperial Palace and a beautiful park are a five-minute walk away. Отель порадовал нас своим великолепным дизайном и пятизвёздочным комфортом. Очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал. Безопасное и престижное место для пары или семьи без детей. Рядом с отелем есть множество транспортных маршрутов. В пяти минутах ходьбы находятся Императорский дворец и прекрасный парк. Nothing.

- Amanda (10/5): Excellent apartment-hotel in Kyoto - This was my favorite hotel I stayed at in Japan! As the name suggests, it's a "residence" style hotel - and I could totally live here! I stayed in a 1-bedroom unit, and everything was impeccably clean and comfy. My room was super spacious, with a large bathroom and even a full laundry room with washer AND dryer. Breakfast is delivered to your room each morning at a time you choose, and you can either do a Western or Japanese spread, which are both really good. The staff is SO nice, and the hotel is on a quiet residential street. It's a 10-minute walk to the nearest metro stop, which could be a bit much if you have a lot of luggage. But you can easily call an Uber or taxi to the hotel if you need it.
