• Nadarajah (1/5): Very disappointing!! Not worthy for the money! - My stay was extremely disappointing. The cleanliness was far below acceptable standards, with clear maintenance issues throughout. Additionally, the room provided did not match the photos shown on Booking.com, which was very misleading. Most concerning was the strong, unpleasant odor present in every room, which was so overpowering that it made us feel dizzy and uncomfortable. Due to these conditions, we had no choice but to find alternative accommodation on the same day of our booking, causing significant inconvenience. Despite raising this issue and escalating it via Booking.com, we were unable to reach any satisfactory resolution or agreement with the accommodation, and no refund was provided. For the price paid, this experience was completely unacceptable. I strongly urge management to address these issues seriously.
• Jagathesanvc (3/5): - Good staff, large than expected room, got extra bed, toilet was clean. I came with family and stayed in this hotel before heading to Cameron Highland. First the price for extra bed is way higher. Second, the sound from the road side car and then some Bikers, boys ramming really a disturb. Then came the highlight, around 3.30am there were heavy noise of some one knocking the door while shouting some name... So loud and hard until myself, my wife and 2 kids woke up and the sound can be heard for about 5 minutes, and I'm sure it's not ghost as there were a few people and they like going door by door. From that we lose our sleep and check out the hotel as morning as possible and when told to the receptionists, she like casually say maybe orang silap bilik kot. Really shit. My kids had trauma after that for few days and our whole Cameron trip was a bit mess because of this door knocking noise.

• Hanisa (8/5): Spacious room for family - The room is spacious and clean with three double beds, and is very comfortable and still offers enough space for prayers. The bathroom is also clean and well-equipped with basic amenities, ensuring convenience throughout the stay. The hotel is located within shop lots, making it convenient to purchase snacks nearby. The water dispenser provides lukewarm water, possibly due to high usage by other guests.

• Oon (5/5): comfortable except the water heater or shower issue. - The water heater cannot be used. When it is on the lights in the bedroom were flickering and I had to turn it off, This is dangerous and it may cause harm or electrocution. Please fix this issue before anyone gets electrocuted.

• Diana (7/5): It was overall not too bad if you’re settling for somewhere to sleep for the night. - I liked the murals painted on the wall but that could give us a night stay not more than that. My son also found two playmates with the owner’s sons. Good family. I stayed on the lower ground because the steps to climb was quite steep. The room did not have windows, the mattress was hard but clean.
