• Katy (5/5): Na jedną dobę OK - Jedyny plus to lokalizacja oraz czysta pościel i wygodny materac. Przede wszystkim kontakt z obiektem jest słaby. Aby zrobić check in trzeba pobrać kolejną aplikację. Na booking ani w żadnym innym miejscu nie było informacji dotyczących wejścia. Zero informacji. Trzeba było dzwonić kilka razy stojąc pod wejściem, a angielski obsługi jest bardzo słaby. Uzyskanie faktury to duży problem, prosiłam o nią trzy razy. Pokój bardzo mały a śniadania mniej niż podstawowe. Za tą cenę spodziewałam się zdecydowanie więcej.

• Ray (6/5): Bikes not allowed, downloaded app required, but location is good - Well located as all services are close by. Secure building and it has an elevator as room is on the 8th floor. Breakfast was good. Several things were a bother. 1) having to download an app to gain access to the room. 2) not being allowed to bring my clean bike into the room (it stayed outside in the rain). 3) the interactions with the staff (both via booking.com and WhatsApp) were contentious. 4) at the end of my stay I reported some problems with the room (sink didn’t drain, a broken part in the shower) and was insulted by the staff. The rental is modern but not well taken care of. It is run by a faceless group that requires you to do the work of registering, downloading an app, and doing things normally done by the host. While I liked the location, I wouldn’t rent from these people a second time.

To było największe zaskoczenie, jajko, pomidorki, jogurty i owoce oraz tarta na słodko do kawy. W pokoju ekspres do kawki i kawa na powitanie oraz woda. Fajny jest telewizor w łazience :) Blisko do dworca, piechotą 10 min max. Widok mieliśmy średni ale w innych pokojach można mieć nawet mały tarasik.

Check-in je pouze elektronicky. - Výborná dostupnost z metra i nádraží cca 15-20 minut na hlavní nákupní třídě naproti růžové cukrárně s plyšovými medvědy. Světlé pokoje se skvělou bezvadně čistou postelí. Snídaně plně dostačující přímo v místnosti s terasou s vchodem z téže chodby, kde jsou pokoje. Na ubytování se projde po zazvonění bzučáku po schodech chodbou a použije se výtah do posledního tuším 5. patra. Přihlášení na ubytování je dobré vyplnit s předstihem elektronicky, pak se asi za 30 minut se obdrží hlavní šestimístní kód. Po tomto kódu přijde čtyřmístný vstupní kód ke dveřím z chodby a tím i dveřím pokoje. S kódem jsme měli problém, neboť jsme ho natočili na boxu k uschování klíče. Musí se opět vyťukat na klávesnici na stěně a vlevo dole potvrdit! Nedoporučujeme pokoj číslo 1, je u výtahu, který je velmi hlučný. Na pokoji byly místy špinavé závěsy a v koupelně chybějící přepínač u sprchy.

Access to the terrace both from the rooms and from the breakfast area. The bed is comfortable, and I especially appreciated the choice of pillows 🙂 The staff is friendly and helpful, with easy communication via messenger. The lady who takes care of the rooms and breakfast is very kind and attentive. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast offered — in Italy it’s often just coffee and a croissant. Here, the host provides a good selection, more than enough to keep you satisfied until lunch in the Old Town. Very demanding guests might find minor things to complain about, but in my opinion, this place offers great value for the price.

• Eva (5/5): Good location, but rooms sold as the same category differ significantly - The residence is in a good location, not far from Bari's main railway station and close to the city centre. Breakfast was included and was alright, with a selection of breads, pastries, ham, salami, juices and good coffee. The Wi-Fi worked well. All rooms are offered as superior rooms at the same price. It is not possible to choose between a standard and a superior room. Initially, I was given room nr. 5, which was small with a small balcony overlooking an inner courtyard. None of the photos on the booking.com site show this specific room. Although there were radiators in the room, they did not work, and the shower switch was broken. When I checked into the room, it was just 19°C and I was instructed to use the air conditioning for heating. However, due to the broken shower, after 3 nights, I was offered a room change. The next room turned out to be a superior room: the heating and shower worked, and the room was much bigger with a large terrace, as shown in the photos. I only realised the extent of the difference after being moved to another room in the same category. While I appreciated the room change, the two rooms are not the same category and should not be sold as such. Room number 5 is definitely not a superior room. It also should be given a coat of paint, as the walls are quite dirty.
