There is no towel rail or shelves in the bathroom, we have no where to put the wet towels and clothes after shower. There’s no rubbish bin in the room, and fridge is not cool enough.

• Cassey (10/5): A great stay in Siem Reap - We booked for 6 nights. The room was a good size, quiet & clean. The location was ideal. The pool was a good size with loungers + towels. We were able to get laundry done, book an Ankor Wat tour & a bus transfer to Battambang from the hotel. The staff were very helpful & welcoming! Thank you for the stay.

• So (8/5): Great location, room and staff but could do with a bit more cleaning. Suitable for those who want some quieter atmospher - Quiet area that is still within proximity to pub street. Quite good value of the price and pace itself. Has a lot more potential and would definitely be okay with paying a slightly higher price with a bit of cleanup. Staff were quite helpful and accommodating. Cleanliness could be better. Pretty clean for the most part but the couch moved and saw a bunch of dust and random trash under it. Could do a bit more cleaning. When we asked them to make up our room, we were expecting the beds to be made as well but only the floor and the table was mopped. Besides that, the experience was pretty decent.

Strongly recommend this place for group of friends to stay There is only one mirror in the family Deluxe room. Suggest to add another mirror in the living space.

• Jacqueline (6/5): Need better cleaning crew - The bed was comfortable and clean. The location was great. Lots of restaurants around. It was quiet at night. The garden was very nice. The staff organized a Tuk tuk for us to see the temples. The lighting in the room was great with the dimmers. Besides the bed, the room itself was not clean. When we first arrived, the room smelled musty. The walls were stained. The table/shelf had dead bugs and old rat poop in the corner and a dead cockroach in the dresser with a pillow over it. We only had 3 pillows on the bed, the 4th one was covering the cockroach. The couch was so stained we didn't want to sit on it. I informed the front desk and asked if they could clean it. The next day, after cleaning, all of those things were still there. The staff arranged a motorcycle rental for us but told us the wrong price. It made it very awkward for the us and the motorcycle company and wasted both of our time.

The location is great, you just need to walk around 10min to Pub Street and you can find salon or haircut or grab some food near by if you tired from the the trip. Thank you. Everything is perfect.

• Tanja (10/5): Exceptional - The pool was great. The hotel organized tours of the Angkor temples for us, as well as a taxi to Phnom Penh at a reasonable rate. Breakfast was simple, but good-- you pick one choice off of a menu plus a drink. I always took the omelette with toast. My kids picked pancakes or cereal or fruit. There were some Asian style breakfast choices too. Our room was big and beds comfortable (my back loves firm Asian mattresses). I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed there for 4 weeks on a work trip - my room was comfortable, secure and very quiet, despite being centrally located. The staff were fantastic - Sokhieng and his team went out of their way to help me, and nothing was too much trouble for them. The wifi connection was good and my room was excellent value for money. I would stay there again without hesitation. Highly recommended . Nothing - all good!

There were two restaurants attached to the site but both were closed. The room furniture and fittings were dated but acceptable.

• Sophap (4/5): Na - Staff was attentive and got what we asked for We had leaks in the bathroom sink and hot water did not work for couple of days in one room. Second room had same issues and a mattress should be replaced, no way someone should be sleeping on that, third room has a leaking air conditioner was fixed within a couple of hours. We had dirty sheets upon check in and had those replaced. Ask for room to be cleaned the next day and only thing that was changed where the sheets. Floors were not mopped and bathrooms did not get cleaned.

Water was so “milky white” you could not see bottom. Green on spots as well- obvious lack of cleaning. Absolutely not how looks on picture. After complain that pool is dirty they added a “ton” of chlorine and said “ clear in 2 hours”. We left after shortening our booking after 2 nights- pool was still dirty as before. Garbage dump behind restaurant ( inside hotel) not making it a nice place you can eat. Stuff in rooms falling appart- shower holder broken, mirror broken, water tab leaks etc..

• Kosany (8/5): It's a pleasant stay - I like how big the room is, the cleanliness, the location and the swimming pool. What I don't like is that clamp bracket of hand shower is broken, and there are no labels on shampoo and shower gel container, which makes it hard to distinguish plus the banner of the hotel is also hard to notice that it make me drove passing many times.

It is ideally situated near the main tourist centers in Siem Reap, however it is set back from the road, so it is still quiet and peaceful. 2. We traveled with family, and found the rooms spacious and comfortable. They were nicely decorated and clean. 3. The staff was very friendly and helpful. 4. The grounds were beautiful, well kept, quiet, and peaceful. We'll definitely be staying here again when in Siem Reap. Some small maintenance issues could have been better. The toilet seat had a broken hinge, and the shower drain was slow. The pool looked clean, but our kids who swam said it needed cleaning.

We had a family room in Khmer styled A/C family suite decorated with the local furnitures, verandah with you shared with another room, clean and central. Relatively quiet. Lovely pool which we used. Nearby to laundry and shops to buy basic drinks and snacks. Wonderful service and hotel assistance throughout stay and prior. Always courteous and prompt reply with good advice. Thank you for the hospitality! None but please don’t expect this as 5 star hotels . It’s also in Cambodia. So bearing that in mind to me none whatsoever.

• Nicole (10/5): Relaxing - That pool is every bit as extraordinary as it looks, and the rooms are very spacious. The people there are very friendly. Mr Dorn was who picked me up for the hotel and I just let him be my driver all around Siem Reap and I can highly recommend him, too. All in all I could hide from the busy temple-going and tourism here in what felt like a little quiet oasis. All good.
