- مشعل (10/5): شكرا جزيل موظفين الاستقبال - النظافة وسرعة استجابة الاستقبال الموظفة السعودية والموظفين السعودين شكرا لهم اعم باالذات الموظفين الاستقبال علي الابتسامة اغلب الفنادق اللي جيتها مايطلبون لابطاقه الاحوال ولاكرت العائلة الا فندق قصر الخبر حريصين علي التعليمات وحريصين علي راحة المستاجرين باذن الله لي زياره لهم مره ثانية اتمنا صاحب الفندق لايفرط في الموظفين في الاستقبال ناس حريصة واتمنا لهم مكافاه من صاحب الفندق لان مايقومونه فيه يستاهلون كل خير الاسف نعاني من مواقف السيارات هذا اللي غثنا اتمنا من صاحب الفندق يزيل المواصير المواقف السيارات لانها سببت لنا خوف من احتكاك السياره هذا النقطة اللي تزعج المستاجرين

- خالد الدوسري (1/5): لاانصح بالتعامل والسبب الموظف السوداني غير مهذب - لاشي اعجبني والديزاين قديم تعامل الموظف وسلوكه السوداني جاين من طريق طويل المدينة المنوره وحاجزين من الاتصال والموقع وعند وصولنا تسجيل البيانات طلب كرت العائله واعطيته وطلب هوية الزوجة وعطيته والنظام فقط كرت عائله وفوق هذه كله تدفع تامين ومسترجع عند الخروج والدخول يكون 4 العصر تعامل سيء جدا من اسوء الفنادق

- Ashraf Ali Khan (1/5): Worst ever - Nothing at all The worst experience I ever had. Hotel photos in the app are old. It's so dirty. Staff is rude. They are deceiving by mentioning breakfast included. Just one bowl of lentel one egg and 2 khubz breads are served in the room. There is no restaurant inside it. Self made rules are imposed. The first hotel I have seen that will deposit 10 SAR against the room card.
