• Mohd Afizi (8/5): - The view from the unit is very nice! The entrance to the unit is blocked by some bushes and the roof. There are sharp edges of the roof when going to the unit. It's a bit hard for a wheelchair to enter the unit. Also during night there are less light from the carpark to the entrance.

• Melinda (10/5): Beautiful home with beautiful views. Loved staying here. - The location was superb and the views breathtaking. The home was perfect for the 8 of us. Modern facilities with everything we needed. We loved everything about the property.
• Lee (10/5): Magnificent stay but a little pricey - Unobstructed view, Great setup for 6-8 people( we were 6 people and it felt plenty of space) New 85 inch tv! great service - the gas bottle was out of gas within 5-10 min of bbq, called the property management, was told the gas bottle will be delivered within 10 min. And it did! The Teflon coated pots were scratched - once they are scratched they shouldn’t be used, they give you cancer.

Needs more storage in the bedrooms for when people are staying longer and there isn’t enough comfortable seating for everyone at the same time in larger parties
• Euan (8/5): Very good - Views, location, price, large and modern Entrance, the outside stairs have no lighting at night, and the nearby roof and guttering is really low, head hight, easy to smack your head on at night if not careful.

Cannot find any negative aspects really, we were we very comfortable and found nothing lacking. Just one thing the speakers were not working so we couldn’t really enjoy our music.

They say no... the second 1 asked, is it providing iron or not? The say no.... so I had to bring from my country those 2 things .. but when we arrived, I found that hair dryer and iron provided..

• Jia (10/5): Very nice experience with prompt response from property manager - The property was very clean and comfortable. It’s close to Frankston trail, my husband and I ran along. As we rent a car, it’s very easy to get to city and also to airport. The view from this property was breathtaking, all of us were amazed. All of rooms can capture it.
• Mary-ann (9/5): A most enjoyable stay with our family which felt like more of a home than accomodation. - The view was amazing. Linen & towels excellent and tv and wifi worked perfectly. A few facilities weren’t working but the staff were responsive to this even on a weekend.

• Glen (10/5): Great place for me the kids and their partners.. - Well equipped nice clean property, we had a small issue with a tap and they were straight around to sort it out. And dropped off a nice bottle of wine for the inconvenience, which was zero.

• Mahesh (6/5): Great location, # 11 Goldrush needs some work if you want people to come back here. - Location superb Layout, warm and generally very tidy property Poor - very limited hot water supply - by far biggest issue. Esp as Winter, group of 8 - even with very limited timed showers - hot water very quickly ran out, very annoying and basic need unmet. Leaking dishwasher. Limited towels. Clothes dryer takes ages, and noisy. Okay so it’s Winter, windows of car freeze up and need watering to defrost. A hosepipe at the front end would save a lot of in-convenience and slippery injury risks on the driveway.

• Sabrina (10/5): We had a great stay ! - Stunning lake and mountain view , great location , nice house , clean warm and welcoming, convinient to go to ski, shops and resturants , comfortable beds etc etc Sometimes hot water runs out for the last persons if the eight of us take shower consecutively . I suggest an upgrade to an instant heating-up hot water system.
• Shaifali (8/5): location was beautiful but place felt too commercial. It needs a touch of coziness. - The view was beautiful. dinning area was too crowded. We were a family of 6 adults and a 3 yrs old and were provided with only 7 dinner plates. There were no oven tray provided. We had to call the staff to get the tray. It would be nice to have some games and toys for kids and some movies for family to watch.
• Mei (9/5): Good stay but could even be better! - Good location, great for our group of 8 with 4 rooms and 3 baths, clean, easy to communicate with the property manager as the kettle broke down during our stay and it got fix quickly! It would be good if the kitchen could be stocked with basic pantry stuffs like cooking oil, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, aluminium foil/cooking paper for oven, kitchen paper towel to clean up any mess
• Belinda (10/5): those views - loved the quietness, the bed was comfy, it had a washer and dryer and of course how could you not love the view. the ease of booking and communication No TVs in any of the downstairs bedrooms, it was very warm upstairs but cold downstairs (we just put heaters on downstairs)
