• Anna (9/5): - Schönes, großes Appartement. 3 Schlafzimmer+Schlafmöglichkeiten im Wohnbereich. Bei Ankunft stand eine Flasche Wein, eine Flasche Wasser und ein paar Pralinen auf dem Tisch. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet (hochwertige Geräte, sogar Backpapier, Kaffee, Spültabs und Öl war vorhanden). Auch ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck. Tolle, große Badewanne. Betten sehr gemütlich. Haben alle sehr gut geschlafen. S-Bahn Anbindung auch gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz gebucht für 15 Euro/Nacht. So stand das Auto sicher auf dem Hinterhof (Weg zum Hinterhof allerdings sehr schmal). Sehr nett waren auch die kleinen Tütchen des Personals, die nach der ersten Nacht und am letzten Tag an der Tür hingen. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt wäre ein Besen oder Staubsauger sinnvoll. Wir mussten die Krümel mit dem Handfeger auffegen. Eventuell auch einen WC- Reiniger bzw Badezimmerreiniger bereitstellen. Wohnraum relativ kalt (nur ein Heizkörper in der Küche, dadurch schwer warm zu kriegen).

Konum olarak uzak ya da yakın olarak değerlendiremeyeceğim çünkü Berlin’de her yer birbirine uzak konumda. Fakat evimiz toplu taşıma ve marketlere yakın. Ve mevki olarak güvenli bölgede yer alıyor. Yetkililer tüm sorularımıza ilgililerdi ve sonuna kadar takipçi oldular. Güvenlik ve diğer sorularımızı profesyonel bir şekilde yönetip değerlendirerek ilgilendiler. Konakladığımız apartman ve ortak kullanım alanlarında güvenlik kameralarının olması güvende hissettirdi. Odalar geniş ve yataklar çok rahattı. Özellikle kış aylarında seyahat edecekseniz ısınma konusunda çok rahat edebilirsiniz. Bilinmesi gereken noktalardan biri sadece, eğer kalabalık aile ve arkadaş grupları ile konaklama yapacaksanız dairede tek banyo ve tuvalet mevcut. Geniş bir kullanım alanına sahip olsa da kişisel olarak kalabalıksanız yeterli olmayabilir. Bunun haricinde her şey yolundaydı.

• Madlen (10/5): - Wir waren mit 7 Personen in diesem wunderschönen Appartement und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das sehr nette und hilfsbereite Büro-Personal. Eine schöne Überraschung waren auch die zwei Tüten mit Snacks und einem persönlichen Brief, die an der Eingangstür für uns bereitlagen – eine wirklich liebevolle Geste. Die S-Bahn ist in der Nähe und somit gut zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls vorhanden und auch mit einem T5 Bus erreichbar, allerdings ist die Einfahrt zum zugewiesenen Parkplatz etwas eng. Insgesamt können wir das Appartement absolut weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

• Nicolle Spörr (9/5): - Das Apartment ist sehr groß und geräumig, die Lage perfekt um Berlin zu erkunden, wir haben mit unseren Kindern (2 Teenager) dort übernachtet und jeder hatte ein eigenes Zimmer, was toll war. 😀 Wenn wir am Abend heim kamen hatten wir eine kleine Süße Überraschung an der Tür hängen. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist, das der Fußboden nicht ganz so sauber war, die weißen Socken der Kinder waren ein wenig schwarz an der Sohle , hat aber unseren Aufenthalt nicht negativ beeinflusst 😉!

The apartment is big, clean, comfy, well furnished, the kitchen has all necessary elements to cook without problems. The staff is so supportive and always attentive to help all the time. The separate storage room is something that blow my mind. I recommend this place 10000%. Definitely, I must-to-stay in Berlin My and my family have no any complaints, but just to say the less, the apartment is a bit far from the touristic places, but around 5 minutes walking to the train station, so with good planning, you can reach easily everywhere you nat to go.

• Lada (10/5): - Celý koncept ubytování. Personál, vybavení, místo. Když jsme rozložili pohovku pro spánek, byly tam chomáče vlasů zapadlých mezi matrace. Ale říkali jsme si, že asi nikdo dlouho na pohovce nespal.... Abychom se mohli ubytovat, musela jsem zaplatit kauci, o které nebyla v nabídce informace. Zatím jsem nedostala tuto kauci zpět. To mi vadí nejvíc.

• Paul (9/5): great apartment, well connected for efficient public transport for easy berlin sight seeing! - the location is great for the train that runs around berlin and connects to all trams, public transport etc so getting into and out of berlin centre and sights a breeze, we also got train to airport , an absolute breeze! trade off is the tracks run close to apartment, which is no issue as the apartment is very well sound proofed however if you need to sleep with the windows open et cetera you may struggle as the tracks run pretty much 24 hours a day. apartment is big, well appointed and beds super comfy too. local bakery for breakfast items and the short walk to moabit main centre that is very cosmopolitan ungrateful fresh fruit, veg and bargains!

Lavatrice e lavastoviglie, topper per i letti, due phon, ferro da stiro e stenditoio, kit pronto soccorso, stoviglie, tisane... Non mancava nulla e tutto molto curato. All'arrivo abbiamo trovato una lettera di benvenuto personalizzata, bottiglia di vino, acqua e cioccolatini. Staff super presente, attento e disponibile per ogni necessità o informazioni dal momento del check in fino al saluto e ringraziamento dopo il check out. Abbiamo potuto relazionarci anche telefonicamente in inglese con estrema facilità. Davvero un ottima esperienza che assolutamente consigliamo ed eventualmente ripeteremo se nuovamente a Berlino. The communication was always very good, the check-in and check-out process was flawless. The wi-fi worked really well too, is a good place to work on. I don't have anything important to complain about. I even forgot some stuff in the apartment and the host sent it to me by DHL. Very nice! The neighborhood is not very exciting, pretty residential area. However, it is just one block from the ring S-bahn, so you can reach in a reasonable time everywhere (if you want to be central, you'd need to pay more for less I guess). We were missing some electricity outlet close to the dinner table, it was a bit of a problem for one of us that had a laptop without a good battery.

• Carey (7/5): A good place for a base for exploring the city. - Great sized, modern apartment with everything you would need for a short break. Customer service was excellent (thank you) and nice little touches like the little gifts were sweet. Location was easy for access to public transport but not the prettiest of areas. Outlook from the apartment was not great but felt warm and welcoming inside. Loved the fact that there was plenty of kitchen towel, toilet rolls, dishwasher tabs (and even great coffee/tea) etc so you do not have to buy. Some noise from stairwells. Hairdryers poor quality. Mirror missing in second bedroom. Attention to detail on cleaning (certain areas of floors etc) Washing machine in bathroom was not great as spoilt the feel of a modern space. Beds were too soft for us and not great for older backs.

Sijainti esikaupunkialueella ja hieman sivussa, mutta junalla pääsi yhdellä vaihdolla lentoasemalle ja päänähtävyyksien äärelle. Jätteiden lajittelua voisi selkeyttää.

• Oksana (8/5): - Apartment setting is great. Amazing beds. Location is very close to the railway. You cannot use the terrace to chill with friends because it’s too noisy. It was a upsetting because I’ve booked this apartment because of the terrace that looked good on photos

Made sure we were comfortable during our stay. The place was very spacious for a group of 6 (including an infant)They were equipped with all the essentials! Near the train station which was a plus for having an infant with us! There’s only one bathroom with the toilet and shower. If the toilet was separate from the shower it would have been more efficient with a bigger group for getting ready. They did have a spare toilet above us on the stairwell which helped.

• Wendy (10/5): Great location with loads of space. - The place was perfectly situated for us to explore Berlin. It was in a safe area close to public transit. The property itself was comfortable and well appointed. We had room to spread out as well as come together for meals and games around the dining table. The bedrooms need some sort of closet system. Even an open rack like in the second bedroom would be great:)

They are very dedicated to their guests and, compared to other accommodations in Berlin, they are ahead of the curve in every way. The accommodation was excellent for a group of 7, spacious, well-lit, and very clean. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the rooms. Special thanks to the BENSIMON team for allowing us to leave our luggage on the day of arrival and departure in their luggage department. It gave us space to make better use of our time and tour the city. Accommodation is highly recommended. We will be happy to come again at the first opportunity.
• Michelle (8/5): Pleasant stay! - Its fully equipped, spacious and clean. Its also close to the metro station. We would stay here again. The bed is soft for us and there’s a foul smell in the bathroom after shower. It seems that there’s an issue with the pipes.
• Hoang (8/5): Very good - The apartment was amazing. I barely wrote any review, to be honest, but this time I think the apartment deserves some compliments. First of all, it was fully equipped with everything we need. It was kinda semi smart house, where you can adjust the strength of the light, connect to the speakers through SONOS App etc. The kitchen is perfect for any cooking stuffs, it even has a coffee machine and dishwasher. It was clean and comfortable. The only problem is maybe the location. It is not fast to access the centre. Besides, the outside door was not too pretty aesthetically. Other than that, it was great
