- Petrus (2/5): - I called the hotel to possibly arrange a late check-in. The staff spoke broken English and not helpful at all. They just told me to send an email. I did that, but they never replied to it, even after sending a second email. Several days later when I arrived at the hotel, they had no rooms left. They were acting nonchalant and smug about the whole situation as it was "my fault for checking in late". They didn't try to fix the situation, didn't call any other hotels to check availability. Maybe if the front-desk staff is fired this could be a good hotel.
- Emerson (10/5): - Local com limpeza impecável, os funcionários limpam inclusive os itens da cozinha que você usa( talheres, pratos, etc.), local perto de mercados e lojas, inclusive um KFC, e, se gostar de andar um pouquinho mais, da pra ir a um shopping a pé ! Uns 15 minutos do mercado de ouro também. Não é um bairro turístico, é bem local, você se sente realmente vivendo a realidade de moradores…

From the moment we arrived the staff were extremely welcoming and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable and had everything we need. Sadly, our room faced the street and it was noisy, but we were offered a different room in a better location. Good breakfast choices.

- Verified traveler (2/5): - This place should not be listed as a hotel. Maybe a shelter. I paid for 10 nights but left after one only. Awful location and the room is very outdated and run down. The only good thing about this place are the staff. My advice would be dont even think about staying at this place.

However, hotel is difficult to locate. The sign is way to high up that one can't see it easily when driving. No parking lot, and no microwave in the room.
