- D. (4/5): Acceptable for one night. - The hotel is clean and rooms are good. The restaurant + rooftop and SPA are way too expensive for the service provided. Dinner was not good. Breakfast is too expensive and things are missing (looks like a bad high school restaurant). SPA is underground and air is rotten, massage was very good though.

- Thierry (8/5): - Etablissement situé dans une ruelle à proximité pédestre de l'avenue de l'indépendance. Pour ceux qui souhaitent un hôtel confortable en plein centre. La cuisine du restaurant est très bonne. Dans le sous-sol, une petite piscine à l'eau très chaude, spa, hamman, sauna, à payer en supplément, massages également possibles. Sur la terrasse du toit, des concerts sont organisés. Discothèque juste à côté. Le personnel est très serviable. Deux gardiens de sécurité jour et nuit à l'entrée, c'est sécurisant. Du point de vue technique, des petites réparations sont nécessaires.

Sie haben sehr verständnisvoll reagiert,mit ganz liebevollen Worten und haben kein Stornogebühren berechnet. Einer der wenigen Hotels(von uns besuchten) in madagaskar, wo auch englisch gesprochen und verstanden wurde. Die Dachterrasse war super.

- Irma Brunella (1/5): Je ne suis pas du genre très exigeante et c’est la première fois que je donne des avis non favorable sur booking, parce - J’avais réserver pour un modelage corps et c’était vraiment bien. Le lit est dur, pas d’eau pendant la nuit ni le matin, il faut demandé à la réception de faire fonctionner l’eau avant d’en avoir. Presque une semaine avant mon arrivé, j’avais demandé une chambre avec une vue vers la ville, on m’a répondu avec accord favorable sauf que ce n’était pas le cas, quand je suis arrivé à l’hôtel. On m’avait dit que c’était une erreur technique, peut être parce que je suis cliente booking, les autres je ne sais pas mais en tout cas, la chambre 304 c’était pas une bonne chambre. J’ai très mal dormi. Concernant le WiFi, rien à faire. Je n’était pas la seule cliente qui a galéré avec la connexion. Il a fallu acheter un autre forfait et se connecter avec le réseau mobile car Wifi est médiocre. Concernant le petit déjeuner, faut demandé le jus à part,
- Tai (8/5): This hotel is so central. Staff is very nice. They have great restaurant with great foods. But their mattress is too hot - Central location. Nice staff. Great foods in their restaurant. Mattress was super hot. Killed my back for even one night.
- Bruno (3/5): Hôtel à ne plus fréquenter - L’emplacement était correcte avec la vue sur les courts de tennis. Le personnel du petit-déjeuner est attentionné mais pas très professionnel, En revanche le personnel de la réception de jour ou de nuit a été particulièrement agréable et professionnel. La porte de l’armoire ne coulisse pas, pas de cintres dans la penderie, les prises murales ne fonctionnent pas. Il n’y a qu’une seule lampe de chevet… Tout les matins c’est l’inondation dans la douche. Il y a des odeurs de cuisines et de graillons dans les couloirs de l’hôtel

- Carol (8/5): This was a good place to stay for a first night. I wasn't there long, but it was comfortable. - I was only here a short time. Everyone was supportive and friendly. The staff were very willing to speak English, even when it was challenging for them.

L'accès à la piscine est en supplément...Le changement d'accompagnement est en supplément ( mon mari ne voulait pas de riz devait payer en supplément les pâtes) Le verre de vin est à 25000 ariary...Du jamais vu alors que nous avons pu fréquenter plusieurs 4 étoiles à Mada ! La restauration est nulle! De plus, au moment du règlement, on nous a facturé plus élevé que le prix indiqué initialement, heureusement qu'on a pu rectifier... Il manque un tapis dans la salle de bain... Bref, déception...Ça ne vaut pas les 4 étoiles !

- Chad (7/5): Would definitely stay again. - Quiet location with friendly and helpful staff. Size of the room was terrific. We did not love the breakfast but it was still good.

Hôtel vieillissant et pas entretenus. Lunette toilette dégradé, prise ne tienne pas au mur ou poser a l envers . Wifi marche pas trop bien. Petit déjeuné pas bon , café ayant goût de chaussette , jus naturel avec trop d' eau , croissant immangeable de très bas de gamme . Spa payant même pour les clients de l hotel
- Jean pierre (1/5): Never again - Close to the city center and good restaurants Very noisy! Street noise all the day , in house discotheque in the night until 4 oclock with drummings coming to the room ! 80% of my stay no fluid water! You can imagine the toilets!
- Marcin MK (7/5): Bit away from the action, but not bad neither - Nice room Hot water Not far from the city center Breakfasts ok Friendly staff It is actually far from the real city center - because of how the terrain is shaped. It is not a place to stay, if you want to experience Tana's nightlife. The nearsts streets are completely empty. The rooftop bar closes much earlier than it is supposed to There is a nightclub in the basement, and at least on Saturday night, the tremors of music travel to higher floors and I had my wardrobe shaking for a few hours. But hey, instead of staying in the room, you can conveniently go to the club instead ;)

- Tiffany (10/5): Excellent location in the Rova area - Great location! Very walkable to local attractions. The rooftop bar/restaurant has a great view and excellent food. The DJ is loud making it difficult to hear conversation. The room was spacious and well appointed. Very thankful to the staff for arranging a day trip to Lemur Park and a taxi when I checked out. Breakfast is wonderful with a nice view. Nothing.

- Miloš (7/5): Rundown hotel in great location which gets noise due to lot of activity around it for a big money - I liked the room I got after I complained about the first which was too dirty and small considering the amount of money I paid for the type of room I wanted. Roof top bar is nice, it is shielded from winds with glass panes. I enjoyed drinks and food with my friends that visited me in the hotel a lot. Restaurant is also ok, nice tasty food, could be better could be worse. The overal state the hotel is in, it is very run down and the spa lacked warm water. It all felt like the hotel is loosing its glory it might have had long time ago. Even though staff was super friendly and helpful once I explained my expectations for the price. I would not mind spending a quick night but booking through booking.com does not make sense - you never get what you like on the pictures when you book the room. I think it is already clear from other reviews of people who had the same initial experience.
