• Carol (10/5): Excellent B&B, 5 minutes walk from the Centre. - We enjoyed our stay, room was very comfy and a very large balcony with a city view. A bonus was the bike hire was also arranged by our host and was also on our doorstep. Excellent 3 hour e bike tour which is highly recommended The name of the B & B could have been bigger on the door as I missed it several times walking past.

• Uwe (9/5): Ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt, diese sehr interessante Stadt zu entdecken. - Kleines B&B mit 4 Zimmern im 8. Stock eines Wohnhauses. Kein Hotel im eigentlichen Sinne. Darüber nur die Dachterrasse mit Frühstücksraum. Das ist aber alles vollkommen in Ordnung. Günstiges und sicheres Parken direkt gegenüber. Altstadt, Castello und gute Trattorien/Pizzerien unweit und zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ideal, um die ganze, in jeder Hinsicht sehr lohnende Stadt zu erkunden. Wer nachts Lärm von Bauarbeiten, Müllabfuhr und Verkehr nicht will, muss Fenster und Jalousien schließen, aber die Klimaanlage ist ja vorhanden. Die Stadt bietet neben dem ca. 12 km langen Strand sehr viel, sogar ausgesetzte Küstenwanderungen sind möglich und diese Unterkunft ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt. Das Frühstück mit frischem Omelette, Rührei etc. ist gut, aber nicht zu abwechslungsreich. Für uns und die vier Nächte aber in Ordnung. Die Betreiberin kümmert sich sehr um alle Gäste. Wir hatten ein kleines Abflussproblem, das allerdings in kürzester Zeit professionell und vollständig behoben wurde. Laura informierte uns umgehend und alles war in Ordnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Balcony is shared with other room, separated by semi transperant wall. Room is good enough size, bathroom is a bit tight. God fantastic surprise- wine and snacks in room. :) Breafast is upper floor on nice terrace overlooking city and omlet &coffee was great start of the day! There is elevator for floor8 and mini cooler in room.

• Maria (10/5): A memorable stay at Cagliari - The apartment is located in the center of Cagliari offering a great view of the city. Laura, our hostess, was very friendly and helpful. She gave us multiple options for beaches, food and transportation. The room was very nice with a big balcony. There are many bus stops near the BnB in order to explore the city, but the apartment is also close to many spots for drinks and food. We were also provided with taxi services which was very convenient for our stay. Generally, it was a memorable stay and is definitely recommended for your stay in Cagliari. Everything was great

• Adam (10/5): Great old town area and beach - Laura specially bought all the vegan products for the room and breakfast for me which felt very nice and I also received a wine bottle as a gift. I felt very well received and the introduction into the local area by Laura also helped me with exploring the city. If you want to watch the euros, there are plenty of restaurants showing the matches outside or inside, which creates a great atmosphere even for someone like me who doesn't root for any team in particular. There is also a tv in the room in case you prefer to stay and watch in the hotel.

The parking is just across the street, with staff on all days except the weekend, when the parking is locked (you’ll get the key). Laura and her husband made us feel very much at home, everything was spotless and there were so many lovely little extra touches. The room was really comfy and clean and they obviously take great care in making sure you have a first class experience. The breakfast was also incredible - really tasty omelettes! It's an easy 5 minute walk into the old town and it was easy for us to park and then enjoy Calgiari for the weekend! You're also right next door to the food market which I'd very much recommend! I only wish we'd stayed an extra night! Nothing - everything was fantastic!

• William (10/5): A peaceful and relaxing week - We were in Cagliari for a week for the first time. We did not have a car, and Laura the hostess arranged to pick us up and take us back to the airport, she also provided maps and information about the places to visit that were reachable on foot. The room and facilities were very clean and well maintained. Wifi and TV. The location was good for us, within easy walking distance of most town attractions and of public transport. The hostess and host provided an excellent breakfast of homemade croissants, different coffees, fruit, juice, cereals and cooked breakfast. We liked having a balcony to sit on at the end of day to watch the sunset. We thought the accommodation on offer with breakfast was at a very reasonable price. Nothing for us, we were very happy with our stay. The next time we visit Sardinia, we will be pleased to stay here. We might decide to hire a car next time and for a small fee, the accommodation has a parking space for each room. The car park is directly opposite the accommodation. Also for any one who would like to join an organised e-bike tour, Laura can provide this as an option too.

• Borut (10/5): Excellent point to start Sardinia discovery - Laura contacted us prior to arrival and explain the check in, stay and possibilities to get around the city. On arrival she organised a pick up and all went smooth. The very first day, after very delicious breakfast, Laura explained about the city and points of interest. For us being the first time in Cagliari this was very helpful. The rooms are nice and cozy, with a big balcoy (a terrase rather), clean and quite. Breakfast is reach with a lot of variety of food. Excellent exit point to discover the city. In fact,w haven't found anything that I would evalute as "don't like".

• Miroslav (8/5): Pěkné čisté ubytování ,blízko centra - Ubytování v velkém městském dome v 8 patře ,pěkný ,útulný,čistý apartmán .Majitelka milá vstřícná ,čekala na zavolání přišla pro nás před dům ,měla k dispozici rezervované stání pro auta za 8€-nakonec jsme zaparkovali přímo před dům na ulici zdarma -zrovna se uvolnilo místo .Blízko centra pěkná večerní prochazka centrem -mnoho restauraci.

The rooftop breakfast offered here is better than most with an unbeatable view. The hostess Laura is informed and eager to help with any questions you may have about things to do or see in Cagliari. A View On Cagliari is well worth a stay if you can get one of these highly prized rooms with a view!

Hôte accueillante au début mais la relation se dégrade au fur et à mesure du séjour, le petit déjeuné étant inclus dans le prix, à notre surprise n'était pas tous les jours été ouvert sans même avoir été prévenu.. mais la propreté est au rendez vous et les lieux sont agréables.

The breakfast was a continental style one on the roof terrace and Laura served us and was sociable and helpful throughout. • Robert (10/5): Lovely stay! - We stayed in room with en-suite bathroom for three nights. Room was super clean and comfortable, air condition was powerful and wifi was ok as well. Room was cleaned everyday and overall Laura provided very good service and friendly atmosphere. Breakfast on the roof terrace was fresh and tasty - Italian style with plenty options: fruits, yogurt, toasts, cereals and drinks. The apartment is located in the heart of Cagliari - max 10min walk to the old town with all shops and restaurants.There is a free parking outside the building with lots of car spaces but very crowded with cars as it is the only free parking in the neighbourhood and all local people running errands in the city want to park there as well. We very much enjoyed our stay and recommend it to everyone.
