Eu gostei da localização no bairro Karol Bagh, que tem metrô muito restaurante, loja e comércio interessantes nas proximidades. O preço é bom pelo que você recebe. Tem frigobar, a cama é grande, o silêncio me chamou atenção positivamente pois saí de hotel muito barulhento. Em um dia a água quente não funcionou e isso foi algo ruim. O ar condicionado poderia ser mais gelado e não é possível regular. O problema principal é que wi-fi não é bom, portanto não vá caso precise de uma boa conexão para trabalhar ou estudar.

I think similarly water is also trickling from ac duct when u open the room door.

- Lucas (1/5): Don’t go there!! - Price Bathroom are not clean (toilets not washed) with a permanent smell, the Karol Bagh suburb is very dirty and a bit dangerous by night, a few dangerous street dogs and very strange people, hotel staff attention is not good, room pictures are misleading. My first room was smelling urine and so was the second one, suspicious stains on the sheets. Nothing more annoying than arriving in such a place after many flight hours.

The breakfast was Indian and delicious. Cleanliness was alright. Better than in other Delhi hotels we stayed in before.

- Arpita (5/5): Passable - Location is perfect and breakfast was good I always stay in this hotel when I visit Delhi. But this time I was disappointed with room. Washbasin was leaking even shower pannel was broken. On complaining I was told plumber was called but he never turned up. So this time was bit disappointed.. but short stay so hopefully restroom issues will be rectified soon.

- Ayan (4/5): The staff need to be taught to behave and not disturb guests in the middle of night by ringing bells - The location is fine and the rooms are usually good. I have been to this hotel earlier too. We were promised a superior room, but were given a smaller room with a tiny toilet attached toilet. As I informed, it was changed. We stayed for three night. In two of the nights, they ringed the bell at the night and said they have brought our luggage which is bogus since we didn't have any luggage left at the reception to carry. In the second day they did it twice, which was irritating after a long day. This happened even after I complained at the reception over phone that someone is disturbing me in this fashion.
They served omelette to some people on 11th October in the breakfast. When I requested for an omelette on 12th October morning, the cook came up and started shouting that how can I ask for omelette during Navratri. I informed that I noted it was served the day before, but he screamed that it wasn't. This was very odd behaviour and discriminatory too. I didn't understand why they behaved so. It is possible because of the rating at booking.com after my visit in May 2024.

- Ayan (4/5): Disappointing - Comfortable and good breakfast, Not far from the Metro Station. We booked two rooms. Once we returned after a trip, we found that the key for one of the rooms was not working. We called the reception from the room we could enter using the inter-com, multiple times, to look into it the matter. After an hour I walked down. They took the card (key), operated in their computer and told me that now it will work. When I asked why this problem, I was told that this key came in touch with a mobile telephone. I am sure it didn't. The keys were in a bag which contained no mobile. I was curious why this happened even though we visited this hotel multiple times.

They don't dust properly either. Everyday they barely sweep the floors and just change the beds. If the property was cleaned properly and well-maintained then it would be great value for money.

There mostly was no hot water when one wanted to take a shower. The attitude of the staff, especially the restaurant manager, was appalling.

- Sybille (5/5): Bad atmosphere - The rooms were spacious and well furnished (except for one mattress) with large windows. We especially enjoyed the rather quiet location and the view into the garden. The showers were great when there was hot water, which there mostly was not. Having an electric kettle was good. The hairdryer was brought up by the staff on request but was fetched away again when we were not in the room, which astonished us exceedingly. On our second stay, the ACs in both of our rooms worked just fine. The attitude of the staff (with the exception of the housekeeping staff) was really bad. Especially prominent in his inappropriate behaviour was the restaurant manager. To crown it all, when we checked out he went into one of our rooms and took the tip left there for the housekeeping staff (even though we had left him a tip earlier). We regard this as really inexcusable. If you are sensitive to atmosphere choose another hotel. Otherwise this is an OK choice. Further negative points: we had more cold showers than hot ones, one mattress was too old. On our first stay the AC in one of our rooms couldn't be regulated.

The hotel staff was quite polite and even kept our luggage for some hours after check-out. Check-in after midnight was possible. Really enjoyed their breakfast selection. The rooms were mostly clean but the washrooms could be better maintained.

Overall, cleanliness is pretty bad, with stinks in all sheets, etc. The bathroom wasn’t also very clean. It does not have AC or heater. For this reasons, it definitely isn’t a comfortable stay.

Good wifi Scammed by staff - on arrival asked the hotel staff for assistance to get a SIM card to avoid being scammed. Only to have hotel staff join in on the scam! They took us to a SIM card dealer where we paid 1700 rupees for a 250 rupee plan. We were told by the hotel staff this was a good deal! They told us the plan was for 28 days with unlimited data, turns out it was 7 days with 1.5gig per day only! This left us stuck without internet unexpectedly.

- Martina (7/5): Good - The location of the hotel is pretty good. The Karol Bagh metro station is really close by and the neighbourhood is lively, interesting and it has everything you might need. There is even a small park next to the hotel. The rooftop terrace is nice, although in December with fog and smog you don't really see anything from it. The staff is friendly and helpful and the food is not bad at all. Our room was fairly big, with a lovely window towards the park. However, it was not particularly clean (especially bed linen and towels were stained and smelly).

And when I was unable to book a train ticket for the following day, one of the reception staff booked it on his personal credit card, without hesitation, or even a discussion about how I would pay him back. Amazing 🙌 The room was quite rundown, and not terribly clean. Fresh towels were never dry. Some days the shower was cold, some days it was slightly above cold. Room was freezing, and very damp. I would wake up and my clothes would be wet. However, once I realized room heaters were available these issues became much more manageable.
