Non comodissima la separazione tra wc e bagno; o meglio, se accanto al wc ci fosse un lavandino, sarebbe perfetto. Colazione abbondante, comoda e in uno spazio adeguato. Parcheggio gratuito, un plus!

• Florence (9/5): Très agréable - Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel 1 nuit . Il est idéalement situé pour se rendre aux Grands Buffets ( 5 minutes ) et pour visiter Narbonne centre et plage. L hôtel est très calme et les chambres confortables. Le petit déjeuner continental est à volonté et un restaurant Régent est présent juste à côté. Le personnel est très acceuillant et à l écoute. Nous ne manquerons pas d y revenir.
• Storm (7/5): - The location is good and the room was clean. Beautiful garden. The Bistro on the premise is convenient. We would prefer larger and at least 2 pillows per person which would be more comfortable than the 1 small pillow per person. Our room temperature was too warm for us, but we could not set the airconditioning ourselves. Reception told us that it was a central heating temperature for the entire hotel. They said that we could open the window or they could provide a fan. We found this inconvenient.

• Rosa Maria (10/5): Grata experiencia en familia. - Viajamos en familia y solo estuvimos una noche pero nos encantó el trato del personal: el recepcionista que nos hizo el check in incluso hablaba bastante bien el español lo cual es muy de valorar en Francia. A pesar de estar situado en una zona industrial con mucho tráfico las habitaciones son tranquilas, cómodas. La cama grande y confortable y un desayuno muy correcto para empezar la jornada.. Era mi segunda vez en el hotel y no duraremos en repetir si en algún momento tenemos que volver a pernoctar en la ciudad. La verdad es que todo estuvo muy bien y sin problemas. Quizá lo que más me sorprendió en la habitación, aunque también tiene su parte práctica, es que el wc esté en un espacio separado del lavamanos de forma que debes ir a otro lado para lavarte las manos pero, como he dicho, es una pequeña anécdota que, bien mirado, también tiene su punto positivo ya que agiliza que el servicio pueda utilizarse por los dos huéspedes a la vez. Quizá podrían valorar, ya que había espacio suficiente, poner un pequeño lavamanos en el lugar donde está el wc. Es solo una sugerencia.

Cela fait plusieurs fois que je réserve dans cet hôtel et que je prends une chambre double confort, cette chambre n'avait rien avoir avec ce que j' ai toujours eu avant. Plus petite ainsi que le lit qui était plus petit et pas confortable, toilette dans la salle de bain collé au lavabo ou je ne pouvais même pas poser une trousse de toilette.

Most did not speak English…however….its France…so….i used my translation app. The room floor must be concrete with a thin (wallpaper thin) covering. It was cold! The room insulation was bad which made it hard to warm. The thermostats are locked. I understand why. However, I froze. Asked from desk 2x to up my room temp. I’m think they tried. Nice staff. My key fob and room were a mess. I had to get a new fob almost each time I left the room. Up/down the elevator several times. I ordered food at restaurant. Nice waitress said she’d bring it up. I got comfortable in room. Got a call to come get the food. Redressed, went down. No food. Found it at front desk? Idk why. Had to carry large tray up. Try holding that and using a fob and opening doors. The chicken was tough to cut and too tough to eat.$20 euros and I ate 1 piece of bread. A total fiasco. Great comedy if it weren’t a real story. I’d not suggest it to others. I checked out asap after a cold nights sleep.
