Assumpció (9/5): - Il Salto d'ella Regina està situat a la Riviera di Chiaia, molt aprop del passeig marítim i molt ben comunicat amb la resta de la ciutat a través del metro. Hi ha bona oferta de restauració a la zona. És un hotel petit i tranquil ubicat al primer pis d'un edifici històric. Les habitacions són àmplies i confortables, ben climatitzades, el personal molt atent i l'esmorzar -inclòs en el preu- molt correcte.

Isabel (8/5): - La sala de desayuno es espectacular, con frescos del 1800. El desayuno es correcto, con fruta, yogures, surtido de pasteles. El personal super amable. Llegamos muy temprano para dejar el equipaje y se preocuparon de limpiary preparar nuestra habitaciòn en prioridad, y pudimos instalarnos en ese momento. La sala de baño estaba nueva, con una ducha amplia. El único punto negativo serían los colchones, que eran demasiado blandos para nuestro gusto.

Santtu (10/5): Siistiä ja mutkatonta majoitusta meren äärellä. - Erittäin siisti, meren läheisyys, juna-asema, kauppa, ravintolat lähellä. Kulkuyhteydet kaupungille hieman hankalat toisinaan. Huoneessa ei ollut pöytää tai oikeastaan tuolejakaan.
ALESSANDRA (6/5): Tante aspettative deluse - Il personale della struttura merita un grande apprezzamento per l'accoglienza, la disponibilità, l'educazione e la cortesia. Discreta la colazione (in una sala bellissima) anche se sui quantitativi non posso esprimermi perché siamo stati tra i primi a consumarla e non so se i successivi clienti hanno trovato tutta la scelta iniziale. La struttura è collocata al primo piano di un edificio con altre abitazioni e questo è stato specificato solo dopo la prenotazione. La stanza era piccolissima, buia e rumorosa se non veniva chiusa ermeticamente la finestra che per fortuna isolava dall'esterno. Nelle foto che descrivono la struttura non vi è traccia di quella tipologia di stanza "standard" e il cliente è indotto a pensare di avere assegnata una stanza tra quelle mostrate. Il lenzuolo sotto presentava un segno di penna blu che non lasciava pensare ad un lavaggio recente. Il letto era posizionato su una struttura molto alta a forma di gabbia sotto la quale si era annidata della polvere che difficilmente si può togliere visto che un aspirapolvere o spazzolone non possono certo passare tra quelle sbarre. Inoltre non c'è il kit cortesia che è mostrato in foto e il televisore non consente di vedere altro se non canali tematici. Dulcis in fundo, per l'utilizzo dell'ascensore (che normalmente con le valigie al seguito è indispensabile) è richiesta una moneta da 10 centesimi. Questo è semplicemente vergognoso!
joseph.65 (8/5): Napoli è bellissima e il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole! - la disponibilità dello staff, la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli anche prima del checkin e dopo il checkout, la pulizia di camera e bagno la camera un pò piccola, il letto molto alto e la doccia che spruzzava acqua fuori dal box. Inoltre all'arrivo dovrebbe essere spigato meglio dove e come suonare il campanello al portone di ingresso del palazzo!

Mauro (8/5): Breve viaggio a Napoli - Posizione buona a Chiaia, vicino a Mergellina. Posto ben tenuto, camere accoglienti. Letto troppo alto, strana scelta, ma comunque comodo. Siamo stati in una suite con vista sul cortile interno: un pò buia. La colazione è abbastanza scarsa: inqualificabile il pane in cassetta e non fresco! Una maggiore scelta di dolci e salati sarebbe stata opportuna: siamo a Napoli!

Huoneessa oli heikosti säilytystilaa, vaatteille ei käytännössä lainkaan kaappia (vain yksi pieni, jossa myös jääkaappi), joten jouduimme ripustamaan vaatteet ovenkahvoihin jne. Ei myöskään laskutilaa lukuun ottamatta pieniä yöpöytiä. Aamiainen hyvin rajoitettu, ei esimerkiksi tuoreita kasviksia tai kananmunaa.

Héctor (9/5): Estadía en un lugar hermoso. - La decoración preciosa. Habitaciones muy amplias cómodas, insonorizadas, térmicas. El desayuno genial. El personal súper atentos La entrada, es compartida y no está en buen estado, es muy común en Nápoles comprar parte de un edifico, y lo restauran espectacular. Pero no todo el edificio es así. Y la entrada no está muy linda. Pero creo que es cultural, como argentina no estoy acostumbrada.

Igor (8/5): - Прекрасное местоположение, рядом 2 станции метро. Отзывчивый персонал. Чисто и комфортно. Слабый завтрак, на фото одно - в жизни другое... Я понимаю, что у вас не сезон, но 2 кусочка колбасы и 3 кусочка сыра на двоих - это верх жадности. При этом персонал старался вырулить даже эту ситуацию!

La possibilità di avere il late check out La colazione anticipata di 30 min per poter partecipare alla half Marathon di Napoli La camera È la terza volta che alloggio qui e per la prima volta mi è stata data una camera piccola e con il bagno senza finestra ma comunque super pulita.

Serena (7/5): familiare - la posizione eccezionale e ben collegata a tutto. La colazione molto completa e variegata. Lo staff eccezionale, gentile , cortese e competente. La camera era un pò troppo piccola, in due non avevamo spazio nemmeno per aprire le valige in quanto non c erano nemmeno i supporti dove appoggiarle.

Personale di eccezionale cortesia - Struttura molto curata e pulita Spazi ampi e accoglienti Posizione eccellente, vicina al centro e alla metropolitana Colazione buona e bonus pasticceria eccellente Personale della struttura di eccezionale cortesia e disponibilità. Dopo col check-out avevo necessità di lavorare e sono stato ospitato nella bellissima sala colazione per due ore (anche con offerta di un ottimo caffè). Stanza comoda, silenziosa, pulita. Aggiungerei solo un piano d’appoggio come svuotatasche e prevederei uno spazio armadio più ampio. Ma sono dettagli, rispetto al giudizio complessivo eccellente.
Pierangelo (7/5): Bella l'idea della collocazione in palazzo d'epoca ma potrebbero fare di più - Bello l'edificio, gentile il personale, in particolare l'addetto al ricevimento e l'addetta alle colazioni. Ottimo il servizio di ricevimento H24 La camera era un pò spoglia, mia moglie utilizza molto il bollitore per preparare il suo Tè personale, ma non c'era la tazza e incredibilmente mancava una presa Schuko per farlo funzionare... L'unica era nel bagno ma abbiamo dovuto incastrare il vassoio che incorporava la base per il bollitore tra il lavandino e la parete...
Wioletta (10/5): - Lokalizacja Hotelu w spokojnym i cichym miejscu. Personel Hotelu wyjątkowo pomocny. Do centrum i do innych atrakcji turystycznych szybko można dojechać metrem lub autobusem. Dobre połączenie z lotniskiem (metro + autobus lotniskowy). Bardzo dobre śniadania (duży wybór wypieków, ciast, dżemy, miód, Nutella, wędliny, ser, tosty, soki, itp.), super kawa! Pokój spory, łazienka duża i czysta wyposażona w suszarkę i wszystko co niezbędne. W okolicy duży sklep spożywczy, restauracje, itp. Blisko nabrzeża gdzie można spacerować wieczorami i podziwiać panoramę Neapolu. WiFi mogłoby lepiej działać

Rocco (10/5): A good night's sleep away from Naples traffic - Basically, this hotel was on the first floor of a big apartment/business office building. It is located in a high traffic area, but you are unable to hear any street noise from the room. You enter through a huge arched door from the street, walk through a massive internal courtyard, then either go up 1 flight of stairs or use their typical European elevator. We were kindly upgraded to a suite without asking. Fortuna and Lorenzo were exceptionally nice, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. The king-size bed was very comfortable, the room quite large, and a very good size bathroom with a large shower containing 2 rainfall shower heads. The enclosed hallway had windows that looked down on the internal courtyard. We also enjoyed the 2 salt water fish tanks that were built into the hallway walls. The breakfast room was charming with beautiful paintings on its vaulted ceilings. Breakfast was a good quality typical European style with pastries and cold cuts. This hotel is located 2 blocks from the American Consulate, 3 blocks from the water, and maybe 6 blocks from quality restaurants. There are also small cafes (bars) and pastry shops right outside the building. Very comfortable stay! We will surely stay there again. A very minor point, there was a tea kettle and tea bags and sugar, but surprisingly no cups.
Mary (7/5): Friendly guest house near sea front with metro links to centre - Located near sea front and short walk to metro. Old house with amazing ceiling frescoes in breakfast room. Comfortable bed and good bathroom. Friendly staff and good practical information provided about local restaurants and transport links. Kettle provided Some furniture shabby and needing replacement (sofa, chairs). Towels with holes. Although soundproofing to street was good, we had two rooms and one of our party was disturbed by loud TV from room next door. Had to ask for some things that seemed to be in limited supply - eg cups, loo rolls

Katharina (8/5): Sehr freundlich und bequem - wir würden wieder kommen - Die Zimmer waren modern eingerichtet, in einem historischen Gebäude. Das Zimmer war zwar beengt, aber es war alles da, was man brauchte. Ich wünschte, ich könnte mehr Sterne für das Personal geben - alle waren so außerordentlich freundlich, dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Vielen Dank dafür! Die Zimmer waren prinzipiell sauber, aber die Dusche sah unten bei den Fließen und in den Ecken schon etwas nach Schimmel aus.

FRANCESCA (10/5): Una delizia - Ho adorato la suite con la vasca idromassaggio, ideale per un relax dopo aver camminato tutto il giorno. Molto bella anche la sala colazione con i soffitti affrescati. E soprattutto poter contare sulla presenza 24 ore dei gestori, disponibili e accoglienti.

Los cuartos son demasiado pequeños no hay espacio suficiente ni para moverse el baño esta descuidado la sabana no fue cambiada durante la estadía, nos colocaron toallas rotas. El bufete de desayuno muy limitado.
