• Rachel (9/5): A very enjoyable stay at the hotel & restaurant - Location was very good. Staff at the hotel & restaurant were very helpful and friendly. Both the food and wine were excellent. Our first room was at the front of the hotel above the main square, which had a lot of traffic noise. We requested a room at the back of the hotel which they moved us to on the first day which was great.

• Michal (8/5): - Lokalizacja W łazienkach nieprzyjemny zapach. Po zalaniu kratek ok ale obsluga nie wpadla na to. Zamek do drzwi zepsuty. Brak naprawy pomimo zgloszenia. Osoby sprzatajace zostawily drzwi dwukrotnie niezabezpieczone. Brak odpowiedzi na zapytania via booking.
• Lynda (10/5): - I was worried when I arrived and saw what a busy street the hotel was on. I don't know how they do it, but my room was silent! The location can't be beat , every where is within walking distance, but there's a metro station next door if you need it The bed was so comfortable, and there were lots of big fluffy towels. Tons of hot water. Coffee and tea making facilities in the room, with free bottled water. The restaurant is nice and I thought breakfast was good, The staff made the whole stay so enjoyable, you can tell they like working there. They were always cheerful and helpful. I wish there was a higher rating than excellent? There is nothing not to like

• Dana CALEIRO (9/5): - Great location right next to the Liberty square and literally next door to Galeria shopping mall. A small and cosy hotel, nice staff. Breakfast is not served as a buffet but you have a choice of several options a la carte like English breakfast, Georgian etc, freshly cooked which is nice and it is really hearty and delicious. In addition there is a small buffet-type selection of bread, pastry, jams, fruits etc. The price is very reasonable for this location and quality, I would definitely come back

• Nezahat (8/5): kısa bir tatil için güzel - Otelin konumu çok güzel, oda rahat, kot farkından dolayı bi tarafı giriş altı gibi duruyor, Banyoda bir gün yoğun bir gider kokusu vardı, onun dışında odada bir sorun yaşamadım. yataklar çok rahattı. Otele erken bir saatte vardım, otele restoranın kapısından giriliyor, benim geldiğim saatte restoran kapalıydı .Işıkları ve kapısı da kapalı görünüyordu. 10-15 dk etrafta başka bir giriş kapısı var mı diye aradım. Arka taraftaki otele sorduğumda bilgi aldım. Restoranın kapısı kapalın gibi görünse de açıkmış. Bu bilgi paylaşılsa daha iyi olurdu. Yani otele giriş için ayrı bir kapı yok, restoran kapısından içeri girmekmgerekiyor.

• Cem (4/5): The staff perfect, the facility very bad. - The hotel’s location is excellent. They also have their own boutique wine shop and produce their own wines. Special thanks to Eric for helping me choose exactly the wine I was looking for with great care and attention. I am also grateful to Diana at the reception, who was always smiling and helpful. The staff were generally young and very supportive. However, despite requesting it many times, I was disappointed to be given a room with no natural light at all. Overall, the hotel was clean. Room, as well.

It was not clear how the breakfast works (you have to fill the paper and tick the stuff you want). The staff was just staying there and nobody explained what we should do.

• Nisha (8/5): Will stay again for the location and the food - Fabulous location. Luckily I got a room that was not noisy at all. Housekeeping did a good job. Lots of amenities in the toilet if you forget to bring your own. Great coffee at breakfast. The main restaurant serves fantastic food and wine. They gave us a special year gift hamper with wine and sweets. Highly appreciated! There was a girl in a white shirt at breakfast each day who didn’t seem happy to be there. No smile no acknowledgement if you ask anything like “ please can I get a coffee” ! At night the room got too hot and opening the window froze it. So it was a bit of a struggle.

What i didn’t like is the smell of the smoke entering the room and the ac doesn’t function so it gets a little warm sometimes. But the staff explained that due to the building being old the system is interconnected.

• Sharon (9/5): Love it 😀 - Location is great and staff was just wonderful. THANK YOU! Some of the facilities didn't work well, such as upper head shower and the safe. I didn't ask them to fix it though cause I didn't stay much in the room. Also once breakfast wasn't ready at time. Besides it was super. Staff is great and doing everything they can to help.

Personel son derece güleryüzlü, yardımsever ve misafirlerle yakından ilgileniyor. Resepsiyondaki Diana Hanım’a ayrıca teşekkür ederiz; son derece profesyonel, kibar ve çözüm odaklıydı. Yeni bir tesis olduğu için oldukça temiz ve modern bir atmosferi var. Fiyat–performans açısından da beklentimizi karşıladı. Akşam yemeğinde otelin restaurantını da deneyimledik; hem ambiyansı hem de yemeklerin lezzeti mükemmeldi. Servis çok başarılıydı, kendi şarapları da gerçekten çok lezzetli ve kesinlikle denemeye değer. Keyifli bir akşam geçirmek için mutlaka bir gece burada yemek yemelisiniz. Odalar küçük, iki kişi için bile alan kısıtlı kalabiliyor ve bavul açmak neredeyse imkansızdı. Otel restaurantı alt katta yer aldığı için müzik sesi akşamları bazı odalara ulaşabiliyor; biz rahatsız olmadık ama sesten etkilenenler için problem olabilir. Kahvaltı genel olarak yeterliydi, ancak özellikle tatlı ve peynir bölümünde çeşit artırılabilir.

• euho (8/5): - 整體上，酒店是好的，酒店員工友善，地理位置好。遇到問題時，酒店員工也有用心幫忙解決。 清潔方面也ok，是近年流行的環保做法，即是不會換床單，只整理床舖。我是可以接受的，因為我差不多都是在Tbilisi 住2晚，在其他地方住1至2晚，再回來住2晚。 整體性價比還是很好的。 房間沒有獨立空調是問題。 雖然是11月，但因為乾燥，氣溫就算是十幾度也不算太冷，但酒店已經開温氣到27／28度，坦白說，這樣房間不只熱還悶，好像沒有空氣流動一樣。 但當酒店走廊或其他客房開了温氣的情況下，自己房間是不能開冷氣，所以只能開窗透氣。 雖然酒店員有用心想幫忙解決，但這是設備問題，他們也幫不了。

• Gavriel (6/5): פעם שנייה במקום, מתלבט אם אחזור שוב. - מיקום מצוין, צוות נהדר! כל הזמן מחייך, תמיד עוזרים בכל שאלה חדרים קטנים, פעם שנייה שלי במלון וביקשתי לקבל חדר גדול בגלל חוויה לא טובה בביקור הראשון, עדיין קיבלתי חדר קטן, הארון בגדים מאוד קטן ולא פרקטי בשביל זוג, המקלחון לא היה אטום כמו שצריך ואחרי כל מקלחת היה פשוט הצפה בגלל החדר מקלחת, צוות המלון כן נתן לנו את האופציה להחליף חדר אבל זה היה כבר אחרי שהתמקמנו ופרקנו מזוודות, שהנהלת המלון תיקח לתשומת ליבה שהחדרים מצריכים שיפוץ קטן או תחזוקה יותר מעמיקה, המקרר מאוד קטן ולא עבד בנוסף
