- Aleksandra (10/5): Pobyt bardzo udany. - Super lokalizacja, do Rynku minuta pieszo. Mieszkanie dla dwóch osób wygodne, było w nim wszystko co potrzeba. Łatwe zameldowanie bezkontaktowe, dzięki uprzejmości właściciela mogłyśmy wejść pół godziny wcześniej. Jedyny minus (na który właściciel nie ma wpływu) to okna wychodzące na wejście do hostelu - o 2/4 rano bywało głośno..

- Dana (9/5): Superb location, quiet area, great apartment. - The apartment number was not in SMS from the property, but in the booking app, so took a while to figure it out. There is a security guy to help out, not sure if they speak English, but was able to manage in Polish to understand. the toilet seat is a bit dated and would be better with replacement, but that was the only thing that would need a touch up in the property. All other items were superb, you have small kitchen, small living room area, there is a balcony, all is good.

Brak było informacji że okna apartamentu wychodzą na dziedziniec hostelu, z tym wiążą się np. hałasy hostelowych imprezowiczów (szczególnie weekend), nieprzyjemny zapach palonych papierosów na podwórku. Mocno zakamieniony czajnik elektryczny.

- Rhiannon (10/5): A great place to stay for a city break. Dziekuje! - We had a fabulous stay at UNIC Apartments. The location was excellent, instructions clear and easy to follow. The place was really clean and comfortable and check out at 11am, which is always handy when travelling with a little one.
- Alina (10/5): Czysto i blisko rynka - Apartament jest przy samym rynku, wszędzie blisko co jest dużą zaletą. Wyposażenie było w sam raz, było wszystko co potrzeba. Łóżko w sypialni wygodne, kanapa była w sam raz. Dużą zaleta jest balkon, szkoda ze nie na miasto ale za to cisza i spokój. Ogólnie bardzo dobrze wygłuszone mieszkanie. Bezpiecznie i bardzo czysto🤩

Room was quiet and had everything we needed. Bonus was having a highchair to feed my daughter in for breakfast! We liked everything 😊

- Alistair (9/5): Lovely apartment perfectly located for Poznan - Fab location walking distance to the Old Town square, easy access & excellent communication. Plenty of nearby restaurants lovely and warm, comfy bed and well equipped with most of the things we needed. It really was mostly perfect, if being fussy we would have liked some coat hooks and some larger glasses for bigger drinks such as pint glasses for beer but as I say this were very minor things.

Very comfortable apartment. Would highly recommend. Has a lift Good communication with owner Could do with a toaster or microwave

- Stephen (10/5): - Wonderfully furnished flat in a great location within Poznan's Stare Miasto, 1-2 blocks away from the old market square, and also close by to many contemporary dining and nightlife options. There are also several parking option$ in the vincinity. Communication prior to check in was effecient and everything worked as instructed. We requested a crib for our baby, which was already in place when we got there. Note that because you are in a popular night time area, loud sounds from the street below can be heard through the open window, but not too bad.

- 2410Halszka (10/5): I sincerely recommend. - There are many advantages: - cleanliness of the apartment and the entire building, - security (this place has a security at the main entrance and people without a code to the main door will not enter the building), - location (in the old town with lots of restaurants) The only slight inconvenience is the parking space. There are paid parking lots nearby, but for example during the summer holidays there is not enough space for everyone.

Nice bathroom with shower and small washing machine for clothes. Very lovely living room area with flat screen TV. Building on a quiet street. No restaurant but breakfast included in price at delightful , delicious Kuchnia & Mech. Easy walk to everything Parking available nearby if prearranged for 20 PLN a night.
