Staff were very client-focused, very friendly and available, ensuring we were comfortable, that we could come in and out of the property easily and safely. They were attuned to our needs. Was great to have a functional elevator. The decor was modern, comfortable beds, great bathroom and shower, and we enjoyed having the balcony. The shuttle to and from the airport was well coordinated with the B&B. Excellent coffee, the breakfast food was nice too but would have appreciated something different than just pastries due to high sugar content.

• Douglass (10/5): A great place to stay for an early morning run to the airport - It was very close to the airport. They have a contract shuttle service that takes people to the airport, if you need that. Parking in the area is tight.

• Carine (10/5): Amazing experience - We arrived late, host was waiting for us with a big smile. Booking was done last minute and with that the room was clean, tidy, and spacious. Breakfast was served nicely , also very friendly. Shuttle bus arranged to the airport. Stay was short but very convenient. All was perfect!!!

• Amanda (10/5): Perfect stay, family owned. - The room was so clean and great for our last night in Italy and close to the airport. They offer, for a small fee, an airport shuttle. Restaurants are a short walk away and then we took a lovely walk down the pier for the sunset before walking back to our room. They do have a luggage elevator so we didn't have to struggle with getting our luggage up and down. Nothing, it was a great experience.

There were plenty of restaurants along a riverwalk nearby but the room was so relaxing I found it hard to leave. The staff was helpful and friendly with recommendations and I hope to stay here again next time I fly in/out of Rome :) Everything was perfect!

• Audra (9/5): Exceptional staff, friendly, helpful and kind. Overall, a great stay. - I had an unexpected delay leaving Rome and needed to find a place to stay for an additional 2 nights. The staff were very accommodating, very friendly and the price was great. The location is close to the airport and the staff can arrange for a shuttle to the airport in the morning. A continental breakfast with made to order coffees, tea and great service is included each morning. I thought it would be more of a hotel setting vs a room but it was a great experience none the less. Rooms have a private bathroom and balcony. The last shuttle to the airport is around 10:00am so if you have a later flight you may have to make other arrangements. Check out is 9:30 which is a bit early but you can stay in your room until you catch the shuttle.

Comfortable place to stay the night before traveling back home. We paid for the shuttle service to the airport. The included breakfast did not start early enough for us to enjoy before we left.

• Philip (10/5): Stayed one night because I had a morning flight out of Fiumicino. I wasn’t there long but it was exactly what I needed - Small bright clean room. Comfortable bed, great bath with large shower. Nice towels. Everything needed was there. Shuttle service to the airport was convenient and on time. Valerio was helpful and recommended a great restaurant nearby. A little tough to find a parking space on the street.

Por la mañana sirven un desayuno con bebida caliente a elección, jugo y algo de pastelería muy rica. Cuentan con un servicio de traslado desde/hacia el aeropuerto que pude utilizar tanto a la ida como a la vuelta y lo recomiendo enteramente si van a alojarse en Fiumicino. El precio era de 8 euros cuando un Uber pedía 35. Las instrucciones para poder tomarlo fueron brindadas de manera clara por el personal de alojamiento. Sin dudas volvería a alojarme aquí. Lo único que puedo observar es que deberían mejorar su comunicación dentro del chat de Booking. En mí caso, al ver qué no me respondían por ese medio, les mandé un mensaje por Whatsapp y la atención por ese medio fue casi inmediata.

O pior ponto foi a falta de água no chuveiro, sem instruções para o hóspede contornar o problema e fazer a ducha funcionar. Assim, fiquei sem banho na noite de chegada, após longa viagem de trem.

Потом утром хотела поезать в рим, искала час как уехать, пришлось ехать опять на автобусе который еле нашла до аэропорта , потом на автобусе в рим. Потом на поезде назад. Утром такси в аэропорт опять . Очень неудобно. Завтрак- один кофе с круассаном.
