А всъщност в спа центъра имаше само сауна и парна баня, джакузито не работеше! Водата във външния басейн беше студена, според мен би трябвало да е по-топла за да може басейна да се ползва и в по студени дни!

Bill (8/5): Ideal place to relax after a stay in Sofia - Very good swimming pool with a small cafe to get snacks and drinks. Bankya is an interesting spa town about 15 minutes walk away. Also worth a visit are the ruins of Todor Zhivkov’s residence in the woods nearby (again easily walkable). The suites are very spacious- ours also had a balcony - and very good value for money.

The pool is cold and not very clean, there was no availability for massage and there were almost no people staying there at the time. Georgi (4/5): I stayed there during the warm months and it was very pleasant. Would not recommend for the winter. - I was able to check-in later during the evening, it was about 19:30. The rooms in the apartment are spacious. I booked an apartment, but was given a room. On reception they told me that because I booked the room too late, they decided for me that it would be more comfortable to give me a room, because it would be faster to warm. Then I said that I want the two rooms, because I have work to do after my kid go to sleep and they gave me the apartment. The AC in the apartment, did not work, though.

The hotel is somewhat isolated, but they also had a full restaurant, although there was a large group being catered the night we were there, so there was some competition for service. There was a very nice pool area, good parking and a good breakfast, so it was an excellent stay.

Vesselina (4/5): Bad value for the price. - The breakfast was mediocre at best. Nothing spectacular or remarkable and the variety was poor. The same goes for the restaurant, but slightly better. There are very few options for vegetarian meals, though. The water in the outside pool is cold. The pool itself is dirty - I guess it is kind of because they do not cover it at night. The mats provided for the sunbeds are stained. We didn't use any SPA at the hotel since nothing was included in the main price (except the pool and the fitness). You have to pay 20 BGN per piece as a deposit so to receive an extra towel for the pool. The umbrellas are not enough. We slept at one of the apartments, there were stains on the carpet, and the furniture was worn out. Also, the bedsheets were stained, though washed. The staff tries its best to be friendly and helpful, but this base is challenging.

David (8/5): A beautiful stay in Bankya - The room was very big, with two rooms and two beds. We had a bathtub and a giant balcony with extraordinary view, and a beautiful sunrise. The room felt clean aswell. Great visit for two people. Nice pool area with friendly guests. Very nice personal. I slept in the "living room" in a single bed and the AC was on me so I got a bad throat. If I turnt it off the room got very hot. And there wasn't really a way to make it go "slow speed". I also checked under the bed and it didn't really look so clean there. But the rest was good
Marja (8/5): Hyvä perustason hotelli - Hotelli oli todella mukava. Siisti uima-allas ja paljon aurinkotuoleja. Hyvä rauhallinen sijainti. Huoneessa oli hyvän kokoinen parveke ja ilmastointi. Huone oli siisti, mutta päivittäinen siivous oli lähinnä sängyn petaus ja roskisten tyhjennys. Olisin toivonut myös imurointia. Kylpyhuoneessa oli selkeästi ollut kosteusvaurioita jossain vaiheessa. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä, vaikkeivät kovin hyvin englantia puhuneet. Ravintolassa otettiin lapseni allergiat hyvin huomioon. Ravintolan hinta-laatu-suhde oli erinomainen. Kuntosali, jonka käyttö kuului huoneen hintaan, oli pieni, mutta sieltä löytyi kaikki tarvittava

Gina (4/5): - The property was built well but not maintained up to standard. On the website, it said ALL rooms had air conditioning but our room didn't have one and it was VERY hot. We didn't have a balcony either. Our room had 3 beds with very little distance between them and was very hot in the afternoons. The bath tub had dark mold. The pool had very cold water which didn't feel like mineral. It was largely unusable. The area around the hotel was not very walkable. There were no stores or other amenities around the hotel. There were large park areas which were not maintained and unusable. All things considered this was not 4star value and a lot of things promissed to us turned out not to be true.

Gabi (9/5): For the transit of the country, close to Sofia, a very good choice, including for a swim in the pool - The choice of this hotel was for transit through Bulgaria, being close to the highway (7 km), outside of Sofia, but allowing easy access to the city if desired. The hotel has several bodies/types of rooms, I think we stayed in the basic area, with a touch of old, but not disturbing. The hotel has a swimming pool and SPA, in case the time allows a little relaxation. The restaurant is ok, it has a terrace in a well-kept garden, so perfect for dining outside (in summer). The varied menu, I didn't think it was expensive, the portions being very large... Swedish buffet breakfast, varied and fresh. The spacious room without a balcony (there are also rooms with a balcony). The location of the hotel in a quiet, safe area with its own parking. It may just be a coincidence, but although there was an air cooling system, it was not very efficient, the time I was there was also extremely hot (37 degrees). There was some discomfort from this point of view.
Delia (8/5): Nice hassle-free stop-over on the road to Greece - Traveled with multiple families with children. Breakfast was ok. I liked the scrambled eggs and sausages. Pool was nice. Gym was ok. The highlight was the dinner in their restaurant: great price for the value. Their sauces were nice! Food came quickly. During the Sunday I was there, the massages were unavailable. The bowling was also unavailable. The place is generally starting the look old. Rooms were not too big.

Liliya (3/5): Low value for money. - The hotel is clean and quiet with a nice pool. Beds were not comfortable. The pillows were terrible, obviously used for many years and was impossible to sleep comfortably on them. From 10 p.m. till 7 a.m. you can't get even coffee (the lobby bar was always closed). The breakfast was poor and a person doesn't have much choice. Nothing what one could expect from a 4-star hotel.

The hotel is empty, so breakfast is very bad. SPA hotel without SPA - no massage, you have to pay for sauna and for everything, but for me, all were cheap because anything didn't work.
