As soon as we walked in, the hotel had a charming boutique feel. The staff was friendly and assisted us right away, no wait at all, which was a great start. Our room was on the 5th floor, conveniently located right outside the elevator. We had a comfortable king-size bed and a window overlooking the street, which added a cute touch and gave a nice Parisian vibe. For a last-minute booking under €215 per night (including parking!), FYI parking was not convenient as we had to go back around the block, do drop you bags off before you go Parker. this hotel was a fantastic find. The room was modern, clean, and just the right size for our quick one-night stay. Although we didn’t spend much time in the hotel, it had everything we needed. The area felt very safe and was surprisingly quiet, which made for a great night’s sleep. It’s only about 25 minutes from the Eiffel Tower, with other key attractions just 10–15 minutes beyond that, depending on traffic. Overall, we loved our stay and would absolutely return!

- Fat Kee (8/5): Overall good, will stay next time - We and our friends stayed for a week in the premium double rooms, both rooms are spacious and same as size stated in hotels.com. Shower and toilet in one of our room 602 is separated that is a good and convenient design. A surprise gift, a bottle of champagne, was given by the hotel as we stayed more than 4 nights. In general, the hotel is a great choice. It is located in 5 minutes walk from Metro 8, quiet environment, nice and helpful staff, value for money in terms of size. Except some stains found on their bath towels and the cleaner always forgot to provide bath mat.

- Sami (10/5): - The Rose Bourbon Hotel is a great value hotel located in a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance of businesses and restaurants frequented by locals yet you can reach the majority of Paris attractions by walking or metro. We found the metro very easy to use in conjunction with google maps. Also worth mentioning the hotel AC was fantastic during a heat wave in Paris which is a luxury in that city. The morning breakfast buffet is delicious and was always a must during our 4 day stay. The staff is nice and attentive and will gladly help you with your French!

The king size bed was comfortable but took up muck of the space in the small modernly appointed room. There was an elevator but it was out of service for much the stay sobI helped a few people with their luggage up the twisting stairway. Would definitively go again.

- Jordan (10/5): Great hotel in a great location. - Great location, 15-20 min walk from Eiffel Tower but only 5-10 mins from bustling streets but peaceful at night. 5 min walk to the local metro system which then connects on to the train to CDG and ORY if needs be. Room and bathroom was modern and clean. It was slightly on the small side but that was not an issue. Bed was big and comfy. Did not opt for breakfast so cannot comment on that but it seemed to be reasonable value.

- Nicholas (10/5): - I stayed here for 3 nights whilst on a city break, which included visiting the 2024 Paris Paralympics. The hotel is aesthetically pleasing from the outside and this continues inside, with a modern, contemporary feel and look. The reception is 24/7 and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. There is a small bar at the reception area and a small seating area for a little drink. The hotel room was adequately sized, but perhaps on the smaller side, but most importantly it was clean and comfortable. We selected the most basic room as we knew most of our time was going to be spent out. The bed was super comfy, had a working tv and very good air conditioning. There was a chargeable mini-bar if needed. The bathroom/ shower room was bright, clean and spacious. It is located on a quiet residential road and within a short walking distance (5 mins) to two separate train stations, both surrounded by various bars, restaurants, shops and bakeries etc. The commute into Paris on the train is about 10/15 minutes or you can walk along the river and it takes about 30 mins to the Eiffel Tower. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend it to those visiting Paris in any capacity.

Not the easiest to get to for check in thanks to one-way streets and no vehicle waiting area. Secure parking was available for a reasonable fee and appreciated. We upgraded to a deluxe terrace room, and it was still very small (as expected ) and terrace not really usable. The breakfast was also reasonably priced and had decent variety. Our main issue was the AC would only operate for about 15 minutes before shutting off completely, even while in the room. This made for very uncomfortable sleeping conditions. It is located outside of the main tourist areas, so it was a quiet location.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice stay - We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Rose Bourbon. It is clean, chic, and conveniently located near the metro and other landmarks. The room itself is very small with little space to move around/store bags, but the beds were comfortable. They offered to call a cab to the airport, but there is a surcharge along with a convenience fee, so keep that in mind or make alternative arrangements for transportation. Overall we enjoyed our stay and thought it was fairly priced for what we received.

The location is great, served by plenty of restaurants/bars options, grocery shops, pharmacies and a really nice park beside the hotel. The check in staff were friendly and helpful and I appreciated the lobby as a place to lounge. I did not sample breakfast. The fire alarm went off during the night on my only night's stay but it was dealt with effiiciently and courteously. Very well priced stay for a week when hotels in Paris were very busy.

The location is in a residential area and it is a little bit scary at night. It is walkable to the eiffel tower but it is very far from everything else.

- Steve (6/5): - Initially we really liked the hotel, nice decor, very clean but then found our room had an adjoining door and the first night we heard chatting, music, them showering and even the zip on their case. The hotel did thankfully move us the next day but we had to wait around 3 hours of our afternoon. Another disappointment was the lack of space to move and unpack in the room. We left most items in cases. We could hang about 6 items in the tiny wardrobe. The beds were comfortable and air con good. On the last day the one lift was out of action so had to carry the cases down 5 floors. Overall a petit clean boutique hotel but overall we were disappointed for the price.

- Lisa (8/5): - Overall, the staff was accommodating and friendly. There was one staff member a little terse. Maybe because he wasn't used to seeing different types of people. However, one young lady was very accommodating and provided us with water and plug adapters which was REALLY nice. The room was clean. There was a little hair on the bathroom walls. Also, no face towels. I'm not sure if that is European. It's located in a friendly neighborhood with a nice bakery down the street. Above average hotel.
- Hannah (10/5): - Great hotel! Great staff! Rooms are very small but we put our suitcases under the bed and it was just fine for the two of us.

- Portia (8/5): Bonjour - Paris was awesome! The hotel is cute and located in a quiet neighborhood with access to quite a bit! I would definitely stay here again!
- Batool (10/5): - I honestly cannot say enough good things about this hotel! The staff were incredible, the hotel was stunning, and the neighbourhood is very safe and calm. Staff- welcoming, warm, polite, wry helpful, and accommodating. Hotel- this is a beautiful hotel! It is very clean and well kept. I am a very picky sleeper and had no issues with the bed or pillows. Yes, the rooms are small, but we solved this by opening our suitcases and sliding them under the bed. You can easily access things that way. There is many spaces throughout the room to put your things so they are accessible. Neighbourhood- you feel safe walking here at night. It’s very calm and no loitering in the streets. There are places to eat, grocery stores and pharmacy within walking distance.
- Jo (8/5): - Lovely and clean small but very comfortable. Only downside was neighbours slamming doors. Walkable to lots of places to eat and about 30 min walk to Eiffel Tower. Safe neighbourhood for solo female to walk around. Terrible pickpockets and scammers at the tower. Beware
- Anson (8/5): - Staff was really good and helpful. Room is tiny as sin, bathroom and shower are separate and tiny so every noise comes through. The room was styled really nice but the window in the bathroom was broken and letting in cold air. Biggest issue for me was that there is a BRIGHT green light on their thermostat that faces the bed. If you turn the light off it turns off the AC all together. Doubt it’s intentional by the hotel but for a light jet legged sleeper like myself it was not ideal. Is close to a subway system but not much else is walking distance. Nice quiet area though.

- Mwewa (10/5): My world tour - Amazing stay, very clean room had all the essential amenities pressing iron, towels, bed slippers, kettle, tea, coffee and wifi. Walking distance approximately 5minutes to train station. Cafes around the area to have breakfast. Beautiful decorated lobby area, great place for pictures for social media influences. The mini fridge in the room has goodies that can be purchased. Only issue is you can hear your neighbours in the next door rooms however you can politely request for them to reduce noise if after hours. Overall 9/10 😊

- Desiree (10/5): - I can’t say enough positive things about this hotel and it’s staff. I’ve travelled and stayed in many properties but this hotel was the best I’ve ever stayed in mainly due to the staff. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and over accommodated us every chance they had. They were very nice they translated for us since we didn’t speak English. They even help us get our phones working with the abroad services. We had the room with the terrace over looking the city and I had breakfast on the terrace it was magical! I would absolutely stay at this property again and highly recommend it!
- Pedro (6/5): - Not a bad location. Close to the metro, not so far from the Eiffel Tower and a lot of bakery more affordable than normal. Staff could be a little bit more warm. I felt that due to me not knowing french and speaking english they were not so pleased by that. Room was ok but could be way better. But overall ok. Not sure if i would stay in there again but is a decent option.

- Ante (8/5): - The hotel is pretty nice and clean, but the only bad side is the size of the rooms. Room was very small and we had bunch of luggage so we had to basically jump over our bags all the time. However, this is a standard room size in Paris from what we learned.
- Xavier (10/5): - We loved the boutique style and cleanliness of the hotel. The area is about a mile from the Eiffel Tower but was not too touristy. We loved that there were local restaurants, grocery stores, and a park next door. The best part was the friendly and helpful staff that went out of their way to make us feel welcomed.We even ended up extending our stay. Overall we were extremely satisfied with our experience at Rose Bourbon Hotel and would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a nice place with great rates in Paris…Merci Beaucoup!
